We thoroughly enjoyed our private Alcazar tour with Rosa. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had excellent communication skills. It was definitely worthwhile to book a private tour - we were able to ask lots of questions and spend more time in the areas that interested us most. Highly recommended!

Tour is offered online but tickets are not included and if they are sold out ( a week in advance) the tourmoney is wasted. Read carefully, you would expect entrance to be included for this price but it is not.
Do not miss the Alcazar tour! The palace & gardens are spectacular. The architecture is breathtaking. Maria was a knowledgeable, well informed & friendly.
Our tour guide Elena was informative and explained everything in detail without making it boring. She took her time and made the experience worthwhile.
The waiting line for the Alcazar in Seville was probably as long as 3 to 4 hours. A guy was selling tickets for a guided tour for €36, that was starting half an hour later, and since we only had one day, we decided to go for it. The tour was delayed somewhat half an hour, which wasn't a problem for us, since we wanted to go to a nearby roof terrace for a drink anyway. With the guided tour, we could skip the queue and got inside in about 15 minutes. Our guide, Jorge, is from Seville and his ancestors go back a long time in Seville's history. He told us a lot of interesting details about the Alcazar, and I'm sure we would have missed a lot of the Alcazar if we would have visited it without a guide. I would recommend the Alcazar when visiting Seville, and definitely recommend to take the guided tour as well!
Susana gave us an excellent walking tour of Seville including the Alcazar. We enjoyed the tour so much we asked her to do a second tour the following day to include the old Jewish quarter. I holy recommend her. Her fund of knowledge is great and her presentation excellent.
We met Jorge outside the Cathedral at 10:30 AM and he charmed us with his offer of a private tour. The tour was so good we returned the following day to seek out Jorge for the tour of the Alcazar. His love of Sevilla is evident and his knowledge is both broad and esoteric. He exudes warmth and we felt like we had made a friend after our tours. I recommend him highly. It is well worth the money.
Elena took us on a guided tour of the Alcazar which she delivered in perfect English. Her profound knowledge of Islamic art and architecture and the later Christian additions greatly enhanced our enjoyment of our visit. All the way through she explained what we were seeing bringing the historical information right up to date by showing us where the Game of Thrones shots were taken! Cannot recommend her too highly - the cost is very reasonable and she gets you through the queues.
The guide, booked through the Seville Information service was great. Beatrice, was very informative and very well read about Spanish history. She was funny and entertaining and this made the tour more interesting and informative. I would recommend this over the joint ticket for the Alcazar and Cathedral. In fact the Cathedral was extremely disappointing compared to places such as Barcelona, Cordoba, Zaragoza etc. The only claim was the tallest alter piece and you could not appreciate this anyway due to the layout of the church. Go the Alcazar, hopefully with Beatrice, and enjoy a very good tour.
Susana Perez woke up at 5am to purchase our tickets for the Alcazar tour on New Year's Eve. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we were able to see this magnificent palace on one of the busiest days of the year. Her tour was interesting, informative and fun! Her knowledge of and enthusiasm for Sevilla was delightful. I will definitely call Susana the next time I am in Sevilla. You should too.
My teenage son and I had a guided tour to Alcazar de Seville last Monday together with some other familes. The guide, George, was excellent. He really loves what he does. He showed us many details from the palace, he spoke about the tiles, the gardens but also about the kings and queens who lived there. He told us many mysterious stories, always very enthusiastic.
Great time with Philippe, treasure good visit
Everything was perfect, the dedication and good work of the guide and all the wonderful things I learned were priceless. Simply wonderful, thank you very much!
Interesting French speaking guide, very good knowledge for our group visit of friends (18 people ). From our Hotel to the Spanish Steps, the Juderia and then the Alcazar. 3 h pleasant visit I highly recommend Elena +34 606 82 81 38 Thank you again. Olivier
I was impressed by the greatness, majesty, by the contribution to the story. All this we would not have known without the magnificent contribution of our guide Tito Jordi. Excellent professional and better person. I don’t know if you’re going to read it and I hope you understand because your language proficiency includes mine: "Moltes gràcies per la teva way d'ensenyar a la gent, tot aquest tresor. I hope to return to Seville i et will search perquè m'ensenyis moltes more secrets de la ciutat. An amic abraçada."
We had Jorge as a guide for a whole family to discover the joys of the Alcazar as well as those of the cathedral the next day... This guide is just a love, it explains wonderfully and passionately the history of Seville through these magnificent "buildings".
He shared his experiences with the unusual enthusiasm for a tour guide. Excellent professional.
Yesterday 9/12 I did the guided tour of the Alcazar with Jorge... what to tell them? That I appreciate joining the group when they went through the line asking if anyone was interested in a Spanish tour. Jorge’s passion for his work and for the Alcázar is rating. The way to explain it, the clarity, the right details (no little or much, the ideal balance!). It really was a pleasure to have done the tour with him. Do not hesitate and make with it the guided tour of the Alcázar or any other tour that interests you!! Thank you Jorge for making a difference in my time in Seville!!
We had an excellent tour with Jorge. Very personable, in easy English, very informative and warm. If we go back to Seville, we just want to do a tour with Jorge!!
