The trip was really well organised and so ran very smoothly: our guide, Merce, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The walk itself is not challenging (I wouldn't call it a 'hike') but the views are incredible and well-worth making the trip for. We were really happy with the day.

Great trip, appears to be very chaotic but everyone found their way. Trip guide and actual tour guide were really good, very friendly and approachable. You do arrive back in Seville much later than I expected and there is quite a lot of hanging around at times. Definitely recommend if you are fit and healthy, may struggle if you are not active - we walked about 15km during the whole day.
The experience did not start well. We were 25 minutes late leaving. Our rest stop was 45 minutes. I don't think we started our walk until nearly 4 (I think) as we needed to wait for a guide. There was very little in the way of commentary on the walk. At the end of the tour there was some confusion on where the bus was, so more waiting. The size of the group was very unwieldy. I won't do a large group tour again if I can avoid it.
For an almost 12 hour tour day, I was shocked at how much filler and fluff there was. Itself only took two hours so that leaves 10 hours to fill, which is actually quite impressive when you think about it. Our guide aptly named “Ray” was a disaster. 45 minutes late yet he excelled at counting to make sure everyone was on the bus attempted to point out sites on a walking tour. Claim to speak three languages, although it seems Spanish was the only one. And gave less detail details than we’re on the signs in front of certain monuments. The tour guide at El Caminito del Rey, however, was outstanding, but this was a different company that they contracted the service out to. Recommend renting a car and driving and doing it on your own.
The Caminito del Rey itself was wonderful. It was a truly fantastic experience and the guide provided at the Caminito was fantastic - witty, communicative, and with many funny, memorable, and relevant anecdotes. Thank you, Pablo! Unfortunately, this tour operator was TERRIBLE. From initial check in, they were rude, dismissive, and uncommunicative. The tour left more than 30 minutes late with no updates during the time from our expected departure until actually leaving. No explanation or apology was offered. When we inquired for an update, the employees were rude and dismissive. Once on the tour, the “guide” Rey provided very little information. He was clearly not an accredited guide and was unable to provide answers to relatively simple questions. He attempted to provide details in French but his language skills were insufficient and thus he often had to ask guests for the vocabulary relevant. At each stop we listened to the information in 3 languages which felt especially pointless given that the customers were providing so much help with the translation. The timing of the tour was also really drawn out. 10-1030am wait at pick up Drive to Osuna. Receive a bit of information about a school/church. Follow Rey around for a while. Get some incomprehensible information about a church. “Break” 30 min on a street where we were told to look for food but most places were closed. Drive to camanito. “Break” for 45 min. Meet the camanitos guides - everything here was great. Awesome experience. 30min “Break” at exit of trail while waiting for the bus.
The hike itself is fantastic and the guide for that was great. Leading up to the hike was less ideal - Osuna was a nice little town to explore for about an hour and 15 minutes, and some suggestions were given for where we could go, but it didn’t really feel like enough time to explore and also get food. Also it would’ve been great if we could’ve been provided with an address or something to return to, for those of us (like myself) with no sense of direction and a tendency to get lost. Arriving at Caminito del Rey we had time to get lunch, however it was very confusing as to where we were actually supposed to go - the first place I looked had a menu, but then when you enter it was more of a convenience store (could buy sandwiches but they were completely sold out). When I asked where to go to get lunch, they told me about a restaurant 15-20 minutes away, despite evidently there being one on the second floor? It was also not at all clear where to go to actually get a table, so might’ve been helpful if the guide could specifically lead us to where that would be (restaurant servers didn’t seem to have strong English so was harder to communicate). The nearby lake was very pretty though. Also important to note that between the stops and the drive, we didn’t start the hike until around 4pm despite leaving from Sevilla in the morning. Also a cute area to get food/drinks after the hike before going back.
Such an amazing experience! This is a must. The whole trip was seamlessly from pick up to drop off. Our tour guide Martina was so lovely and stayed with us the whole time. We had stops in between to get lunch and snacks. I recommend doing this!
Very nice tour. Osuna is just ok, nothing special. The canyon is impressive, worth the time in the bus. Benoit is a very professional, informative and attentive guide
The hike was amazing! But be prepared for several wait times. We left 30 mins late from Seville, but the bus was very comfortable. However, it was hard to understand our English speaking guide while on the bus. Once we arrived we had another 2.5+ hour wait for entry. Then at the end we were rushed to get back on the bus when we were told we would have enough time for food and souvenirs.
Fantastic day from start to finish! The Caminito del Rey hike is spectacular and our guide Pepe (female) was enthusiastic and knowledgable. The pace was good and if you walked closer to the back of the group you had more opportunity to take photos. This is a long day so be prepared to leave Seville at 10am and get back around 9:30pm. Take a packed lunch and snacks and bring cash if you want to buy a drink/coffee or food during the trip. The places the bus stops do not take payment by card. The food options where the bus stops are not great bringing a packed lunch is the better option. You will drink 1.5 liters of water on the walk it was 37 degrees on 25.08.2026. The final stop before the hike to have lunch is by a reservoir so if you like a swim come prepared. The drive to the Caminito is broken by a 35 minute stop in Osuna, where you are taken by the guide and shown the history of the place and where Games of Thrones was filmed and the actors stayed. You get an hour by the reservoir for a lunch break - have a swim, eat your packed lunch or buy lunch in the small restaurant (limited options) it does take card payment. Then the hike starts. You will queue for 20 minutes to get a helmet and be assigned your guide for the hike. The hike is amazing and will be a highlight of your holiday. I’m not great with heights but felt safe and ok on the boardwalk attached to the cliff side. You can see through the boards of the boardwalk to the canyon below, so if you struggle with heights this may not be the trip for you. I thoroughly enjoyed the trip and highly recommend it! At the end of the hike the guide leaves you to walk the remaining 1k back along the road to the original guide ( Sergio) to drop off your helmet and grab souvenirs at the clusters of stalls (usual stuff) cash only. I’d like to say a big thankyou to the guide Sergio and driver Manuel for getting me back to Seville in time to run in the Guadalquivir Night Race! The race was more of a carnival lots of fun, singing, dancing with all ages and fitness levels. What a fabulous day!😀
Fabulous day out, well worth it if you’ve done everything you want to in Seville. Guides were excellent, well organised. Only things to know, it’s more 12 than 10 hours if going from Seville. Definitely bring your own food as food options are limited. I’m scared of heights but was determined to do it and it was ok and I did enjoy it.
Great tour and excellent guide karlos. Top! Not easy for elderly people.
Lovely experience, the guides were knowledgeable and engaging. I’ve never experienced something like that before and I would recommend anyone that goes to Seville to see this great place
Well organised throughout. The stop at osuma helped break the journey, church at the top of the hill recommended by Martina was well worth visiting for the view. A chance to grab a drink and break the journey. We arrived at Caminito in time to have something to eat and drink before we started the hike. We started hike about 3.30 a good time as most of it was in the shade making it much easier to cope with. The pace was slow and walk very easy. It was visually stunning, and brilliant to be able to access this without having to be an experienced climber etc. well worth the long day and journey.
Definitely put this hike in your list if you are in Seville. The Caminito del Rey hike has some of the best vistas and scenaries on any hikes. The hike might look a bit scary from the pictures, but it is very safe and most importantly relatively comfortable hike that last 3 plus hours. It is a one way hike, very manageable elevation changes. Before the hike we have plenty of free time and an optional visit to a look out point for those that don't want to hang around the lake. Merce our guide was awesome! A fine embodiment of European multiculturalism and a Sevilla hospitality. Merce handles all questions in Spanish, Italian and English with ease and grace. She explained the run down for each stop clearly and make sure the group is looked after and was just a joy to talk to in general. Just impressive!! Highly recommend this trip for anyone that loves outdoor and you won't regret it.
Great walking adventure, Amazing views. Guides provide local knowledge and information. Suitable for all abilities. About 8km in total, mostly down hill. Safely helmet provided and compulsory. Small restaurant at the start for food and drinks. Start of walk also beside a lake you can swim in , so bring your swim wear. Refreshments also available at the end of the walk.
It’s a full day but you don’t actually start the walk until much later in the afternoon to allow for shade. The bus was comfortable, the walk was gorgeous and unique. Our vegetarian/vegan group struggled at the restaurant before the hike but there were good options at the end.
We were told to arrive early so we arrived 15 minutes in advance. The guide and the bus arrived 35 minutes later. We waited 50 minutes to depart on the trip. The guide, Carlos, was fine. The hike, and the guide for the hike were good. Once we left we stopped in Osuna. Carlos said it would be 30 minutes to grab a drink and washroom break. Osuna was a ghost town. Nothing was open except for a 15 minute walk. It was 40 degrees outside and people just sat and waited for the bus to arrive. On top of that. We get back on the bus and Carlos says we are going to stop for gas and a break after we sat in Osuna for 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous! The tour information said we would stop for lunch. Nope! This was a 10 hr day and could have been 6. Don’t do this excursion. The bus and the tour was convenient but the rest is a waste of your day. Buyer beware!!!!
As other reviews have said, there is a lot of extra time built into this long day trip that isn’t really needed. Caminito del Rey was cool but it did rain unexpectedly for most of the hike.
Naturanda proved to be a really good tour guide, although I was mildly dissapointed in the Ronda tour I did initially due to the lack of time in the city (tour is tailored more to families). The EL Caminiro Del Ray tour I completed with Pablo and Angelica was amazing! The tour guides and group were really fun and friendly, and the trek itself wwith a local tour guide was very informative and an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend.
Great Guides, excellent experience the trail was in excellent shape and the view and scenery excellent. Barely had time for lunch, too many people
We had two excursions booked on two consecutive days. The meeting point was at one of the Naturanda offices and we appreciated the punctuality of the starting time. This is the fourth trip we have made with the people from Naturanda, after we had three other trips in 2022 and we recommend them with confidence. The guide accompanied us to the historic town of Osuna and then at the entrance to the Caminito trail the group was divided into two, one with English speakers and one with Italian/Spanish speakers. Even though the weather was rainy, the pace of the trip was suitable for all ages and for us it will remain unforgettable, with some unique landscapes. We would come back again and we recommend you not to miss it!
We had an amazing day out from Seville to Caminito del rey with Inés as our guide (joined by Angellica) The girls were amazing dealing with a large group of people with 4 different languages. They kept us informed at all times, so we knew what was going on during our long day. The day trip was very well organised and enjoyable. We loved doing The Caminito del rey walk.
This was an amazing experience and we loved every minute. The views are stunning and loved listening to the interesting facts by our guide Nico. He was fantastic with amazing English. My top tip would be to take layers as it gets quite windy in parts and rather cold. Enjoy!!
This was the third day trip from Seville we went with using Naturanda, as we had a excellent experience with the other two. The walk along the Caminito itself was wonderful and the local guide excellent so we would encourage all to try this (except if you are in Malaga during your stay, and best to go from there as its much closer). One thing that we were less pleased with was the quality of the Naturanda guide for the tour who appeared very disengaged and unorganised. Luck of the draw I suppose and I expect you may have better luck.
Started tour with a visit to Osuna, a picturesque “white“ village. Several churches and very nice parks and squares. I happened to lose my way, but Lauren came to my rescue. Much appreciated. The drive to Caminita del Rey was gorgeous. The hike through the Gorge was somewhat demanding, but everyone did quite well, no one complained. The guides at the gorge were excellent and humorous (Stefano) i learned a lot of interesting history about this hydroelectric area. Highly recommend.
The hike itself was scenic & fun, but the multiple delays in getting to the destination and the mediocre guides made it feel like a waste of scarce vacation time. This might be a good trip from a closer city such as Granada. I would not recommend an 11 hour round trip from Seville to do a 2.5 hour hike.
Long walk before and after the actual attraction hike. The canyon hike is great. No walking stick or cane allowed.
It was an excellent hike. Our guide was fantastic. Our group was about 20 people.
Great experience. Insanely beautiful views. Tour guides were the best - from the bus ride to the hike.
Pros: An absolutely gorgeous hike and a "must do" for those wanting to escape the city and get some exercise. The guide provided by the park was excellent. Her love of the area was evident by her enthusiasm and spirit. Cons: The bus ride was 2 1/2 hours each way so the day was very long. The two bus tour "guides" really didn't do much that a handout or linguistic bus driver could have done as well. My ticket said I would get water and a snack on the trip. I got neither. We stopped midway to the hike and were told there was a supermarket nearby for snacks. I couldn't find it and it seemed no one else did either. We were told there were snacks available at the start of the trip through a vending machine. It was broken. I went over 8 hours without food and got very hungry! The bus tour guides left us alone during the ride to and from the hike although I would have appreciated commentary about the passing towns and farms. Overall I'm not sure I would recommend this day trip from Seville.
Honestly the best experience from my entire trip to Seville in Spain. We arrived at the tour bus location and were greeted by the nice people there and then we headed off on coach after to Camanito Del Ray. We were lucky enough to have Alejandro as our tour guide because he was extremely knowledgeable and well spoken at explaining the history and geographical relevance of every part of the tour. Honestly the whole thing from start to finish was really well put together.. the views are incredible and a must see if your close enough to get to see it.. I recommend it no matter what tour guide you get but Alejandro is top notch and really knows and cares about the experience and explains everything in full detail for people to understand… 10/10
I had a perfectly pleasant day with our guide Merce from Seville to Caminito de Rey. It was a full day trip from Seville. It was scheduled to leave from Seville at 10am and we were on the bus and heading south by 10:10. This trip could be done on a tighter time frame as I'm not sure the stop in Osuna is necessary but some people appreciated the hospitality stop at the 1/2 point of the trip. Once we arrive at Caminito, there was some waiting around for each tour group to be processed, issued their helmets, meet their hike guides, etc. I was previously scheduled on this hike earlier in the week but bad weather prevented it (as it should! This is not a hike you want to do in the rain). It was still a little windy in some parts of the hike. I was anxious about the height but ultimately felt very safe throughout and struggled a little crossing the bridge over the canyon. We arrived back to Seville at 8pm. It is a 10-hour day but someone else was doing the driving and I got to ride on a very clean and comfortable bus. Merce spoke 4 languages quite fluently and was able to answer everyone's questions in their preferred language. Overall, I had a great experience.
We booked a day trip from Seville to Caminito del Rey with a 9:50 AM meeting time. The guide did not show up. We spent over an hour calling the provider and messaging them, but no one answered. We were left standing in the winter cold with zero information. At 10:05 AM, a message via GetYourGuide claimed a replacement was coming, but they gave no ETA. We waited until after 11:00 AM. Since we only had a few days in Seville, losing the entire morning meant it was too late to plan any alternative trip. Our day was effectively ruined. The most insulting part? Three minutes after we finally gave up and left, they messaged saying they arrived. We told them we were turning back and would be there in 5 minutes, but they refused to wait and drove off. They expected us to wait over an hour for them in the cold, but they couldn't give us 5 minutes of grace. Don’t be fooled by previous positive reviews. A company shows its true colors by how they handle problems. Their lack of communication and total lack of respect for their customers' time is unacceptable. They took a huge portion of our limited time in Seville and wasted it. Avoid this provider.
It was canceled at last minute due to weather . They told us after visiting the office and no prior communication. It Would have helped if they told us at least in the early morning. By the time it was cancelled at 10am most of the other trips are started ,so we couldn’t reschedule.
I had an amazing time trekking at Caminito del Rey! I have met two other solo travelers and the funny tour guide, Pablo! These people made the experience more fun! Caminito del Rey won’t disappoint you, so I highly recommend that you book this tour!
Quite a bit of waiting time. The entire trip could have been done in 6.5 hours, including the 2-hour coach journey each way, instead of 8. 5 hours. When we reached the 1st rest stop, we waited for 40 mins to get to the start point for toilets and helmets. At the start point, there are so many groups queueing to start that it takes another 30 mins or so. Other than that, the waiting/break times after the walk and en route back to Seville was fair. The walk is very easy. Broken up into 3 parts and the guide (not the same as the guide from the activity provider) would describe the geographical features, engineering history and fauna you'll see in each section so you get breaks in between. Only the last section is where you have to walk on a see-through metal bridge -- apart from that, one typically would not have wobbly legs. If you need food, bring your own. All vendors are just cashing in on bored/hungry/thirsty tourists and can't really cook. Quite expensive if you consider the low cost of providing the activity. It is just payment for the coach travel, the accompanying guide, and entrance fees.
Hi - parking is much easier than the website indicates - we parked at the visitor centre which was closed. Washrooms there are good, and they had toilet paper. We got there about 90 minutes early, which was good as we missed the 1st bus and had to wait in gale force winds for the next one - tail end of Hurricane Melissa. Got off at the restaurant - pls note that the long route was closed but no notification at the tunnel entrance - we had to walk back the way the bus had driven, about 300 m. Met the guides on the other side. My fear of heights isn’t as bad as it used to be - my vertigo kicks in if I don’t have something to hold on to, so I was fine on this hike - worst was the final suspension bridge due to the extreme winds. The hike itself is not long, the distance is the walking in and out. We did the official guided tour as there were no unguided tickets available- my only complaint was feeling rushed as we were not able to easily take pictures unless we dropped to the end of the pack - you get a radio with earphones, so this is possible which we realized a bit into the hike. It was busy, esp for early November - could not imagine the congestion during prime time or discomfort when hot - weather had around 20 degrees with cloud and winds and did not need the recommended water but if it’s hot there is little shade. I am glad I did it but probs wouldn’t do it again.
The Caminito del Rey itself was a very good experience. However, the write up on the Viator description clearly stated that, though the tour went Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, only on Sunday would there be a stop in Asuna. We intentionally chose Friday so we would do the caminito “in the morning” then lunch and back to Seville. Instead we did go to Asuna, then a lunch time at the Caminito site where we killed another 90 min before finally assembling with our tour leader for the hike. We had a limited time in Seville and so much time was wasted doing things we didn’t want to do. Please make the descriptions accurate! We would have sourced another tour company as there were several there doing half day trips, in order to shorten our excursion day.
POSITIVE: The hike was wonderful. The Caminito del Rey is not for those afraid of heights or need fully paved areas to walk. The walkways are narrow so in some areas only one person can proceed at a time. I hiked ahead of my group, finishing at least 30 minutes ahead, as I am a fast walker and not every scene requires a stop for a photo. Our guide did not provide headphones so we did not hear much about the area other than what we were told during the drive and walk to the waiting area. That is fine with me personally. NEGATIVE: I would not select Naturanda again as a tour company. The tour pickup from Hotel Don Paco was 10:00 which is much too late for the driving time and hike so you return over 12 hours later. We were a mix of French speaking and English speaking with different guides/translators. The French group started their hike 1 hour after the English speakers which means there was a wait for them to return. There was also a 2 hour delay waiting for the coach to return for the trip back to Seville. I sent a message during the excursion regarding my displeasure with the long wasteful itinerary, (I also heard others say the same), but was told that the wait wouldn't be that long. The guide directed us to a hotel with a bar and restaurant and we waited for the others to arrive. Boarding the coach it was pitch black and there were no other groups remaining.
We loved the walk at Camino del ray an amazing adventure We felt that there was a lot of time wasted and lunch spot only had 1 restaurant that was full and couldn’t take us Suggestions would be to have lunch in Osuna where more options where available
Alistir was a fabulous guide. The hike was amazing and not over strenuous. It was a great day trip from Seville and would recommend
The hike itself was absolutely amazing. Maria our tour guide for that part was outstanding. That part I would rate 5 stars. Prior to that we had a different tour guide who gave us minimal information. He walked us around a town. Told us no information about what we were seeing and then brought us to a little bar for food and drinks. We were under the impression that this was where we were having lunch. The bar was so tiny and could not accommodate the amount of people on the tour and had very limited food options. Our next stop was Caminito de Rey. Back in the bus, an hour later we arrived at Caminito del Rey and were told to eat and drink before our hike. Again, the restaurant there could not accommodate the amount of people arriving on the tour buses and was turning people away. There was so much confusion regarding when we were having lunch and where. The two other tour guides to bring everyone on the hikes were late and the. We finally were able to go on our hike. Once we started on the hike, Maria saved the day. She was friendly, personable, and the hike was the whole reason for the excursion anyway. We forgot about the first half of the day. The views were stunning. If I could change the excursion, I would have the bus bring us right to the hike and skip the town and make this a shorter day.
First I want to say that Maria and the hike were a great part of the trip however the logistics and communication getting to and from the hike were not a great experience. First the stop in ousna (which the site says we would not go to because it was not a Sunday) needed to be thought through more. This could be a great part of the stop but all you do is walk through the town with a huge group without seeing a lot and little explanation of the town. Our guide barely talked to anyone outside of two girls which he appeared to know personally. Then when stopping for lunch we were told how important it was to eat and use the bathroom before the next stop because there would not be another chance. We only had about an hour to do this. There were not enough tables to sit everyone in the group and by the time we sat down with other people because they invited us, we only had 20 minutes to order and eat. The staff at the restaurant were also not friendly when trying to get food quickly. All this while the guide ordered food on his own and got to sit in a separate section since he knew the staff without making sure all on the tour were taken care of. This was not a good look. Also while rushing to use the bathroom at the restaurant which only had 1 women’s and 1 men’s stall, we were waiting around for an extra 20 mins before we actually left. Once we did get to the meeting point to start the hike there were a lot more available bathrooms which would have been more convenient to use. Lastly when ending the hike, since we were running behind the guide rushed us all to the bus even leaving some people behind which eventually caught up on there own. Overall logistically not a great experience and cannot recommend to others.
Booking a guided tour was the only last-minute way to get inside... Advice: Book your tickets online WELL IN ADVANCE FOR ALL SPANISH ATTRACTIONS! Tickets tend to be booked in spades by travel agencies who then re-package them into considerably more expensive guided tours. On the positive side, we have walked through this gorge and took in its incredible beauty and the surroundings (an approximately 2-hour walk). The tour company was nice, they accommodated our request to pick us up right at the entrance, not at the official tour pick-up point in Seville, and the guide was upbeat, nice, and provided some additional background info on the path history, fauna, celebrity visitations, etc. A highly recommended experience! (But you can read the story ahead of your visit, book online, and walk the path by yourselves at a fraction of the price if you book well in advance)!
The hike itself was unique and wonderful. The gorge is beautiful. But it was a long day when you go from Seville. You spend a lot of time on the bus. When we got to the trailhead area, we had to wait more than an hour before we started the hike. Too much down time. Would not have done it if I had read all the reviews and known ahead of time.
The hike was excellent but to only provide one overpriced option for lunch was disappointing, other options should be made available
The hike was 10/10 - but Naturanda as a guide was not. The itinerary was very unclear. It said 9:50-19:00 on the booking, but really it ended in Caminito del Rey at 19:15, meaning we were back after 21:30. Our guide was really bad at being a guide, she spoke very low, did not show any leadership, and kept telling us very uninteresting facts. She also switched and talked Italian with the 2 only people on the buss and gave them the details first - even though they said that English was fine. And this was kept up through all her talks. But that wasn’t the worse, we had a stop in a city (this was not clear), where instead of letting us explore she took us on the most uninteresting and odd path through the city, including walking through a construction site. Also, shortly after exiting the buss she asked everyone if someone needed the bathroom, then waited 2 seconds and said ”ah, no one ok, let’s go”. One does not ask the entire group if someone wants the bathroom, you give everyone FREE TIME, this is simple guide stuff!! She then let us go in to a random restaurant to use the bathroom, the restaurant was nasty and the bathrooms could not be locked. After this odd stop we stopped again at the ”lunch and swimming place”. Here we were given some free time, however it was absolute chaos. Instead of giving us the instructions inside the buss, she decided that everyone would go outside, being crowded with 2 other groups, and then giving us the silent instructions that vaguely said ”grab something to eat if you didn’t bring anything, meet back in 45 min, you HAVE to be on time the buss will not wait”. The restaurant was full, the queue was long, and the staff inside were rude. Before the trip she had instructed us to bring swim suit and towels - I expected that we were going to take a swim after the hike. But no, this lunch stop had a super sloped swimming place without a beach that was overcrowded with people. Not a good place, not to mention no time! When the buss came around she said that we could leave our stuff inside the buss, which was confusing since it sounded like we were to board the buss. Some of the people started boarding the buss and took a seat, just to be yelled at that they were not suppose to be there. Not to mention that some OTHER PEOPLE boarded the buss, which she also had to ask to leave. Now that is not a buss I would feel comfortable to leave anything in. We then started hiking to the entrance, but our group quickly mixed with other random people and it was hard to see our guide. Once we got closer our group was mixed with another one, this was apparently intentional but we had no instructions about this. So it felt odd as if we were out of place. But the other guide let us know that we were in the right place. While our much better guide Jesus gave us some instructions and pumped us up, it started being hard to hear what he was saying because someone in the background was talking really loud. I turn over, just to see that our guide was the one talking super loud with another guide!! So now she is even disturbing everyone that tried to listen to Jesus?? Now the good stuff started - we were separated from our Naturanda guide and was put in to groups, our group went with Jesus. We then did the hike and this was a 10/10 - absolutely amazing and Jesus did an amazing job. However, my review here isn’t for the hike with a local guide, it is with Naturanda. After the hike we were promised ”a cold beer” and some other refreshment. But once arrived, our guide from Naturanda told us we had 15 minutes before the buss. We had to stand in line for 10 minutes before we could get our beer, and then quickly gulp it down - so no ”oh we made it” relaxation time, thanks for that. After 15 minutes I ask the guide if we are on time, and she is sipping on a beer herself and says ”oh wait, let me just go to the bathroom first”. This is the guide we are talking about. Once we go to the buss, a family of 4 starts to board the buss, not part of our group. They almost made it on and our guide had to go in to the buss and ask them to leave. If this is so common, why isn’t she guarding the buss entrance? The buss ride back was calm, the buss itself has AC and is comfortable. And the driver drives extremely well through the narrow streets. 15 minutes in when people start to fall asleep and relax, our guide decides to grab the microphone and tell everyone loudly about some uninteresting fact about some of the landscape. Like… why? And this was the only remark she did. Our guide was kind, but lacked leadership and clear instructions. She felt more like a group member.
Trip was amazing karlos is the main man couldn’t recommend him enough, what a guy ! Must do trip the views are unbelievable
It was a beautiful trip, we loved it. Karlos, our guide, was just lovely, so kind, funny and friendly and took great care of us. Everything was lovely. Our only fly in the ointment was how unclear the itinerary was on the website. We went on a Tuesday but had the I to start of the Sunday. Other than that, perfect
