Luggage Room In Seville City Centre

to all FORIENGERS, do NOT use this place unless you have a cellular plan. I used their free wifi to set up my booking and it makes you create an account and link your email, then it also needed a text message confirmation. I didn't get a cellular plan so it didn't work for me. They charged me anyway and declined a refund. A credit was offered but i'll never be back in Spain anyway. There are many options in convenience stores that charge a flat rate for what they would charge for one hour. Stay far away from this place

Convenient because our plane landed early and we weren’t able to check into our apartment until late afternoon. Convenient if you are staying in the old center. Was also able to touch base about other reservations I had made through Naturanda.

We needed to store our luggage for the day before a late flight home and our apartment hosts recommended Naturanda on Calle Francos as the closest and cheapest service. It was quite a lot cheaper than other places and the online booking was super easy. Friendly service for both drop off and collection, would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great central location and great price. We needed to store our suitcases while touring, until we could enter our accommodations later in the afternoon. They have wifi but no restroom. There were no lockers, just a secure storage area and a ticket (receipt) redemption.

I went to the location on Francos 19 and was helped by Cristina and Daniela. I had to find a luggage storage at the last minute and they came through for me. They were awesome! Not only did they store my suitcases for the day for a very low price, but they printed my covid test results for me so I could get back into the US. I wasn't able to open the file on my phone, so I was getting worried. I forwarded them my results email and they opened and printed it with ease. Another big plus for me is they both spoke perfect fluent English. Based on their honesty and ethical conduct, I would trust this company for any service including a trip or luggage storage. If I ever go back to Spain, I'll definitely book a trip through them! Thank you both for saving me last minute on two things! These two ladies need a raise ASAP!

Great service to leave luggage 1- is very close to the cathedral of Seville 2- unlike others, there are no code lockers, but a real desk with people 3- open tt days from 9am to 9pm

Agence Ambiental rue François. Great service! I dropped off my suitcase during my stay course whether it was the first day and the last. The welcome is great and I even ran into a French employee the second time who really welcomed me. I used the deposit system which I booked very easily on the website. I really think about calling on this tourist agency during a future stay to visit the area. There are some very cute memories too.

Very bad attention and no help. I do not recommend it. I had reserved the left luggage service for two suitcases, but they finally let me stay a little longer in the apartment and I didn't need it. They didn't answer the phone and, when I stopped by the day before, they told me that I couldn't cancel with less than 24 hours... and there were 23 hours left for the reservation. That is not how things are done. I imagine they won't be trustworthy for other things.

The slogan that flourishes, at least in the C/ Arfe is the bathroom of the premises. They keep their bags in the toilet. Literal. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

The store opened late and we didn't get to visit. They also made us pay apart from for the bags for two empty backpacks. The deal was pretty rushed and edge. On top of that, there is no locker, but they leave the bags behind a cardboard. When we arrived at the store there were the two workers without masks and one of them lying on the chair like he was on the couch of his house and looking at us like cows on the train
