Our coach driver and tour guide were fabulous!the mini bus up to the rock was not good if you have a bad back?he drove far too aggressively and fast and left a lady behind because she was a few minutes late back?the bus was really dirty inside?shame because everything else was great?!

Excellent, our guide Pia, was very informative and made the experience very enjoyable.
The check-in process was unorganised and waiting around, not knowing what was going on. But the experience itself was great. Coach was clean and comfortable. A day trip to Gibraltar is enough to see the Rock, cave and history. Would recommend it, if you have time.
Great day trip to Gibraltar Day Trip from Seville + Rock Tour.
Not a great tour experience. We travelled from the other side of the world and chose Naturanda for a day trip tour of Gibraltar. Due to exchange rate we paid nearly 300NZD per person for this tour and we absolutely did not get the same value for the tour as others in the same group. We were frustrated that we didn’t get any opportunity for photos on approach to the Rock, because it is quite a striking formation from afar and were left to do our best to take photos from the bus window while it drove on. We were split into two groups on arrival to Gibraltar, left with no tour guide for the (rushed) drive around the rock, found out later the other group had TWO tour guides with them giving information and local guiding at each viewpoint. We were then left at the bus park for 30 minutes waiting for the tour guide to return and lost time for our ‘free time’ when we could have been exploring Gibraltar. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity for us to visit Gibraltar when we live on the opposite side of the world; sadly we don’t feel we got the full experience that we paid for. I’ve contacted Naturanda directly and received no reply.
Great trip with lots to see! The cave was amazing. Plenty of time with the monkeys too. Would definitely recommend this trip
Pia was fantastic, give us a lot of informations. Gibraltar is a special teritory.
One of my worst experiences with day tour; totally the opposite from the one I did with Naturanda 2 days ago! Carmen, the guide is not professional, did not provide sufficient information about the logistics of the tour, kept saying delay is not under her control, that she did not realise the tour company at Gibraltar split our tour into 2 coaches. This is not acceptable as she admitted it is not the first time she led this tour and she knew how many people are in the tour and she must know the type of vehicles used in thw Rock and cave tour. Yes, uncontrollable unfortunate things happen, but when half of your tour was left in the carpark for half an hour and all she said when we saw us was that it is not controllable by her, it shows how unprofessional and incompetent she is. All she needs to do is to say she is aware something has gone wrong and apologise for what happened on behalf of the company and calm us down. She only provided the minimum tour narratives about Gibraltar. When we get off the big coach and about to switch to small coach, she did not bother to give us a heads up! Lack of experience maybe!
Our guide Jose was wonderful -super helpful.. His tour company was not very organized- we had to pick up 2 passengers outside Cadiz and tour office did not tell them the new pick up time and we wasted 45min waiting for 2 passengers. On the way back- again tour office did not arrange for 2 passengers to be picked up outside Cadiz. Jose was nice enough to drop them off at their hotel in Cadiz which delayed our drive back to Seville by 45min. I understand Jose’s frustration with tour office and he kept his cool.
Gibraltar is a great place. Jesus was a great host, guide and was very knowledgeable. My wife and I would go back.
Great day out . Our guide Petra was fabulous, very funny and great sence of humour. Huello our driver was also excellent.
An excellent day trip from Seville to Gibraltar. Very interesting and lots of history. Highlights were Saint Michael’s cave, and of course, the famous monkeys of Gibraltar! Our guide, Pia made the day special providing essential information that made the tour ! Would definitely recommend!
The trip is very nice. The tour guide Pia is very knowledgeable and nice as well
This was a lovely experience with tia great tour guide
St. Michael’s Cave: This isn't just a damp cavern; it’s a stunning natural auditorium filled with towering stalactites and stalagmites. The local authorities have installed an immersive light and sound show called "The Awakening" that beautifully illuminates the limestone formations in pulsing neon hues. It to mention the spectacular views seeing Europe and Africa at the same time. The monkeys were very friendly
Karlos is a great tour guide because he is professional and patient
Had a great day yesterday with Catherine, she made us laugh all day with her qwerkines, her comments & laugh. The driver on Gibraltar was so good, wish I could remember his name. Only thing I thought wasn't good enough was the bus having no toilet on board, it's 2026.
Had an amazing time in Gibraltar. The monkeys were so cool to see!!! Our guide Martina was brilliant and very informative. Would highly recommend this tour!!
Great guide for the tour, Pia was excellent. She knew the whole route and the city very well, and was able to answer all questions we had. The driver was good, made good time and we stopped for a restroom break both directions. Very enjoyable experience.
Great experience just not long enough in the town but beautiful you should go there is some walking but it’s not hard. You are in and out of buses.
Could have been better organized we left Seville 30 mins late we had one hour free time then 1.5hr island tour then 45mins free time, would have been better to have all the free time together no time for proper lunch or look around however guide was simpathic coach was good standard plenty of room and driver was good
Is a very nice experience. You literally get to see everything that you need to see. The only thing when booking you need to pay really attention because the package promoted make you think everything is included on the one price when it does not includes the main attraction. But Petra and the guide that drove the bus in Gibraltar were the best!
The trip was an absolute shambles from start to finish. On arriving at the pick up point in Seville at 8:45 we were told that we hadn’t booked the guided tour of the rock which was our only reason for going. I asked if I should book tickets privately on my phone but was told to wait as NATURANDA would try to add us to their group booking. We set off late to Gibraltar and didn’t arrive into the square until after 1 o clock. Having asked the tour guide on numerous occasions during the journey about our status, we were finally told that we couldn’t go on the trip and should have a wander round for a couple of hours before meeting the main group after their tour at 3:30. We asked if we could access the rock privately but were told all tickets for the day were sold. We later found out that this was not true as another member of the group did this and managed to see the monkeys and other sights. At 3:30 we were told to go away for another 45 minutes. The tour group finally returned at about 4:45 which meant we set off late back to Seville. An accident meant we finally arrived back in Seville just after 10. A 13 hour trip costing 158 Euros during which we only saw Gibraltar’s Main Street, square and harbour. The tour guide Anafer was totally disorganised, spoke poor English, knew hardly anything about the trip and kept losing members of the group.
We spent so much time at pick up spots that we didn’t even start driving to Gibraltar until 10:15, instead of 9am. We didn’t arrive in Gibraltor until 1:00. We were given only 30 minutes to eat lunch and we had no time after the rock tour to explore. Time management by the guide was horrible. The tour guide once in Gibraltar was excellent. We had no free time and we arrived back at 8:30pm.
We really looked forward to this trip. However it wasn’t the best experience for the following reasons: 1. The meeting point and timing was not clear. 2. The trip started 2 hours late so we lost time at Gibraltar. 3. Our guide Carlos did not provide a good service. He was hard to understand. Also did not provide any information of the trip or the stops along the way. Also at Gibraltar he did not come to the meeting point so the local guide had to take us to the border.
Pia was an excellent guide. The stories during the bus ride were funny and engaging. Maybe a little more walking than advertised, but everyone was helpful and accommodating.
This was one of three trips we did with Naturanda from Seville and was a real delight. It's a two hour journey to Gibralter from Seville, and you have to go through the formalities of crossing a border, but we nonetheless had a wonderful day. Our guide Alba was wonderful, and looked after all of us really well. There local guide who took us on a tour of the rock was very knowledgeable. It was a really enjoyable day. Thanks to Alba.
This was NOT an English language tour as advertised. The Leader (Carlos) on the bus ride to Gibraltar spoke more Spanish than English on the trip. When he did speak English it was very difficult to understand due to mis-pronounciation. The only English on the tour was during the tour of the rock in Gibraltar. The driver for that (David) spoke perfect English. Further, I chose this trip in part because the pick up point was an 8 minute walk from our hotel. About 2 hours before departure I receiver an email advising the pick up point had been changed. In a scramble we had to arrange for a 40 Euro cab ride to the other side of the city.
Pia was excellent! Very knowledgeable and friendly!
It is awesome!! Ethan and Gabrielle, our guides, did an outstanding job and are very knowledgeable about the history of each location.
Pia, our guide was a 5 Star great experience easy to go through customs and currency was either in sterling or Euros!!
A fabulous day! Miguel and Carmen were amazing tour guides. They were very knowledgeable and shared information along the way. The day was well planned with plenty of time for lunch, shopping and seeing the sights. I would highly recommend this tour.
This tour involved over 5 hours on a bus to get to Gibraltar and back from Seville, but it was worth it. Gibraltar was incredible and we had a clear day that made it that much more impressive, the tour guides were great. Highly recommended
A poor experience with a lack of organization. At first we stayed 40 minutes in the bus, because some other tourists from another pickup point were late. When we arrived in Gibraltar we crossed the border by foot, and go straight to the main square where the guide gave us 75 minutes of free time. After this we went to a parkinglot where we took a coach and went to Europe point where we had exctly 10 minutes to stay. After this we went to St. Michaels Cave where we had another 10 minutes to visit. From here we went to Apes Den where we had 20 minutes to see the monkeys. And that was all... But we had enough time for 2 "turistic" stops for coffee and snaks on the road. To resume the trip went like this: Lost time in the bus - 40 min Sevilla - Gibraltar 2h 30min Main Square - 75 min free time Europa Poin - 10 min St. Michaels Cave - 10 min Apes Den - 20 min Gibraltar - Sevilla - 2h 30min 2 touristic coffe stops - 40 minutes. Gibraltar is nice for a day trip, but with somebody else.
Wonderful experiences our guide PIA is helpful and accomodating Thank you 🫡
Daniella provided interesting information on the drive to Gibraltar as well as a quick walking tour in the city. We had a nice stop for lunch in the city and then on to an internal bus tour. We saw the lighthouse with Africa in the distance, the St. Michael's caves and the macaques. We did not go to the top which was quite disappointing as a photographer. A great experience though. Walking across the landing field of the airport is a unique element of this tour.
Trip was good. The Rock tour was the highlight. Our guide could have been more attentive and organized.
I only gave them one star because I had to. Otherwise, it would’ve been zero. This was to have been the highlight of our trip while in Seville, to see and hike Gibraltar, but they never picked us up. We had four other people that were told to go to a different pick up location as well, and we waited and waited and were never picked up. We were six people and all left behind.I am heart sick over this as we were looking forward to this so much. We were not given an explanation as to why this happened, other than it was the guides fault, the bus driver‘s fault traffic…… This tour and another was also cancelled. Just a text canceling again. We were very disappointed.
Seeing Gibraltar was very interesting but the organisation could have been better focused to spend more time at the attractions and less time waiting around, wandering the shopping street or unnecessary walking to get to the minibus.
We used Naturanda for a daily trip from Seville to Gibraltar. We went to Gibraltar by a big car with 7 other people in 2,5 hours. Our guide, Miguel, was kind and veru helpful. We passed UK borders quickly and the tour to Gibraltar began. We had free time to explore the city and have some lunch and then went to a bus for further exploration. Went to St. Michael's cave, saw Africa from the coasts of Europe and even saw the local monkeys. Our only problem was another guide, Helena, whick we couldn't understand-her English was no good at all...Generally, we would recommend this trip, it is value for money. Thanks Naturanda and Miguel for this trip!
This is the most unprofessional organizer l ever experienced. We were picked up by a taxi from the hotel and got dropped off in the middle of nowhere at Venta Andres. The lady called me one day earlier and told us nothing where we will be dropped off, just that we should wait outside for the guide to arrive, which will be a few minutes later. After sitting in the burning sun for over 50 minutes with an eight year old child and after several tries to call their office, where nobody picked up the phone and no response to the WhatsApp sent to their business account, the bus showed up. After expressing my disappointment, how we are treated, the guide showed now understanding or empathy and just gave us the choice to enter or be left in the middle of nowhere. We canceled the trip and got back to the hotel by taxi, as this is not the way I want to be treated after paying 300€ plus additional 60€ for the taxi back to the hotel. Also the customer service is denying all responsibilities and refuses a refund. Also a
The tour guide was well informed, funny and friendly. He took care of our needs and we had a great time!! I would recommend this tour to everyone both Spaniards and tourists since many do not consider taking a trip to Gibraltar.
I really wanted to see the Rock of Gibraltar and thought I had read the information carefully but I was not prepared to walk as much as we did. At the end of the tour I had walked over 10,000 steps. Other than that it was very interesting and the Rock is magnificent. Demel was a good guide.
The tour itself was excellent and worth every penny. Big negative was the extra excessive long walk in scorching sun from the van car park across the airport runway and into town in scorching sun and back the same way. Too much especially for people of a certain age.
Went with Naturanda tour Company. Fantastic day out, made even better by having a wonderful tour guide in Miguel. Who was very knowledgeable and really witty with his humor. If anyone goes to Seville in Spain, I would high recommend your book your tours through City Expert Ltd and Naturanda
Such a unique adventure! Long but comfortable ride with a good stop in the middle. Incredible views, good restaurant choices for lunch. Cool experience walking across a runway. Monkey’s did not disappoint!
Maria and Maillie were wonderful to be with. The tour was outstanding. Learned a lot. What makes both of them wonderful people is how they took care of us. On the tour. On the bus tour of Gibraltar. One had mobility issues. Maria stayed with her to allow the others to enjoy trip. When we returned Maria the other person were laughing and smiling. Maillie was great. Would love to have them both again.
Our driver was not very engaging and wasn’t very informative while giving us our tour…… almost seemed bothered and rude at times. We spent a lot of time in the town which I found to be mediocre and an hour would have been plenty. I wish we could have stayed longer at the sightseeing areas instead of 15-25 minutes. This tour also doesn’t go to the top of the Rock, which would have been incredible. Our driver was kind enough to drive us all back to our hotels at the end of the trip.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful on our side trip to Gibraltar. St Michaels Cave was very moving and beautiful.
The trip went smoothly, Miguel and Danny were attentive and friendly, and the weather cooperated. As it turns out, Gibraltar is just not as interesting and beautiful as the rest of Andalusia. But we’re glad we did it- it is a unique place. And the price of the trip was well worth eliminating the hassle of car renting, parking, etc.
