Tour company is not well organised. They left us at the main office despite checking in 55 minutes early. While the driver came back, he had a flat tyre, so we don't know whether it was for us or to change vehicles. While it was meant to be an Englush language tour, the driver spent more time in Spanish for a couple of guests. We got so little history of anywhere it was a waste of time. In Jerez we walked around the Alcazah, but had no opportunity to enter. On the drive back it was very fast, not sure if safe. Little AC in the van so very warm. We were back before 9hrs, not the listed 10 hrs. No guided tour in Cadiz despite being an included item.

Very good day out with just a few issues. The guide was difficult to understand as his English although very good was still hard to make out. (It wasn’t just me) as others were also looking confused. Also, he liked to get across his political views which annoyed us. Leave politics out of holidays.
It's hard to give this trip a rating based just on this experience. First of all, things started late since our guide was ill that day. Our Spanish wasn't good enough to have a detailed conversation with the driver when we went to Jerez. Both the winery guide and the winery tour were fantastic. He had a small collision on the way back to the bus. They debated who was at fault and shared details for another forty-five minutes. Despite her enthusiasm, our guide in Cadiz struggled with her English due to exhaustion.
Excellent… Informative, enjoyable, memorable, very well organized. Will be definitely recommended to family and friends.
Tour guide was good, but tour company poor. Communication poor, extended pickup and transfer delays. Our second attempt to travel with this company was little better than first time, only this tour guide was much better.
It was a great tour, and we had a very good first look at Jerez and Cadiz. The tour company had to be nimble because there was a road race in town and many streets were blocked, so the logistics were not usual. Antonio is very knowledgable and is a character, and tells many fun stories (to be taken with a grain of salt). There is a lot packed into a one day tour, so you move along. The tour group almost filled a big bus, and Antonio make his remarks in three different languages (Spanish, English, French), so bravo to Antonio for his language skills, but there was some dead time as each explanation was given 3 times.

It was a very nice trip, little pity that the Jerez Alcázar was closed. The guide Antonio was nice. Thanks Naturada tourist agent. I did few trips with them everything is ok
It’s difficult to rate this tour on this experience alone. Firstly our guide was sick on the day so it started late. We drove to Jerez and our Spanish wasn’t up to detailed communication with the driver. The winery tour was very good and the winery guide was excellent. On returning to the bus he had a minor collision as he set off. Another 45 minute delay while they exchanged details and argued about who was to blame. Our guide in Cadiz was enthusiastic but struggled with her English so spent several sentences ensuring we got her drift. This was tiring after a while and we ducked out so we could walk around the centre. Our Australian companions completed the tour and enjoyed it. The whole visit was compressed and many shops and cafes were closing for siesta during this time. I’m sure on another day with a guide and no delays it would have been a better experience.
We had the most wonderful day, with Jan and Manuel, who took us through every experience with great care to every detail...Manuel has an amazing knowledge of every where we visited and made our trip very memorable. Very considerate too of my limited mobility. I could not praise them enough , we were so thankful.
Really nice trip. The guide and driver were super friendly and helpful. To improve even further the tour, my sugestion is to include a mini-tour/explanation while in Cadiz, since the historical center is quite small.
Visiting the Alhambra was a Dream come true. Soraida was very friendly , full of energy and Knowledgeable. She was excellent . Our guide in the Alhambra was patient, and Knowledgeable. Really could not have asked for more. Thank you .
A rip-off; I paid about 280 euros for three people to see Cadiz and Jerez, not to spend an afternoon visiting a wine cellar. It was poorly organized; they could have included a visit to Arcos de la Frontera and let us visit the cathedral and the alcazar of Jerez, while we saw nothing of this city, but only stopped for lunch, which was not even included. So, an eight-hour trip to see a wine cellar that was too long and ultimately boring. Too bad, I would have liked to see the cities. Highly unrecommended, I will not take any more tours with this tour operator. Very low value for money and a waste of time.
Good tour for wine tasting and horse show, which was not the case for us, hence dissatisfied
We are always disappointed with the wait from the beginning of the excursion. Arrival at 9:15am departure not before 10am. Transport problem... Long start
I was with Manuel and Miguel on the excursion to Jerez de la Frontera and Cadiz Everything was excellent, very friendly and correct, I would travel with them again without hesitation
Tour that allows you to discover the beautiful Cadiz and Jerez with its sherry cellars and wonderful Andalusian horses
The tour included a tour of the city of Jerez and Cadiz. We went on a visit to a winery with historical explanations and wine making as well as tasting. Very clear and extensive explanation. The rest of the day we visited the beautiful city of Cadiz with a very good explanation from the guide. I think the time was somewhat short so the walk is somewhat tired. Very grateful for our guide. The tour is worth it.
