They canceled the activity I booked, they notified me a week before in case I wanted to change the activity, but I didn't want to and asked for a refund, the after-sales service is very unprofessional, they didn't even answer and when they finally did they didn't follow through, in the end I had to file a dispute directly with PayPal to get the refund, I do not recommend this company, the after-sales service is terrible.

I was at the departure point with 4 more people and the guide never arrived. The Enterprise, even with our phone numbers and emails, never contacted us. Departure was at 9 p.m. and we waited until 10 p.m. When I contacted them they told me the guide had an accident, but they didn't let us know or send another guide. When I requested a refund, I was told I had to go to the office in Seville, but I am already in Cadiz. They gave me as an option to pay for PayPal but I sent the charge and they have not messed. Now I don't get my emails back asking for an update. I took several tours with the Enterprise and they were good, but this experience and irresponsibility motivates me to warn any tourist considering one of their tours.

Last Saturday 12/09/2020, my partner and I did the route of Seville enchanted. We were and ended up delighted, because the guide Eva González, took care of it. It’s been more than 5 years since I did this same route and I have to say that this year I enjoyed it much more. Eva's a crack, because you're rating from afar that she loves her job. He told us history of Seville and anecdotes in that special way, that only who has that gift could do it. Treat her well, because it suits the participants very well and I am already thinking about the next route I will do with my partner and family. Rating: I can't find in the dropdown Seville enchanted, that's why I put Seville paranormal.

I did Paranormal Seville last Friday and I found it amazing, one of those experiences that you have to live if or if. Jose Manuel is an extraordinary guide who brings everything together: a sense of humor, a great storyteller, a great researcher and above all who looks for the people he carries and I know to explain and give all kinds of reasoning. I have read other opinions and for tastes the colors but we all agreed on the wonderful experience that made us live, with all luxury explanations, audios and final experience that was extraordinary. I can't get enough of recommending her. He asked everyone to wear their masks and keep their distance, even making some polite remarks to the smokers. He was always respecting the rules (not as on other routes with other guides) and always kept an eye on the group. I'd put six green dots on it, but since it's only five, it's the standout.

I did the Seville Paranormal route on the recommendation of some friends who had already been and, in truth, it was surprising. The guide narrated the cases perfectly and accompanied them with very interesting audios with much complicity. Jose Manuel García Bautista also explains everything very well and recommended the Enchanted Seville that we plan to do if it is just as good. We loved it, it has that point of mystery, of fear, of intrigue so recommended that only very skilled people can give. He also treated the group exquisitely, even with a girl who gave him a low tension and stopped the route to attend to her. It was very detailed. This type of route is very aggressive with such good professionals. Congratulations to Naturanda on the route, we will do more. I recommend that it be done if you want to have a great time with a great professional.

From the description it seemed that we were going to know paranormal events and mysteries of Seville, with audiovisual support. The route consists of a series of recordings of friends of the guide either with perfectly clear voices or with what he tells you they say, trying to spin "stories" (to say something) to which we hardly gave credibility. The ending is apothetical, it was hard to see. It’s okay to add humor to it but more than half of the text are jokes and the resume of the guide and his friends and all their accomplishments. At no time did he have an official guide card visible, did not wear a mask, carried 40 people (when the maximum is 30) and did nothing to maintain any security measures. It started late and ended at 11.30, when two hours were announced. We are fond of mystery and have done many of these routes in other cities and never one so bad, sorry. A person who hasn’t done much digging in that world and/or is easily impressed will like it. Honestly, I can't recommend it, a waste of time and money.
