Hector was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I would have liked a little bit more time for on the tour to gain additional information. Maybe 15-30 mins more? The cathedral was spectacular and there is much to see. I would not recommend this tour for anyone with mobility issues or slower walking needs. It goes at a quick clip.

The tour is very informational, and you could tell that Hector was passionate about conveying all the important pieces of information to really create a memorable for us. We learned things that we know we wouldn’t have learned to have we gone on a self guided tour. Highly recommend Hector and Amigo Tours!

Most beautiful building with such history & differing heritage. Our tour guide (Hector) was very knowledgeable but it was all a bit too fast. Would have liked a slower pace in order to absorb the stories and enjoy the exhibits. And so much just not even covered. Might be ok if you speak / read Spanish but not much for us UK visitors. Wouldn’t miss it for the world - but for me I was slightly disappointed.

Our tour guide Hector was knowledgeable, humorous and kind. He had a great pace and tone to his voice which kept us all Captivated. The Cathedral is so Beautiful and views from tour stunning. Highly recommend this tour.

The tour guide was both knowledgeable and enthusiastic which was infectious, my 6 year old granddaughter loved it.

There is so much to see in the cathedral - absolutely breathtaking. Our guide Hector, ensured we saw the most significant portions of the cathedral (there was time after the tour to go back and see more). Hector was fun, engaging and well versed on the history. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour and highly recommend taking this tour.

The guide left without us. We were about 4 minutes late to the meeting point due to confusion with the location

On a recent short break to Seville we booked this cathdral tour for our family of 7. We were met on-time at the appointed "Monumento a la Inmaculada Concepción" between cathdral and palace by our enthusiastic english-speaking guide Hector. First activity, under new guidelines, was a "walk-up" the Giralda tower from the top of which you get a great view of the city although the understable mesh screens rather diminish that. As an advisory, you do need a decent pair of legs and lungs to get to the top of the tower! After descending we were then treated to an informative stroll around the cathedral which has the biggest footprint for a cathedral (according to Guinness) and is is unbelievably ornate reflecting the wealth of this city in the 16-18th centuries. The awe-inspiring building was complemented by Hectors encyclopedic knowledge of its contents and we left happy, dazed and exhausted after 2 hours in search of an ice-cream! Great tour.

Hector was our guide. He provided a good history of Seville and the cathedral. He is very animated and kept everyone engaged.

Our tour guide was Hector who had extensive knowledge and seemed to really love the history and culture. He was so much fun to listen to. Definitely ask for him if you go!

Alvaro was an amazing tour guide! He really articulates well the history and weaves in interesting and humorous information. I highly recommend this tour and Alvaro as the guide. It also includes free admission to El Salvador church.

Apart from the horrendous weather on day of our visit. The guide Hector and his fantastic knowledge and photographs certainly brightened the day. He has an immense knowledge of the cathedral and its history. One of the best guided tour trips we have been on for many years. Sadly for Hector who had let us shelter under his umbrella before we waded in the rain to the cathedral found that his umbrella had been stolen. Hopefully it was returned to him. Please thank him and he deserves a gold star 🌟

The best guide we had in our trip to Andalusia. Local, passionate and with lots of knowledge. Hector cares to trasnmit the true history of every corner of the cathedral and the Sevilla’s history. Very very happy with our visit.

Very very disappointing. Arrived at meeting point to alas - no tour guide waiting for us. Upon contacting Amigo Tours , I was advised that tours did not depart at 1.45pm and that I had made an error! After insisting and providing the booking number which showed I had booked a tour option for 1.45pm I was advised that this was the error of Viator ( they should not be advertising an option for a 1.45pm tour ) and that I needed to contact them! Poor customer service indeed ! No attempt to reschedule another tour or indeed any urgency to process a refund. Additionally the advisor who promised to call me back - did not ! I am still waiting for my refund….

Tour was suppose to start at 9:45am we left the square at 10:05am The tour guide was disorganized and didn't speak English very well so it was difficult to understand what she was saying.The Palace was beautiful and it is a must see

Absolutely fantastic tour of a beautiful Cathedral with an absolutely outstanding tour guide - Hector. Hector was full of energy, super engaging, full of facts and brought his own experiences to the tour. He also told us great information about Seville, the Seville oranges, provided recommendations for drinks, flamenco etc. Hector had a wealth of history and information and made it all so interesting and engaging. I would definitely do this tour again and for anyone considering it, if you are lucky enough to get Hector as your guide you will have a fabulous tour. Thank you and well done Hector.

We choose Amigo Tours - 1hr guided tour - (Hector) was our amazing guide. Extremely knowledgeable and kept the groups attention throughout. There aren’t any words that would do the Cathedral justice …….safe to say it was a truly memorable & magnificent experience. A must visit on anyone’s list of things to see.

Great way to learn about the Cathedral. Hector was awesome. Joyful, full of info, he made it interesting. It was a great mixof history with current culture thrown in. Without this tour, I would have walked in, walked around and thought "that's a lot of gold, a lot of paintings and a lot of religion". I would have left without understanding what I was looking at and I would have missed so much about Sevilla's history and how La Catedral fits in to it. Can't recommend Hector highly enough!

Phenomenal experience of this wonderful cathedral. The tour guide ((Hector) was extremely well informed and displayed a passion and pride for his local church .

Booked a tour of Cathedral and Rooftop; did not get to rooftop. Hector the Guide was very informative and personable, however at the onset he alerted the group that the tour company had not provided him with the necessary audio equipment for the tour, and he would need to leave the meeting point to retrieve the equipment, and return. This time delay caused the allotted time of the tour to be truncated. At the end of the time in the cathedral, we were pointed to an hour long line of people to get onto the rooftop and left to wait on our own. We gave it a shot but ended up not getting onto the rooftop

We went on a guided tour with Hector and he was full of knowledge and humour and made it a very enjoy all experience. I would defo recommend this tour guide when going in any tour.
