Good tour, good guide. Loved the horse show and sherry tasting. Not so keen on Cadiz but worth seeing.

The horse performance was amazing The skill and control by the riders and handlers is incredible Absolutely loved it
Camella and Gwen tour guides were great.Enjoyed the winery but sherry very different to what we tasted before and only liked 1. Horse show was just lovely and well worth the extra payment. Cadiz beautiful but forgot to pack for the beach.
We were very disappointed with this tour, it left 45 minutes late as 2 people didn’t arrive on time! No tour operator should hold a bus up for this reason! As a result we didn’t get our full time in each place! The tour was also divided in 2, some of us doing the horse ballet barely made it & had no time in the gift shop! They only had one tour guide to manage both groups! Cádiz was beautiful ! Petra our guide did the very best she could under the circumstances.
Overall a good itenerary and the tour bus was clean and comfy. The start of the tour was chaotic (local travel agency failed to inform a change of the meeting location), so aftet many messages between the tour operator, Viator and myself in a span of 35 mins, I had a small window of 17 mins to brisk walk to the new meeting point. Not the best start. For the wine tasting, we were rushed through it (late start by the guide, then stuck in traffic - total 30 minutes delay). To add to that, the group was split up to equestrian show vs non-show attendees. Then more delays - our tour guide had to compensate for another tourist in the group, so we were standing like fools on the patio waiting to get to the bus (after being rushed through the wine tasting and forfeiting the sherry tour) and ended up missing the first 10 minutes of the equestrian show. Gee. Things happen, right? After all that chaos, things settled and the rest of the tour to Cadiz ended well. Again, itenerary changed and we had to forfeit the tower view because of the bad time management at the start of the day. Still, all this "adventure" added to the cultural experience. Stay positive when travelling.
We all enjoyed the day, particularly the horse show and the visit to Cadiz. The wine tasting was interesting but so rushed. We had 15 minutes to try the four wines which wasnt long enough. This may have been due to the fact that the coach was delayed in setting off. Danielle our guide was brilliant. She was well organised, knowledgeable and a real asset! In particular her interesting tour of Cadiz was exceptional.
Rather boring. A very quick stop for a sherry tasting. Then on to the Andalusian horse dance (which was the best part of the trip). I’m not sure that I understood we were essentially on our on in Cadiz. Two and a half hours of free time was too much for me. There were 2 different groups using the same bus but somewhat different itineraries. Unfortunately there were quite a few who either didn’t understand the directions or chose not to abide by them which required the rest of us to stand around waiting. It happens on group tours, but if that annoys you, consider going private. We returned home 30 minutes later than expected, and since I had dinner reservations for the evening it was a bit frustrating. Petra was great. Just not my cup of tea.
Got to the pick up point with no problems. Bus came a little late but that was OK. The guide was young and a bit cheeky but gave a good guide as we drove through Seville on the first leg of our journey to Jerez. The bodega we visited in Jerez was excellent. Our guide there fro. Tuscany spoke excellent English and was obviously proud of the sherry they produced. The tasting was good too. Then we boarded the coach to the Horse ballet, arriving a little late as the show had started. The show was fine, the horses beautiful. Then the final leg to Cadiz, it looked very sorry for itself in the rain with many shops closed. I'm sure it is better in the sunshine but sadly looked like it all needed a lick of paint! The cathedral is an impressive building that dominates the square. We stopped in one of the cafes and had some tapas which was excellent. Then back on the bus at 5pm to return to Seville. The fields lining the motorway were flooded and some trees had fallen. The weather was terrible. Rain upon rain. A good day spoiled by the weather
Would recommend the horse show with the sherry tasting tickets. The horse show was absolutely beautiful and an event that should.be seen.
Awful start to day.Offered 8.10 am Pick -up at Naturanda Office C.zaragosa during phone and email contacts the day before. Phone contact no.after 15mins.wait to be told we should have been at C Rastro pick-up for 8.50 am. Lots of panic to get taxi to get us there on time to find that coach didn't leave until 9.30 anyway. Companies organization is chaotic!!!! Timings of this trip don't work. Got to Jerez to find winery in darkness due to power failure(nobodies foult) but had to be rushed straight to tasting table and quick sip as we had to rush to the equestrian centre for the horse ballet. This was excellent, the saving grace of the day. Then on to Cadiz for a quick hellter-skelter tour. Very nice meal close to Central Market-thanks to guide Driss. Guides tried their best to jolly us along but in our case they were on a losing wicket from the early morning false start.
It was a great trip. Our guide Daniella was terrific. She spoke clearly and provided important basic information at every step. She ensured we were well coordinated. It was an enjoyable day.
Andrea was a great guide! She gave us a lot of great information and history of the area. The bus ride to Jerez and Cadiz was a long one. But the sherry tasting and the Spanish riding school were worth the trip.
The tour itself was great. We loved both the sherry tasting in Jerez and the Andalusion horse show. But the fact that our guide told her co-worker not to hug her when she arrived because she was ill and didn't want to give it to him didn't make us feel especially comfortable being with her on an enclosed bus for hours. And the tour operator's (or Viator's?) confirmation process for arranging a place to meet to start the tour left a lot to be desired. The website listing offered 4 possible meeting points. We selected one and then booked a hotel only a 5-minute walk from that meeting point. At 9:15 p.m. on the night before the scheduled 8 a.m. pickup the next day, I got a phone call saying that our selected meeting point was not available and that they had been trying to reach me for days to ask me to select another. I don't know how they were trying to reach me. Maybe smoke signal? It certainly wasn't via email, text, phone, or chat from their app because nothing at all came in via those obvious options until after 9 p.m. when they finally attempted phone, email, and chat. At that time, of course, it was too late to change our hotel, so we had to walk an extra 20 minutes the next morning to get to the pick-up point they said they did have available - not the easiest thing to do with a bad back. We dealt with it, but I don't like being lied to. I also attempted multiple times in the days leading up to the tour to use their website chat feature to ask a couple questions about the tour itself, and no one ever responded to that chat either. It was a shame that a very nice tour was marred by not-very-nice (and seemingly untrue) communication. I expect more from Viator and the tour operators they contract with.
The worst company to deal with. Naturanda sell tours they don't have. They are disorganised and chaotic. Deceptive and unprofessional Just ask their tour staff! They have tours online that they do NOT provide BUYER BEWARE
Great trip, well organized and our guide Carlos did a great job of translating between English and Spanish. The Sherry tasting Jerez was great, horses amazing and a nice stop for lunch and exploration in Cadiz. The air conditioned bus was a nice treat for the quick ride back to Seville at the end of the day.
Really enjoyed this tour, sherry tasting was a perfect start, followed by a wonderful horse show and ending in beautiful Cádiz, perfect day trip out.
Sherry tasting great. Only thing was that it was first stop. Tasting on an empty stomach since leaving super early for pick up not ideal. Horse show beautiful. Unfortunately we had a tour guide that was not used to doing this tour. We did not get to have enough time in Cadiz to appreciate full history. Tour guide did her best and we were great full for that but not what we expected.
The sherry was wonderful and the horses were excellent we had a great time didn't know how good sherry could be. Learned alot about sherry
Best trip! Manuel Bottazzo is a great guide; personable, professional, knowledgeable plus a fun sense of humour. Nothing disappointed - everything about this trip is superb!
Really good sherry tasting experience, we learned a lot of sherry making history and production. Our guide Manual was so caring to our group, he took us walk around Cádiz, he made the tour interesting and informative. We would have missed so much without his stories. Highly recommend this small group of tour.
Fabuloso day at the annual Jerez Feria del Caballo! Very festive and cultural experience of this city’s annual event. The Real Equestrian Academy Horse Dance performance was a highlight! Beautiful and impressive training of these majestic horses!
The Andalusian horse show was spectacular. We enjoyed the informative and very interesting sherry tasting. Our guide Petra was full of energy and attentive to all customers. We unreservedly recommend this tour.
This was a great day. Small group, great van driver, Driss was an excellent tour guide. We learned about sherry, tasted some, saw the amazing horse show, and spent a bit of time in ocean city of Caldiz. It was as described and a fun day.
We started the tour off with a terrific sherry wine tasting in Jerez. During the winery tour, we were able to listen to the history of the sherry making in the region. After that, we went to the equestrian center and saw an absolutely fabulous horse show; very talented riders and horses. Our trip finished up with a fantastic visit to ocean side city of Cadiz. Our tour guide was able to get us into two very historic museums; much appreciated. All in all, a great day spent touring and learning about more of that region of Spain.
Our guide Manuel was amazing! He was full of knowledge of the region and was very well spoken. The sherry tasting was interesting and the horse ballet was beautiful.
Our guide, Manuel made this tour awesome! His knowledge of Cadiz's history and ruins. He brought that history to life. The horse show was also very good - mostly because I knew what to look for. There was very little explanation of what we were watching. It was a wonderful day.
We enjoyed a lot .all fine keep it up. Petra very professional..and keep clients happy. Thanks you will see us againbhhhhhhh
The day was wonderful! The horse show was amazing and is a must see event. It was a long day but so enjoyable. Petra our guide was very knowledgeable and energetic and kept everything on time. Thank you so much!
This really was a tour deserving 5/5, but the sherry tasting was the first stop at 10 in the morning! Luca was an amazing guide; the sherry making process was cool to learn; the horse show was impressive to witness; Cadiz was a lovely town to visit. Not really a good choice w/kids- too long of a bus ride, not to mention the morning sherry!
We thoroughly enjoyed our day to Jerez and Cádiz. This was our second tour with Andalsur Excursions and we were lucky enough to have Manuel as our guide on both trips. Manuel is an excellent guide, interesting, funny and so knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Cádiz. Sandra our driver was great too. A most enjoyable day. Thank you.
Overal amazing experience on this tour! Miguel and Manuel were amazing. Bus picked us up and dropped us off in the Seville city center which was very convenient. Manuel was very knowledgeable and gave great historical facts throughout the whole trip. The tour included a Sherry Wine Breakfast and a nice Horse show in Jerez. We finished the tour in Cadiz where we had some time to venture on our own. We were back in Seville by 5/530 which gave us enough time to enjoy dinner at night. Overall great experience. Thank you again!
Great trip. Maria was the perfect guide. Driver made sure we arrived at each destination safely and on time. Sherry tasting tour was very interesting, with more sherry than I expected!
Excellent trip from start to end. Pick up at chosen point arrived on time. Sandra our driver was excellent and driver us everywhere safely. Manuel - what can we say other than superb. Friendly, funny and do knowledgeable - we leant do much and he was always willing to answer our questions with humour and do much knowledge. The trip itself was wonderful. Early sherry tasting was excellent followed by great seats at the horse show. Smooth transfer over to Cadiz for light lunch and another excellent guided trip by Manuel.only day 4 if our 10 day trip to Seville and think today will be the highlight. Would have no hesitation in recommending....just hope Sandra and Manuel are hosting you. Rachel, Mike, Ann and Paul.
This was a really wonderful tour! The tour guide, Manuel, was knowledgeable and fun! The sherry tasting was delicious and so interesting. The horses were also fascinating! It was great that once we got to Cadiz we had a choice of a short tour or to spend a couple hours exploring on our own. Thank you for a delightful day!
This was a very good tour with our guide Manuel and driver Antonio. In Jerez the sherry tour was very interesting and the tasting a pleasure with excellent produce. The horse show was also impressive subject to your personal views on animal welfare, hastening to add that the horses all seemed well kept and cared for by their humans. We then had a break for lunch and an interesting walking tour of Cadiz. This is a good tour for those who are less enthusiastic walkers.
It was sunny with blue skies. The sherry tasting and visit to a bodega in Jerez was excellent. I wish we had a bit more time in Cadiz. The horse show was OK. We had a good time.
Manuel is a great and experienced guide. Very knowledgeable, I highly recommend him. He is a historian and it shows, he is very passionate about his work.
Manuel and Jan were the perfect hosts , so knowledgeable, polite and happy . They really looked after my 92 year old Mother . They made the trip a wonderful experience for us all . I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know
Incredibly knowledgeable tour guide that brought to life the excursion. (Thanks Manuel) Great to taste sherry, watch horses and visit Cadiz.
Really nice trip! Manuel was very knowledgeable and took us to places a bit more off the beaten track which allowed us to have a more authentic experience of Jerez de la Frontera and Cadiz. Jan was a good driver, I sometimes get motion sickness but not at all during this trip :). Thanks guys!
This was an excellent tour. Maria our guide did a great job explaining everything and full of interesting information. She took great care to accommodate our wishes. The horse show and Cadiz tour was very good
The tour to Jerez de la Frontera andCadiz was well paced. Manuel our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, well prepared to answer questions and great personality. We had a great time and do recommend.
Petra was amazing! Jerez was interesting and an incredible spectacular horse show. Cadiz was wonderful, but I wish we had been dropped off further from the stores so that we could go to the beach
This is a must do trip. You’ll be blown away by the magnificent horses, the whole experience was stunning. Enjoyed the trip to the sherry winery, we got to sample them too. Very insightful as I never knew what was involved in making sherry. The winery is steeped in history. Lastly beautiful Cadiz which just makes us want to go back for more. The day trip was amazing and was really well organised, our guide was a ticket altogether she was brilliant and super knowledgeable. I’d recommend this in a heartbeat you won’t regret it!
Fantastic day of new experiences. Brilliant horse show. Wonderful and very helpful and happy guide and nice driver. Given lots of information, history and anecdotes all along the way and continued on journey back too. Would have maybe liked a little more down time on the various stops, but perhaps that is because I am a bit slow getting around!
For me and my wife, in particular, it was a lot of fun. The tasting of Jerez in a very quaint setting was fantastic. Then the Andalusian Horse show was the highlight for us. The visit to Cadiz was also very good especially for me, since I spent 6 weeks here as immigrant Cuban boy 54 years ago. Petra, our guide made it interesting with fun facts. My wife and I appreciated the fact that she talked when there some interesting fact, many were fun and of general interest. Many guides feel the need to talk at all times. We felt we got our money's worth.
They offered to pick us up from the hotel when I hired the tour, but they didn’t. They called 24 hrs before my tour to let me know this and when I try to call Them back they didn’t answer ( tried more than one time). In addition, The bus driver was terrible!! The air conditioning wasn’t working and the bus itself was very small and uncomfortable for a day trip (they say in the web that is a good and comfortable bus). Moreover, The seats to the horses show were very bad too. Not happy at all for what I paid. Don’t take this tour, try to book with another company.
Enchanting presentation, tuning between the horses and their horsemen and amazons, pleasant Mood.
Unfortunately, the horse show was cancelled, but very neatly received an email and a discount of 25 euros p.p. The sherry tasting was interesting. The town and the city tour was disappointing. In itself a pass. It was not a super experience, however. So 3 stars.
Manuel’s attention has been impeccable: attentive to the requirements of each of the members of the group, his respectful and very friendly treatment, indisputably knowledgeable of his trade
