Horseback Riding Around Doñana National Park

The Riding activity was the most beautiful activity we did on our entire journey. So glad we made this choice! It was a wonderful morning and our guide Marta was lovely, the landscape beautiful, and most important: the horses absolutely well trained! We are not experienced and we totally relaxed on those large horses backs - after the initial short training session and the first few minutes on the calm and friendly horses. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Everything about this experience was 10/10. The communication from start to finish was great. Dani was an excellent tutor and catered for all abilities matching the horses to the rider. My husband has not ridden before and he felt totally at ease. Dani’s Andalusian horses are beautifully trained and so well looked after and everything I imagined. We were given time in the sand school to feel comfortable on the horses before heading out. Riding in the countryside was beautiful and Dani was very knowledgable about the area. Also gave some fab recommendations on where to eat the most amazing Paella. I would 100% recommend this horse riding experience and will come back when we return. Vanessa

This was an awesome ride! Daniel, our host, contacted me prior to my ride requesting my experience level and examples of my riding experience. I am a Western Pleasure rider from the U.S. who rides each week. Daniel chose the most beautiful Dressage horse for me. When we arrived at the barn we took the horses to the arena and Daniel demonstrated how to ride (hand placement, rein length, posture, and leg pressure). I then mounted the horse and Daniel assessed my skills and gave me some corrections (tighter reins). After seeing the corrections and seeing that me and the other rider were comfortable with our horses we then left for a great trail ride through olive groves, wheat fields and sunflower fields. The horses were well mannered (sound) and had no reactions to anything in the environment (bicycles, etc.). Daniel was very knowledgeable on the environment, vegetation, etc. Thank you so much Daniel for letting me ride the most beautiful horse!

Cannot recommend this experience enough! Danny was a fantastic host and guide. He was very patient with our 10 and 12 year olds. They were instantly put at ease to enjoy the ride. It was our favorite activity in Spain. We would 100% do this again.

My wife and I went on this trip and it was my very first time horseback riding. Danny made it a fantastic experience! He chose great horses for us (Dubai and Deseo) who were very well trained, smart, gorgeous horses. We had an unforgettable day at the farm and on the trail ride through beautiful countryside. Dani (or Danny) was an AMAZING host! As a professional horse trainer, he loves and respects his horses and takes exceptional care of them, which is something I always look for when deciding where to ride. The farm and surrounding areas are beautiful, and he’s very knowledgeable with the local crops and plants. You’ll learn a lot about the area as you ride. He’s very aware and mindful of rider’s levels, and gives you time in his ring to get accustomed to to the horse to make sure you’re comfortable before heading out, which is unheard of. The horse I was riding, Dubai, was beautiful and perfect - so well trained with a fun personality! I was extremely comfortable with him (may have been a mare) and it was one of the nicest rides I’ve ever had! Dani really allows you to spend the time with the horses, get to know them, and appreciate being more of a partner than just a rider. He’s passion about the animals and their wellbeing and really wants riders to have a really good experience.

“Real Spanish Horse and Guide” country experience just outside of Seville. I rode an extraordinary Andalusian horse - the horse was calm, good tempered, and extremely well trained for dressage. The horse was better trained than I was :) and took good care of me. I had not been riding in years and the horse was patient and very responsive. If you are an experienced rider you will fall in love with these horses. Professionally trained to respond to every movement of your body, legs, and hands. Their movements are exquisite!! Dani the owner and my personal guide was equally excellent! Professional and experienced in dressage riding is an understatement. He is an exceptionally skilled horseman. I had not ridden in two years and he was patient and instructed me so I was comfortable on my horse. He accommodated my need to speak English and was very kind and friendly. He designed the ride to fit my ability and desire to trot and canter. The horses appeared VERY well cared for with very well kept stables. It was a lovely ride through fields and olive trees. Highly recommend. Authentic riding experience! Dani even took pictures and short videos of my ride and sent them to me. Would ride with them again given the chance!!! Grateful for the experience and memory I made!

Thanks to the kind Danny, I was able to have a great time. The horse I ride, Tarrant, was a quite and good horse, and cats on the premises were friendly and soothing. Thank you ,Danny!! Unfortunately I couldn't ride on horse due to high fever, but I was glad to hear from my sister that it sounded fun.

Dani was awesome we messaged through the app and arranged for transportation. This was an amazing experience riding through fields of olives . Our instruction on handling the horses was spot on and the best I have ever received and for this novice rider it made the experience so much better.. Don’t give this one a second thought do it , you will not regret it !

I booked the Riding Experience as I had read lots of positive rviews. I am so glad that I did. It was great, from start to finish.I was plcked up in the city by Dani who was very friendly. On arrival, I had a tour of the stables and then met my horse - a lovely Andalucian called Turronero. I had a short ride in the indoor arena so that Dani could assess my riding and be happy that I was suited to my horse. We then had a wonderful hack through the countryside. It was very relaxed, lots of chatting, with Dani taking photos along the way and pointing out things of interest.On return, I enjoyed fresh figs and a glass of jerez. Everyone there was very friendly and I felt sad when it was finally time to leave. I will definitely return if I'm ever back in Seville. Muchas gracias Dani !

This was an amazing experience!! Dani was an incredible host! He very generously gave me a ride there and back from my hotel, gave great instruction and even went above and beyond in recommending and writing down a few different locations for me to try during my time here in Seville! The countryside is so beautiful and I am so grateful for the opportunity to see a bit of what life feels like outside of the city. During the entire experience I felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend it to other travelers!

What a beautiful morning! We were picked up in Seville and driven out to the stables. Everyone was so friendly. The horses were perfectly picked to match our abilities. It was a beautifully relaxed ride. Everything we needed , was provided.

Everything was fabulous! Dani and Marta were so kind and friendly. The horses are very experienced and were happy to do the job. The countryside was beautiful! Couldn't have asked for anything more. What a great way for us to end our holiday!

I had the best day!! I was picked up near my airbnb and very generously dropped off at the airport. The horses are very friendly and so is the owner. We did a very relaxing ride through the most beautiful places. Would 100% recommend!

This was my favorite activity I’ve ever done on a trip!! Dani was so nice and hospitable and has done such an amazing job training his horses. I was nervous going into it, but seeing how well-trained the horses were really put my nerves at ease. The farm was beautiful as well, and the dogs and cats were adorable and so friendly as well. I can’t recommend this experience enough. My only note to those who do: STRETCH BEFOREHAND. If not, you will wake up SO SORE the next morning!

Dani organised an amazing experience! From pickup, all the way through to dropping us off back in Seville. His horses are exceptionally well trained and his instructions, for a novice who has never ridden, were very clear. The ride was superb, through corn fields, olive trees and the beautiful Spanish countryside. Finished off with a refreshing drink and a chat. Faultless, I can’t recommend dani and this trip enough. His English is superb.

We just got back from a gorgeous morning riding the trails. We all had an amazing time and would recommend this experience to anyone. Marta was a fantastic host and it’s clear the stables are well run and have a family atmosphere.

Amazing experience! We were picked up right at our Hotel. The horses were very well treated and looking happy and healthy. The ride was amazing, even for the rider without experience. Would 10000% recommend.

Beautiful country ride. Having some horse riding is helpful. If you have never ridden there are calm horses available.

My parents and I loved this experience. Danial has a truly special place. The horses were gentle and well behaved. Our guide was very friendly and a patient teacher. We are not experienced with horses but Danial made sure we were introduced to all our horses and comfortable in the ring before going out for the ride. As we rode around the area we were informed about the different flowers and trees in the area. We enjoyed the company of all the cute dogs especially Lola. The pick up service was extremely convenient and the farm is nearby. Great activity. Not to be missed

This was a beautiful experience! A calm ride through the country with beautiful views! The horses are well taken care of, Daniel was a great guide leading us all from ,experienced riders to beginners. A must do when in Andalusia.

My friend and I booked a ride with Dani, and it was fantastic. The ride out was beautiful and he picked us up in the city, which was so easy. I have a ton of experience where my friend does not, and our horses were chosen to accommodate this. The ride was the perfect amount of time, and we enjoyed the authenticity of the farm. Such a great horseback ride in the country side. Very accessible from Seville, just 20-30mins away. They will pick you up from your hotel too. I booked this last minute and was so happy to be accommodated. Got there early and the ride did start a little later. But was happy to get to test my horsemanship skills before setting off on our 2hour-ish ride. Horses were wonderful and well taken care of. The guide was so friendly and welcoming. I speak Spanish so, it was very comfortable. But she spoke English as well and told us little trivia about the Spanish olives and nature park. I also liked the mingle session after, where we got to all meet and greet each other and swap experiences. Overall, excellent experience!

Dany is a very easy going, patient and kind instructor with a passion for horses and shares this passion during the ride! The horse was very well trained and the tour in nature was magnificent!

What a fabulous experience. I booked this as a surprise birthday present for my wife. She is a keen rider, my son and I are not experienced at all but went with her. Our guide Marta, was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and sympathetic to non-riders. She ensured we all had such a great experience and her English was perfect. I would highly recommend this trip

Amazing experience. The team makes a maximum effort to ensure you are comfortable with the horse before taking you out. The €50 pick up fee is worth it!

Marvellous visit for my birthday. The views were beautiful and the horses were very well taken care of. I have some riding experience but I enjoyed learning a lot more about riding and horses on this trip. The expertise and instructions were very helpful. I felt safe the entire time. It was a memorable birthday and the hospitality was great, very generous and kind. I might return for my birthday next year!

Our experience was wonderful from start to end. Our instructor Noelia has been so helpful, so lovely and engaging. I had zero experience riding horses, Noelia gave me very clear instructions on how to manoeuvre my horse, and in no time I was able to ride. All I wanted was to have a pleasant time on the horse as I was a bit nervous beforehand, and Noelia helped me get exactly that, I couldn’t have asked for anything better! We were incredibly lucky that on our tour, there was only my partner and I, which made it very romantic. At the end, Noelia gave a few extra minutes to my partner so he could trot in the paddock. We brought the horses back to the stables and Noelia asked if we wanted to shower the horses, which we had a wonderful time doing! It was such a great time from the beginning to the end. I can’t recommend Noelia and the Centro Ecuestre El Acebuche enough, we had an amazing time!!

Take note that all of the reviews for this activity are 5 star - including this review. Communication for pickup (which is clearly noted as an additional fee) and meet went well. Daniel is personable and proud owner of his facility. Groups are kept small with additional personnel available to help with larger groups/families as needed. Helmets are provided and all levels of riding proficiency are accommodated (my wife is an advanced rider, myself - less so!). Horses seemed well matched to the riders. There is about 15 minutes of free time afforded with which you can work and get accustomed to your mount within the riding ring. From the ring, you will go on an approximately 60/75 minute trail excursion through the neighboring countryside. The horses, it should be noted, were extremely responsive to command and easy to control with the younger horses being a bit more spirited. Highly recommended tour for those looking for a chance to ride and experience the Andalusian horse on a working horse stable while in Southern Spain.

A wonderful experience and beautiful way to spend an evening in Sevilla. It was a small group so it was intimate and we got more attention from Dani and Marta which was appreciated. The countryside during sunset was beautiful, peaceful and a great break from the city. You can tell the horses are well maintained and loved by Dani and Marta. They’re fantastic, very knowledgeable, kind and patient. If you’re looking for a new experience outside of the typical tourist activities, I would highly recommend this.

This was a great experience….Had come into Cadiz on a cruise ship, took a quick train to Seville, and Daniel the owner met us at the train station and whisked us off for a great afternoon experience. If you love horses and the countryside this is a unique and intimate experience.

Dani and Marta were phenomenal!! It was honestly the best horseback riding experience I've ever had. All the horses were so sweet and responsive. Wish I lived in Seville so I could do this all the time! The other animals on the farm are just the cherry on top

We had a great time! We spent the first 20 min or so learning how to ride and becoming used to the horses, and then we went on an absolutely gorgeous ride through the country. For only being a short distance from Seville you really feel like you are in the country and the scenery is beautiful. I would absolutely recommend!!

Excellent! Very authentic and natural experience. Daniel, the owner picked us up, and though it costs a bit for the pick up and drop off option from our hotel, the drive was great and Daniel was very friendly. Great experience and really good to get away from the usual touristy things. You'll feel very welcomed and looked after. Beautiful horses and riding too. Would definitely come back again.

Dani was a wonderful host as well as an excellent horseman. Loved riding through the countryside and learning about the area.

Incredible experience. Dani was amazing. We were both complete beginners at horse riding, so Dani took us to the horse ring to teach us the basics. Once we were comfortable with riding our wonderful horses, he took us off into the countryside where we trekked through olive orchards, wheat fields, and more. The sun was out and it couldn’t have been better. This is only a 25 minute drive from Seville and you feel like you are in the heart of the countryside. If you want to experience the wonderful countryside on horseback (even if you are a complete beginner) then I cannot recommend this experience highly enough.

This was such a beautiful and relaxing adventure! Daniel was an excellent host and guide. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. The horses are incredible, so well trained and easy to ride for beginners. My 2 daughters and I had an amazing time. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to escape the city and have a relaxing time in the Spanish countryside.
