The guides, both Nieves and Hector, excellent guides. Experience was one of a kind but it began too close the closing hour and felt kind of short

My original time was 9:30am. Received a phone call at 4:30pm the day before advising the time has changed to 7:15am. Not a good start. Guide shows up at 7:35 am. He is late. No hearing devices. Really did not do much for us. The second tour guide was fabulous. I wouldn’t recommend.
Alhambra is surreal. Worth the long drive from Seville. Our guide Antonio is knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t feel rushed in the palace. One suggestion to the tour operator though: the walking tour of Albacyn could be cut shorter. Also, the guide could be more clear about the snack break. It’s basically the only chance you get to eat unless you pack your own food. The rest of the schedule is (understandably) tight and if you didn’t load up in the old town, you have to wait till you get back to Seville.
The Alhambra was breathtaking! So much of history and beauty to be found there. Our tour guide, Antonio was very knowledgeable. He was also very helpful when one of our party had to return to the Wecome center via taxi that got him lost. Antonio used my phone to speak to the second taxi driver and directed him safely back to us.
Our day trip from Seville to Granada was absolutely wonderful. The Alhambra was breathtaking, with its incredible Moorish architecture, intricate carvings, peaceful courtyards, and beautiful gardens. Every corner revealed something remarkable, and the views of Granada were spectacular. Granada itself was charming, with its historic streets, lively atmosphere, and rich Andalusian culture. Although it was a long day, the journey was well worth it. Having the opportunity to experience one of Spain’s most extraordinary historical landmarks in a single trip was truly special. We highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Seville!
Guides were super nice and patient. Knew a lot about the places and were kind to adjust the pace for the ones in the group that had more difficulty walking thoughout the day.
A fantastic site to visit. Book early and hope for good weather and a lot of walking. Be sure not to touch any vegetation and always stay on approved paths!
We enjoyed this tour! Beautiful drive, long day but worth it. Pia was our tour guide. She was great! Such wonderful information she shared and great English! I would highly recommend!
This was a brilliant trip which made the long journey from Seville worthwhile although it was disappointing that the trip started several hours later than planned as we would have preferred more time in Granada itself. Initially the guide on the coach couldn’t be understood despite talking in English but once we swopped to the official guide in Granada the tour was superb. He really made the history of the place come alive. Take a packed lunch with you as there isn’t time to visit a restaurant.
We had an excellent day trip in bus to Granada. It lasted 3h to go from Sevilla to Granada but we had a wonderful guide Manuela (speaking english and spanish) in the bus with us, explaining the history of Spain, showing us the landscape through the windows, naming the mountains, the olive oil’s history, etc… We also had a French guide named Juan in the Alhambra that was also very interesting. All the monuments seen were Beautiful!
Manuela was very good with her explanations. It was a very illuminating information. L’Alahambra castle did not disappoint.
The bus was comfortable. The guides were knowledgeable and tour was great. I learned a lot about the history of southern Spain and the prominent role the Muslims played during that time. The melding of Christian, Muslim and Jewish cultures explains the uniqueness of Spanish culture. Bring your passports.
What a mess. Started with a call yesterday to say we would be delayed 2 hours with no clear answer as to why. We arrived well before the new time at the meeting place only to stand around for an additional hour. The tour guide that accompanied us to Granada was so soft spoken we couldn’t hear her. Of course she had no ear phone equipment available. Upon arrival at Grenada we went for a very short visit to an old Muslim fort ( don’t ask which one as we couldn’t hear the tour guide especially out in the busy neighborhood without any audio equipment). Next we sat down at a filthy neighborhood bar for a lunch hour that lasted twice the length of the old fort tour. During the long lunch hour we managed to loose an elderly couple. The tour guide had not bothered to do a by name head count prior to this so she had no clue as to who the couple was that went missing. Still don’t know what happened to them. After the lunch hour we sat in traffic for an hour and half instead of the planned 30 minutes travel time resulting in we arrived at the Alhambra well past our scheduled entrance time. As a result we only got a 1 hour rush through part of the Alhambra instead of the planned three hour full tour through all parts. In the end we paid $400 dollars for my wife and I to spend 20 minutes looking at an old Muslim fort wall and a rush through a small portion of the Alhambra. I think this was a crime scene not a tour. I’m just not sure if the crime was robbery of tourists for promising to tour all these areas and then not coming through; or elderly abuse by loosing two old folks somewhere in Grenada.
Very good, good information and guides, beautiful views Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Great experience! I strongly recommend this trip and Pia and Sara were amazing! They shared they knowledge with lot of passion and patience.
Tour we took to Granada was very good - transportation - nice Mercedes coach - very comfortable. Guide - Pia - excellent guide. She explained every small detail and historic importance of the place. Food was not included but Pia took us such an authentic food place. Alhambra was worth visit. Only negative side is total hours it takes to visit.
Pia was a fantastic tour guide! She made all the history engaging and provided us with wonderful recs for food. Would do this again!
Me and my friend travelled from London and we had an absolute pleasant experience. Pia, who was the tourist guide of our day trip, was so polite, friendly and accommodating. She provided in depth explanations of the history around Granada, and often checked in to ensure everyone was okay. It was a buwafiful day, with beautiful views of nature and architecture! Thank you for an amazing experience! Would highly recommend this tourist experience to everyone who would like to visit Granada ❤️
Pia and Natasha were amazing guides. We really enjoyed our excursion. The pickup and dropoff were smooth, and visiting Albaicin gave more context to our Alhambra tour. Highly recommend.
Excellent time a d wonderful experience. Katherine was engaging and the driver was excellent. Break in between the long journey. Fernando the guide for Alhambra was knowledgeable and I would definitely do this tour again due o the wonderful time I had
It was a great day good explanations by our tourguide Pia.
The experience was amazing. Pia our guide was very informative with so much knowledge and very friendly. I would recommend this tour. Alhumra was beautiful, a wonderful day.
What an unforgettable day out in Granada! Seeing the breathtaking Alhambra palace in person was amazing. Booking with Naturanda went super smoothly, complete with a 10% discount. Big shoutouts to José for a great journey on the coach and especially to Antonio, our Alhambra guide. Antonio was outstanding—he brought the history of the Christian and Muslim eras to life in such an approachable way. Fantastic value from start to finish!
Our tour guide in english was Andy, he was amazing and explained everything. This is probably my favorite spain tour. Maria was our guide to Granada and was very nice and helpful as well!
Very well organised tour, we had a beautiful day. Manuela was a fantastic guide, she was very informative. The bus was air conditioned and very comfortable, I would highly recommend this trip as the Alahambra is a very beautiful place to visit and our guide at the monument was fantastic.
We had a very pleasant time at Alhambra because the tour two guides friendly and well educated about the history of the sites.
We booked our day trip to Granada with Naturanda Tours in Seville - we were not disappointed!! Our tour leader Petra was amazing! She was very organized and there wasn't a wasted minute during the (very long) day. We stopped halfway to Granada to stretch our legs and pick up a snack before heading on and exploring the Albaicin Neighbourhood - so old with interesting shops, shady squares and time to pick up a quick lunch and wander the little streets, all a throw back to earlier times. After getting back on the bus we headed on to The Alhambra, the jewel of Granada. We were greeted by a different tour guide and lead to a quieter entrance where we enjoyed a wonderful and leisurely tour of this magnificent property, truly mind boggling!! The layout and decoration of the walls, ceilings and courtyards is outstanding leading back to an interesting time in history. Once we toured the building we went on a lovely stroll through the Generalife Gardens which along with many beautiful florals offered up a grand view of the Alhambra building - truly special and something we'll never forget!! Even though it was a long day with quite a bit of walking and time to/from on the bus it was a very wonderful day! Thank you Petra, our bus driver and Naturanda!
Maria was very nice. She looked after us well throughout. It was too hot to go in August so would recommend spring or autumn time. Prepare to walk a lot and lots of stairs
5* Alhambra tour guide was amazing! He was very informative and took his time explaining in details. We loved it! 3* For the tour company, Naturanda! To them this was just a bus ride, unfortunately! I won’t use them again.
We had a great time. And more importantly our guide Carmel was just great. She has the perfect balance between being funny and giving information and also giving us some quiet time. The tour was also great we saw all the interesting elements and the small bus was very comfortable.
Great tour! Informative but not too much info and lots of opportunities to explore on own. Beautiful city
This company communicates very well. Send us reminders and changes in schedule. The staff was very friendly, specially our guide Merce.
Took this tour with my family while visiting Seville. Enjoyed every bit of it. Pia was an awesome guide. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us the history of Andalusia that was very engaging and clearly articulated. She went above and beyond during the trip to make us comfortable. During the walk in Albaicin neighborhood, she showed us the uniqueness of the neighborhood, connected with history and took us to beautiful viewpoints. She took us to a restaurant that met our dietary restrictions and it turned out to be a really good one! The bus was a very nice and comfortable one. There was water available onboard at a very reasonable price. Overall, great experience and I highly recommend.
It was an excellent day trip to Alhambra from Sevilla. The tour guide Pia was very good and provided a historic context to the places we visited and also suggested nice places to taste local food.
Very long bus trip (3 hours each way). First stop was an old town which offered a good view of Granada, Alhambra & Nazaries Palaces etc. Not much to see in the old village but a good stop for a lunch break. The Alhambra & Nazaries palaces were lovely. There is alot of walking so be prepared. Phillipe was our guide at the Alhambra & Nazaries palaces was great .
Excellent tour of local village by Petra. Fernado took us round the Alhambra palace. It’s a stunning site and the tour was very informative.
I would like to thank our tour guide Manuela. She is kind, friendly, and approachable and very organized. The tour went well. She is knowledgable about the history of the place. Definitely deserved a five star rating. Thanks Manuela, Patrick UK/Philippines
Our guide was great and the palace was amazing. Bravo Merce gracias!
Merci was an exceptional tour guide and made our full-day visit to the Alhambra truly unforgettable. Her knowledge of the history, architecture, and fascinating stories behind every corner of the site brought everything to life. She was friendly, patient, and passionate, making the experience both informative and enjoyable. Spending the entire day exploring with her felt effortless, and she made sure everyone was engaged and comfortable throughout the tour. We left with a much deeper appreciation for the Alhambra and its incredible history. Thank you, Merci, for such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a memorable and enriching visit to the Alhambra!
Pia the guide was so friendly and helpful, she took lot of pain to finalise our tickets to the generally garden tour
Alberto was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, not only about the grounds, but about the history of Spain and even the plant life. Best guide we have ever had — for any tour anywhere.
We got on the bus that was going to Cordova. They quickly figured out a fix and we transferred to the right bus. The guide Daniella was very nice and knowledgeable. Trip kind of long from Seville, but worth it.
Long bus ride but bus was comfortable with a break halfway, it wasn't bad. Totally worth it to see the Alhambra and snow capped Sierra Nevada's. Tour guide Catherine was funny and entertaining. Be sure to secure tickets for inside the Alhambra months in advance. It was fantastic, especially the gardens. I was very ill during the tour but our guide, Consuela, didn't skip a beat on giving very calming and informative tour, while ensuring I was ok. Wish it was record in a podcast so I could relisten!
So convenient, different locations around Seville, friendly staff to answer your questions and recommend the best options, good buses, which make it a breeze from city to city. Loved the tour guides, especially Pia, who is so friendly, knowledgeable, and practical. Great English and Spanish.
The trip and the guide were excellent.
Long fun day filled with a 3 hour bus ride from Sevilla to Granada and a tour of Granada, the Alhambra and the Palaces. One tour guide accompanied us on the bus and provided commentary about the area as well as conducted a walking tour of Granada. The other guide provided a comprehensive tour of the various palaces and gardens. Unfortunately, there was very little free time to spend in Granada; however, based on what I saw, I would definitely be interested at returning there in the future.
Our guide Pia was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave interesting and helpful information. The scenery was beautiful and our lunch spot was very cozy. We had a great day!
Our visit to Granada was an outstanding experience, greatly enhanced by the professionalism and expertise of our tour leader, Pia. From the outset, Pia demonstrated excellent organizational skills and a clear commitment to ensuring that all aspects of the tour ran smoothly. Her in-depth knowledge of Granada’s history, culture, and landmarks added significant value to the experience, providing insightful context at every stage of the journey. Pia conducted herself with a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy. She was consistently approachable and responsive, ensuring that all participants felt comfortable and well supported throughout the tour.
Probably the cherry on top our our Andalucian segment! Granada was historically rich and the structures of old are worth the visit. Alhambra was breathtaking! Kudos to our tour guides Pia (not Pio 🤣) and Guillermo/William for being accommodating with our concerns and for hosting such informative tours! 😎👍🏻
Great day saw the palace we were brought to a local beauty spot to get great pictures outside of the palace the tour guide was very good and share lots of history and knowledge enchancing the experience.
