Itinerary
Tour guide. Although we have designed an itinerary, our philosophy being a private tour, we adapt to the needs of the client. The charm of the White Villages is based on the route, its landscape, the culture. Everything that we will meet during the trip.
We will visit the curious town of Setenil de las Bodegas, where you can stroll through its streets where the houses are located on the mountain itself.
We will enjoy a local lunch (not included) where we will also visit the historic center with the spectacular Puente Nnuevo and its incredible views
Upon returning to the outward journey, we can enjoy a visit to Arcos de la Frontera. IMPORTANT: Remember that this is an example itinerary. It can be configured with your preferences of towns to visit. Being a private tour, when you make the reservation, you can indicate this in observations.

Our guide and driver David M. was exceptional! Not only was he early and waiting for us, he listened to what we wanted to see and do. Then we saw and did those items first. He took us to the best vantage points at each location we went to. We got the exact pics we wanted and more. He explained the areas and culture and food! Showed us the best tapas spot and helped get us inside…because this place gets lines out the door. I can’t say enough good things about this experience and David.
Incredible guide ---Peter was so nice and accommodating and knowledgeable--he gave us a fantastic day in this amazing area
I don’t even know where to begin! This was incredible! Highlight of our vacation so far. Ronda might be our favorite place in Spain so far and Setenil is a MUST see! White Villages are cool for me, but you don’t need to see them and I can see how some people are a bit bored with that part. Keep in mind this is a PRIVATE tour, so you get out of it what you put into it. It’s just your group and the guide, who is also the driver. Ask a lot of questions, learn about the Guide (ours - Peter - was fantastic!). Worth every penny and then some. Make sure you tell them what you want.
While staying in Seville, we decided to take a day trip to Ronda and the White Villages. After looking at several group tours (priced at about $100 per person), we opted to go with a private tour with Naturanda (about $200 per person). With only a day to explore this region, we did not want to be on a large tour with up to 30 people. We made the right decision. Our guide, Laura picked us up at our hotel in Seville promptly at 9am. She spoke perfect English, was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We had the ability to modify the trip, spending a longer or shorter time at each of the stops. She brought us to Grazalema, Zahara, and Ronda- all beautiful and worth seeing. We spent a lot of time in the car, during which time, Laura filled us is on the history and geography of the area. Because it was a private tour, we were able to have good conversations about life in Spain, in general. Laura gave us free time to roam around in each place. She brought us to a lovely restaurant for lunch In Grazalema , knowing exactly how to time it so that we avoided the crowds when the tour busses came to town, and made suggestions about the local specialties. My only complaint is that I wished we had more time in Ronda, the largest, by far, of the 3 towns. Truthfully, you could spend at least a couple of days in Ronda, alone. But this private tour was a wonderful overview. Laura brought us back to our hotel about 6pm. A full and beautiful day with an excellent guide.
Was an amazing experience to get out of Seville for the day and explore the white villages. Recommend Peter as your guide. He was great for my family
Long day but absolutely amazing tour that we could never do on our own! Fabulous guide -wealth of information of entire area!
Peter was great! White villages and Ronda were absolutely beautiful! A must do when visiting Spain at any time!
Peter, our driver/guide was an absolute delight. Punctual, professional, personable and very knowledgeable about everything from history, language, flora & fauna, the culture & peoples…food etc. The car was clean & comfortable and we felt safe on the roads & in the charming villages. Peter arranged for our lovely luncheon in a stunning spot, answered every question and we enjoyed this day immensely. Recommend highly! Truly a highlight of our visit in Andalusia.
This is a low-key and very enjoyable venture into the countryside -- a great change of pace from city touring. The White Villages are very picturesque and each with it's own character. Don't miss Rondo! Our guide and driver (Lucca) was exceptionally knowledgeable, pleasant and accommodating to our interests and needs. He also provided an excellent recommendation for lunch and joined us (at our invitation) and provided insights as to various Spanish dishes -- it was a very enjoyable experience.
Viator does not stand behind their tours. We paid $750 for this private tour of the White Villages. Shortly after picking us up our “guide” informed us he did not know much about the Villages. His specialty was Seville. He had taken our tour to earn extra money. He proceeded to ask us where we wanted to go. Did not have a planned itinerary. Nor did he provide us with any historical or cultural information about the Villages. Additionally, he did not have a planned place or suggestion for our lunch. (We resorted to asking locals for suggestions.). Also, needed our navigation assistance to get out of a town. While the tour description indicates you will have a guide in Ronda and one other village, our guide sent us out on our own. It was not the PRIVATE tour we had hoped for and have received from many other private guides. We instead received the services of a very nice DRIVER. This tour was beyond disappointing. But worse than our disappointment was the cavalier response I received from Viator after letting them know what had happened. I asked the Company for a partial refund and was summarily dismissed. Did we have a licensed tour guide? Yes. But did he provide the service as described in the tour description? Absolutely not. I am still astounded that not only was my request denied, but Viator did not apologize or show any empathy whatsoever. We are not unreasonable or demanding people, but when paying for a tour we expect to receive the services outlined in the description. Clearly, Viator does not stand behind it’s product. I would never recommend their tours to anyone.
We had a wonderful private trip with our guide, Peter. The car was very comfortable. Peter is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We stopped at two villages before heading to Ronda. Peter recommended a lovely restaurant for lunch and secured a reservation with a fantastic view of the bridge in Ronda. I highly recommend this tour.
We had a terrific experience. It was fascinating to see 2 different white villages as well as Rhondo. Peter was a great guide. He was so knowledgeable of the architecture, culture and the history of the sites we saw. He was also very accommodating and enjoyable to be with. This is a tour not to be missed
The white villages of Ronda tour is a must see when visiting Seville. The villages are breathtakingly beautiful! Our tour guide Peter was awesome! He was loaded with information and fun facts. This made the drive so much more enjoyable. Peter arranged a reservation at a wonderful spot for my husband and I to have lunch, the food was excellent and I think it may have the best views in the area! It was gorgeous!! Thanks, Peter, for making the tour an unforgettable one!!
Excellent tour! Peter was a wonderful guide. He was very knowledgeable of the entire area and customize the tour to fit our interests.
The perfect way to travel between Seville and Malaga. Far better than taking the train! Our driver/guide, Roberto, was tremendous! His passion and knowledge of the areas along with his personal approach made this full day trip a most memorable event. We saw and experienced things we could never have done on our own. Take this trip if you're travelling in this region and ask for Roberto to be your guide. You won't regret it@
It was a lovely day! Full of beautiful places. Our guide David has a lot of knowledge and is pleasant and interesting and spent the day with us efficiently. It was perfect, we couldn't ask for more.
We had an amazing day. Right from pick up, to drop back to the hotel, to seeing the 3 villages we had a great time. Peter was just too good. He was flexible cause it was a rainy day, his knowledge of the places was spot on, gave us enough time to explore the place on our own. Very very recommended. Was a super fun day.
We were 4 people in late 60s at above average fitness. We enjoyed the mountain drive and villages of Ronda and Zahara. By choice we climbed a lot of steps and experienced a physical adventure. We had 6 nights in Seville during the Easter Festival and appreciated the contrast of the mountain Villages. We believe that Roberto was enjoying himself as much as we were. He was part of our adventure not just along to execute his duty as a guide. First rate excursion.
Guide was friendly and had a lot of knowledge. Beautiful pictures. Great memories. Ronda is stunning.
We booked the tour ended in Malaga option. We discussed with operator about the tour details and expected we would have private guide tour to visit the few white towns as regular tour round trip Sevilla. Ended up, the driver only dropped us off the towns to tell us to walk around by ourselves. He disappeared 45 min to one hour, then came back to pick us up. No guide tour to describe or guide about the town and the area. Entirely, different to the tour description of the advertisement and as other reviews. We are so regret to book to Malaga option and should do the round trip Sevilla to Sevilla tour instead. Our driver told us he only visited Ronda before and does not familiar other white towns. We had a private driver to take us to Malaga. Not a private guide tour with a tour guide.
Carmen took us and our family though the White villages area and it was fantastic. She attended to all our needs and made it a wonderful experience. They also took care of car seat needs for my kids. Would recommend this to all
We had a great time visiting 2 white villages and Ronda! Peter, our guide, was profesional, friendly and very knowledgable. The van was modern, and very comfortable and fit the 5 of us perfectly. Peter was excited to share his knowledge, tell us stories and took us to a great restaurant for lunch. I strongly recommend this trip to anyone looking to see the beautiful villages around Sevilla!
Our tour guide Rebecca was outstanding. Explained ev erything clearly to us. The trip went through real countryside and the villages were so nice. Spotlessly clean But with a wheelchair a lot of cobbled streets made it a bit uncomfortable really. Rebecca gave us the option of going to a restaurant up a hill. I don't remember the name. I would leave that if I was to do the trip again.
We had a terrific day with Peter. He shared history and stories as we drove. Stops at Zahara and Grazalema were pleasant. Ima showed us all around Rhonda. Good conversation throughout. Our two teenage children enjoyed themselves too!. The MB van was comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.
David was an excellent and knowledgeable guide for this private tour to the White Villages in Andalucía. Due to inclement weather in the region, we had to change our planned route and he was able to takes us to wonderful alternative locations which we really enjoyed. Highly recommended!
Peter was a fabulous guide and we highly recommend booking with him. He goes the extra mile with his tours and suggestions, making sure to tailor the tour to make your experience memorable and fun! He also knows the best places for photo opportunities! Thank you, Peter! This private tour was amazing!
Having been yo this region 25 years previously, I had some specific requests that were not normally included. This fantastic company was able to accommodate my changes with zero problem and put together a stunning day that was interesting and informative. Our tour guide, David, is multi lingual, well traveled amd very informed and proud of his home country (rightly so). His experience meant that he was able to get us to the best spots with minimal trouble and as his related side gig is photography, we got some amazing photographs to tale home with our memories. 10/10 highly recommend and will use him again on any future trips to Spain. The vehicle was high quality and they change vehicles every 3,500 miles to ensure the quality is never less than perfection. You will not regret using this company!
Carmen was very professional, punctual, and personal. We were hoping that the guide would be with us as we explored the various towns and locations. Also, we really didn't have enough time to explore the stops, only 30 minutes or so. Maybe this tour should be modified to allow more time to explore each location.
Miguel was wonderful! He arrived promptly and our first stop was the beautiful village of Setenil de las Bodegas. Our next stop was in Ronda. We toured the town and then had lunch at a wonderful restaurant Miguel suggested, Abades Ronda. He then took us to our hotel in Malaga. Super nice, very knowledgeable and made our trip extra special!
We really recommend this tour of the white villages and Rhonda, our tour guide was Peter who was a really kind, knowledgeable and fun person to spend the day with; Peter speaks excellent English and also German and Spanish, his comments about places and traditions and history were both interesting and educational, he also drives the people van well and the van was clean and comfortable, the villages were fun and pretty, stunning Rhonda was the best town and Peter arranged lunch for us there in a pretty restaurant with amazing views over the bridge and town. This was our best trip on our visit to Sevilla - we strongly recommend going - especially if you have Peter for your guide
Peter, our guide was very knowledgeable and always gave us options from which to choose so that we could shape our day with his guidance. Comfortable car and great choice of restaurants with an amazing view.
We did two different tours with Andalucia Experiencias during our stay in Seville and they were both fantastic! On our first day Marina took us around old Seville (Alcazar and the Cathedral). She was super knowledgeable, spoke perfect English and was fun to hang out with. She was also super nice and flexible (helped us find snacks when the kids were hungry), and connected with all the guards which allowed us to take shortcuts and have flexibility on timing, etc. It was much more fun to spend the afternoon with her versus walking around these historic sites on our own! The following day we did the full day tour with a different guide by the name of Peter, to Ronda and the White Villages. It was a total pleasure to spend the day with Peter - even our teenage kids enjoyed him! He had a great personality, again spoke perfect English, and was highly knowledge about culture, history, society, essentially all topics. He was very punctual and helped us manage our time so that we could cover many different sites on the trip, always teaching us so much along the way. For lunch he took us to a great restaurant in Ronda with fantastic food, service and views of the famous bridge over the gorge (may have been our favorite meal of the trip taking into account overall experience) I couldn’t recommend Andalucia Experiencias more highly. Definitely use them to make your experience in Andalucia!
Great way to see the less urban areas of southern Spain. Ronda is amazing. Peter was an excellent guide
Our private tour of the White Villages and Ronda with Peter was fantastic. Peter's expansive historical and architectural knowledge added immense value, and he personalized the tour to our interests. He generously took many pictures, which are now the wallpaper backgrounds of our phones! The tour balanced guided overviews with free time to explore, allowing for personal side adventures. Peter also provided excellent suggestions for making the most of our free time. Highly recommended!
We did a private tour to Ronda, Zahara & Setinel with Pedro and had one of the best days of our two week vacation! Pedro’s tour was so well planned out, even recommending a hotel rooftop with the best view overlooking the bull fighting ring in Ronda. The white villages were spectacular to see, especially Setinel with the way the buildings were built into the rock. I left my prescription eye glasses in his (extremely comfortable) SUV at the end of our day, and he went way above and beyond to have them shipped ahead to our next hotel in Lisbon! He is a class act and I will definitely use him to help plan our next trip to Portugal.
Peter was an excellent chaffer and guide for our tour of the White Villages. He picked us up on time at Plaza Santa Cruz, just minutes from our hotel. (The streets were too narrow for his Mercedes.) Peter is fluent in English, Spanish, and his native German; and his knowledge of this area is encyclopedic. Having visited Ronda before on a previous trip we asked him to modify the tour to replace the visit to Ronda with a trip to Arcos de la Frontier. It was a challenging task since the road system didn’t lend itself that that route. Nevertheless, Peter accomplished it by cutting through the local mountain system. To us, it was well worth it. Arcos is an amazing white village straight out of the middle ages and Spanish Reconquista that isn’t to be missed. The other two White Villages were Grazalema and Zahara, which wonderful little white washed gems festooned with flower pots and the occasional cat. Peter also took us on few side visits which enhanced the trip including a visit to an old tower and castle marking the Christian boarder during the 14th Century and a spring water fountain where villagers still get their water from the ever-flowing mountain spring. We would strongly recommend using Peter as a guide to the White Villages.
The guide, Peter, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible to our requests. Three white villages plus Ronda and beautiful countryside. Comfortable van for our private tour.
Our tour was wonderful! We were a group of four (myself, my husband and in laws) starting in Sevilla. Peter was a friendly, knowledgeable and overall awesome host and guide. He struck a great balance of sharing historical, architectural and cultural information, and also shared personal recommendations. He knows so much about the towns and Spain in general! Our tour was structured to drive to the white villages area and visit three villages. At each stop, Peter gave us an overview and tour, and then we had feee time (one also included a stop for lunch). This trip we saw Zahara, Sentenil and Ronda. It was a fantastic trip and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to see a lot of variety in the region in one day.
We are so happy we booked this private guided tour! Peter was an amazing guide, explaining the history of the towns and catering the tour to our interests. If you’re thinking of exploring this area without a guide, think again - we didn’t have to worry about driving the windy roads, parking in small towns, or knowing when/where to go. It was also great having a private tour - these towns are small with narrow streets and I can’t imagine traveling with a large group and getting the same experience.
We really enjoyed this tour. We were able to see all the white villages that were on the list. They were very accommodating with our preferences. David was a fantastic and knowledgeable tour guide.
We all love the trip. It's so nice, unique and wonderful! Our tour girl took us to the restaurant and I had the best green olive I ever had.
Great trip! Peter was extremely knowledgeable and a great tour guide. Although some shops were closed on Christmas Eve, we still enjoyed a coffee outside and got the vibe of the town. Ronda had a lot to offer too. Fun trip!
Was an Amazing Experience, the visit to Rhonda was great, we were lucky and a yearly festival was going on. Out tour guide Jose was amazing and very knowledgeable. He also took us to an olive oil farm. Suggested this GREAT little restaurant food amazing. Would recomend this tour to everyone and also ask for JOSE! KUDOS
Peter was a fabulous guide. Very courteous and friendly! Explained the history of the area. Brought us to a great restaurant for lunch. Hiked with us at Ronda at the bottom of the gorge. Would highly recommend him!
This was a fantastic day. Our tour guide, David, was informative, fun and was flexible with the day to cater to our specific interests. Could not recommend this tour highly enough!
Our trip was customized for our dad who uses mobility scooter. Miguel took very good care of us and made the day interesting despite the limitations we had. The entire trip was amazing and I can’t thank the company enough for making it happen!
Today we were blessed to be able to spend the day with David Martin as our private tour guide. We not only had one of the most memorable touring experiences of our well traveled lives, but we made a true friend! If you can tour with David, do it! If you have an extra day in Seville, take this tour and do not miss the White Villages!
Our guide Peter was so knowledgeable and friendly. He knew all the right places to get the best photos and gave us great recommendations for lunch. He took us to little known places that had interesting history. Our trip was amazing. Put it on your bucket list!!
Our guide Enrique was phenomenal! He expertly guided us through the our excursion with grace and care, answering our many questions, allowing us to soak in the local experience and helping us to understand and embrace the beauty of Ronda and the white villages. Truly this was an unforgettable day trip with endless views, great conversation and a delicious lunch.
