Boat operators and kids talked so loud it was hard to hear the soundtrack!

Pleasant & comfortable short river cruise. Information on board regarding the sights was not very clear.

One hour slow short river cruise. Nice staff. We heard about things in Spanish and English. If you booked through Viator don’t look for that sign ✌️

Very comfortable and enjoyable ride. Great view of the city and having the bar service was a bonus.

It was ok! The biggest issue we had was that the boat was overcrowded, so our family of 4 couldn't sit together- totally ruined the experience and for the price we paid we were dissapointed.

Excellent River cruise!! this team is super friendly and very helpful. They made sure everyone got on the boat (we were running to be on time). The narrative audio about the area is great and they have a bar on board. Best Mojitos and Beer ever!! Thank you for a wonderful ride and great service!

Don't Bother. Uninformative pre recorded Irrelevant commentary. Nothing to see on the section of river. No staff interaction. Absolute Waste of Money. The boat is clean and quiet, the seats are comfy. That's about it.

Excellent value for money. I did this twice we loved it so much and then I did it again with friends a few days later. It’s only an hour up and down the river but it’s relaxing because there’s no diesel noise and it’s eco friendly. Some nice bridges and there’s a bar on board if you fancy a glass of wine

The staff were friendly, the boat was clean and tidy. We left on time and it was a relaxing trip. The commentry was ok and didnt go on too much.

Lovely experience whilst in Seville. We unfortunately missed our time slot but the team were really helpful and managed to switch our reservation to the next tour. Relaxing boat trip with great views of the city. Having the bar for refreshments was nice too.

LOVELY WAY TO SPEND AN HOUR ON A HOT DAY. WENT TWICE! First time on boat with upper deck, second time no upper deck but bigger boat. Both were ok.

It was nice being on the river, but the narration was recorded, not live, and not timed well.

Relaxing trip along the river with my 81 year old mum. Plenty of space and comfy seats. A glass of Prosecco each and a chance to chat and see Seville from the river and have a cooling break from the hot sun. All the people from the ticket checkers to the crew iwere polite and friendly and my mum said the whole experience made her day . Her words “unmissable”

Although the small eco boat is in the picture we were offered a couple of other options of slightly larger on arrival…which we took. The boats spotlessly clean, well organised on arrival, commentary good despite some other reviews I read. It was relaxing, informative and good to see the sites from a different view. Would definitely recommend.

It was on time, staff was attentive, nice layout on the boat! Meeting place could have been better explained….met people from home! All in all I would recommend it…

This is a fairly reasonable tour that delivers everything promised. The narration was recorded, in 3 languages, and the sound quality was excellent. Drinks were available for purchase.

My wife and I planned this cruis last minute. We went in the small boat but was comfortable and our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Great way to see Seville

It was a pleasant boat trip but not very personal and no connection with the staff. We simply listened to an audio tape which was pretty simple in its historical content.

Great! Really enjoyable evening experience. Lovely way to see the city. Very relaxed atmosphere too.

Organization at the boats was not great. Groups split and moved around. Sites were beautiful but the audio tour narration was English French and Spanish making it difficult to determine what landmark they were talking about. Boat driver’s only interaction with us was to ask if we wanted to buy drinks. Worth the price but no more

Excellent communication throughout. Our first point of contact was kind enough to walk us to the boat. Lovely, leisurely trip that was just long enough and nice to see the sights.

1 hour eco cruise. Sit upstairs if you can for better views. Easy booking via GetYourGuide. Meeting point clearly communicated. Nice smooth cruise, recorded narration was a bit jarring and at times out of sync by the time it reached the english language version. I didnt see onboard toilets so check with staff beforehand. The boat used depends on how many bookings taken. There were less than 20 people so wasnt overcrowded. Recommend taking the cruise if you want to see parts of the city from the river and want a more relaxed experience.

The river westward was closed. Travelled at 2km/hr and nothing to see. Not one word of commentary. 🤬

Arrive early to get the best seats in the boat. Great way to relax for an hour and really friendly staff.

There’s really nothing to see along the river apart from construction, the underside of a couple of bridges, and a couple of historical buildings concealed by trees. The boat is very comfortable and there’s really no seat with a bad view, so if you’re content to sit in a nice boat and float along with no views then this is for you! There is a roof but no covers on the side so if it’s a cold day then it will be even colder on the boat. There’s a recorded Audio guide that plays in a few different languages.

The cruise was very nice. The crew was very helpful. The full bar was nice as we enjoyed a sangria during our one hour cruise. They make a small loop so you can get pictures from either side of the boat. My only issue was that the meeting point said the Seville tourist office, which was not the actual meeting point. So we had to call and clarify at the last minute. But we made the boat so that was what mattered..

We arrived timely at check in and were checked in and given instructions to walk to the boat’s location. We walked fast and followed directions. We arrived precisely at 6:00 and the gate was closed. Boat was still there and had not left. Someone called Jose to tell him we were there and by the time he answered, he looked at his clock and said it is 6:01 so you are late. Then they got ready to leave and left. We went back to the meeting point and now the same person who had checked us in had a turnaround and said you were late …. Never did he mention anything when checking us in … super rude and the office could have called the boat to say they’re on their way, because we were checked in before the tour time . Never again would I book with them. On top of this the tried to say we were lying and that they were there at 6, the time when we arrived ….

Pleasant enough cruise and nice that it was on a silent electric boat making it very relaxing. Perfectly ok way to spend an hour. Boat only about half- full which made it better than it would have been if full. Translations to English a bit odd at times and sounded AI generated with weird pauses.

We went to a tourist off ice to meet the representative, but it was the wrong one. We missed the cruse and my partner had a melt down as we has walked for a longtime in the heat. It"s ridiculous that we didn't get clear instructions to simply go directly to the boat landing quay. It's spoiled our weekend here.

We booked this and were SO looking forward to it. But when put the meeting point of Tourist Office in we were directed to a non-existant tourist office about 15+ minutes from the river. We missed our trip as a result. I would advise anyone to go directly to the boat landing area and avoid the huge disappointment we had. I've no idea why they send people to a (any) tourist office. It's really spoiled our weekend with a massive row about this.

Truthfully it’s a small cruise, worth the 17€ or 15€ if go there on the day from the actual people on the dock. We left at 12:10 and arrived back at the dock for 12;40. So not 60 mins as advertised. Overall very good. 3.5/5

We enjoyed this cruise in Seville. We learned some interesting history while enjoying a drink and appetizers. The boat was clean and the staff worked hard to provide a lovely experience.

This boat ride was excellent and the tour guides were knowledgeable. I was solo and had a great time.

Exactly what I expected, up and down the river seeing what we have already see from shore, but a different perspective. Great photo opportunity! Just enough time for a quick gin - relaxing break.

Booked this tour for 7pm hoping to see the sunset. Nice pace along the river with pre-recorded commentary in three languages. Some interesting info and a few sights covered in trees. A few buildings not mentioned. Well sticked bar and reasonable prices. Staff at hand but didn’t really involve themselves with passengers. A calm evening experience.

Friendly crew. Calm experience. Clean and modern boat. Boat went up and down the river and had an audio guide to explain some of the main sights.

As two couples we booked this river trip,it was very hot weather around 36 degrees at the time ,I know it's a bit obvious but it's an open boat with a canopy,so apart from airflow ( very little on a hot day ) there's little in the way of heat control... however it still was a pleasant little jaunt down the river and it has a bar onboard that's reasonablely good value,if it's very sunny try not to sit too close to the outside edges of the boat ,you will possibly get burnt. Again it's relatively speaking not expensive. So to be fair it's not a bad thing to do and for all of those eco warriors out there it's an electric boat ,so off you go captain jack sparrow..

The only seats left on the boat were at the front where there was no respite from the sun which was unbearable. The trip lasts 1 hour but it literally goes down the river a short way then turns back. To cover the same distance on foot would take 15/20 minutes. The narration was recorded and was poor quality with few interesting facts. I find it incredible that we sailed past the Gold Tower and there was absolutely no mention of it. The narration also didn’t tell you what side of the river you should be looking and was monosyllabic that meant it was uninteresting and did little to hold your attention. I would suggest you save your money and do a Segway tour or bike tour as there was no element of this ride that was elevated from being on the river.

Our captain is as super friendly and made the river tour a great experience! The river tour itself was pretty good, but the captain was sure to explain things and answer questions.

Staff working the bar were nice. The drink I had was good. However, it is not worth 19 euros. The trip was very slow and hot. I would maybe recommend having those mist sprayers on the ceiling of the boat. As for the ride, we went a few yards down the river made a U-Turn and then went another few yards down passing 2 bridges, made a U-turn and returned back to dock. They may have restrictions on how far and where they can go, but they should lower the price for that. Very slow, hot, and made 2 U-turns. Recording as a guide.

It was a Great tour. very informative, the boat was clean, I wish you had coffee too, the place was easy to find.

The recommendation for this river cruise certainly lived up to its name. Quiet and informative this river cruise was a nice way to relax and see a lot of Seville from the river. I learnt a fair bit and was pleased to see three different languages offered on the boat. A great added bonus and cherry on top was that it was on the eco-friendly side. This is the go to river cruise in Seville in my opinion.

A lovely way to spend an hour on a blistering hot afternoon. Crew were friendly and helpful. The boat spotless. Reasonably priced bar (lovely drinks by the way) and a large, clean bathroom. Best of all the boat was comfortable and quiet (no engine noise as electric). Perfect! The commentary was pre recorded in a number of languages but that didn’t bother us. Information provided was interesting and added to our appreciation of this remarkable city. Recommended. Only knocked off one star because other passengers a little loud. Not the companies fault and the other passengers were lovely and enjoying themselves . However, not quite the tranquil experience we were hoping for. More an “us” problem and it didn’t stop us enjoying the trip :)
