Alcázar Of Seville. Skip The Line! Includes Access Ticket

This tour was canceled by the operator without a reason given. It was right before my trip left America. I don't usually check my email very much when I'm traveling, so it was fortunate in this regard. Money was refunded without any problem. However, it was a bit of a scramble to find another tour with availability so close to my trip. Was an unnecessary stress as I was trying to pack and most tours were sold out.

Alcazar de Sevilla skip the line tour was perfect for us since we didn’t have much time left regarding our busy schedule. Tourist guide was nice and knowledgeable. Palace was amazing.and we were excited to see why Game of thrones was filmed there. We recommend this tour without a doubt.

I highly recommend the guided tour of the Alcázar of Seville. It was a very enjoyable and interesting experience, and our guide was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. The tour made the visit much more engaging and helped us appreciate the history and beauty of the palace even more.

Great personalized tour! This was a small tour with just my wife and I and the tour guide. We had a great time! Our tour guide was extremely engaging and made it a point to make the tour personal. He was extremely patient and explained so much about the Alcazar and the history of Spain. It brought back a lot of memories of school lessons about the Spanish Empire. Being there made the experience that much better. The tour group did a great job communicating where/when to start. I highly recommend them for this tour if you are looking for a personal tour experience.

Worth seeing. Had an excellent guide called Adrian, very knowledgeable. Only 6 of us in the group. Very busy place, so well worth using a guide.

The Alcázar was amazing however the tour guide did not take us through all the rooms she could have. We felt with the price we payed for a guided tour we should have had the whole Alcázar included in the tour. We were able to go back through on our own later however it would have been nice to have had the rooms explained to us.

We were rather silly, thinking there would be no pressure on getting tickets in February we left it to the last minute. Alas we were too late and none were available. ☹️

We had a good guide, but the poor audio quality of the headsets we had (constant static), and the large group size didn’t make for a great experience. We didn’t feel it was worth the cost.

The email said to meet at 1.30pm and the Guide was 20 mins late and then it was 14.15 by the time all 27 people lined up in order and got into the gardens, which is fine if you have plenty of time but we only had 40 mins of his time. He was a lovely guy but the talk was a bit dry!

What a great experience!! Our guide Carlos was simply the best. Very knowledgeable and passionate about history, it really immersed us with his explanations and comments. Very straight to the point which I loved because there was no second wasted. If we had visited the Alcazar without his guidance it would have been a completely different experience - beautiful, because the Alcazar is ASTOUNDING, but empty and shallow…

The tour company we good at communicating. After seeing the palace, I would have rather toured the cathedral since I only had time for one tour. Our guide was Clara: a bit rough around the edges, and a bit slow at conducting the tour.

It was a lot of history. Depending on time of year and time of day-it can be warm. So many people in small areas. Our tour guide was late getting started which was ok,but there were technical difficulties throughout and made it difficult to follow.

It was great to have our guide Carlos to take us straight in without queuing - "like rockstars!" he said. Carlos was entertaining, informative and interesting, making the whole experience fun. We had not realised you must book several days ahead if you want to enter the palace on your own, and there were no online tickets left for the duration of our stay, with the only option to queue before opening each day and hope, so we were so grateful to find space on the guided tour the next day. Of course it cost more than entry on its own but it was well worth having the guide, especially the fabulous Carlos!

We had a great experience learning about the Alcazar from Clara who was hilarious and so informative. This provided was a highlight on our trip to Sevilla!

Tour was not the time promised and almost missed other bookings. Had to rush everything and was very sad.

Beautiful place to have a good walk and see gardens, and cool animals. Great place for pictures. This historically significant place is must , it was worth it. Make sure you do an activity with a guide to really benefit from the experience.

The tour was very helpful to understand the history and provide context. Clara was full of information and made the tour interesting and fun.

It was 40C in August in Seville and everyone was looking for shade to escape the heat. Our guide was very informative about the history of alcazar. I was expecting more splendor for it being a palace. I enjoyed the mosaics and peacocks. Regrettably the garden is out in the open sun which in summer you couldn’t spend much time in. The little cafe was hot in stuffy inside and had few tables outside which were quickly filled.

Our guide Carlos provided good insights and humor as he lead us through this lovely venue. Length of tour was just about right as well.

A well organised tour through one of Seville’s main attractions. The outlines of the tour (what’s in, what’s not), and the meeting place were clearly communicated. Radio sets were provided and worked well. The tour guide managed a disparate group in a crowded environment and explained the various rooms visited well. He varied his plan when hold-ups seemed imminent.

He was a very knowledgeable guy and funny. We enjoyed our visit. He kept the group together as much as possible. Family with baby stroller and really old couple couldn't keep up at the end.

60-70 min overview and highlights tour. Just as we hoped for. Tour guide was excellent. Friendly, informative with good English plus convenient easy to use radio headsets.

Meeting point directions for this event on the Viator app and in email take you to the tourist information office. This is incorrect. Other people given wrong instructions too. I messaged the group lead and she we were then given correct instructions. Other than that, fantastic experience!!!

Tour operator left message on my phone two days prior that they did not have a ticket for my son. They called again to try to get us to switch days because they did not have a ticket for my son. I was under the impression that our tickets had been canceled. The day of the tour, I received many messages, asking where we were and was extremely confused given we had been canceled on. Very difficult and disappointing

A great tour, just enough information to be interesting and not too overwhelmed. Great now there are earphones so don't have to listen to guide shouting. I wish I could remember her name, she called herself "the crazy one" great fun and very knowledgeable

I take a lot of walking tours and I wanted especially to get one of Real Alvarez because I had been before and wanted a better knowledge. I am afraid this tour was not great. I am sure the guide knew his dates and facts but it was very garbled, very fast speaking in a strong accent that was hard to keep up with. Also the content felt like it was jumping aground between periods. I came out more confused than I was when I visited without a tour. Real Alcazar is a magical place and this tour didn’t showcase that at all. It was like a cribs guide of dates and names. It would have been far better if it had fewer dates and more stories

Lots of interesting and well-explained info, just the right amount of detail and using day-to-day language. Most of all, though, it was completely engaging. The guide was brilliant and funny (think her name was Clara). It gave a really good insight into Seville in general, not just about the palace, so you didn't need to do any other tours.

Our tour guide Maria was efficient and entertaining. The beauty and history was astounding! She gave us a great layout of the castle with many interesting facts.

Yet again more marvellous history and spectacular architecture, great place to visit, so much to see and learn. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable. Having seen the Alhambra and the mosque and alcazar in Granada and Cordoba this completes the set for me. Recommended

Great to get a slot when booking at short notice. The meet up worked well and we were swiftly inside the palace and through security. The tour was interesting with lots of nuggets of information and surprises. We were then left to explore the palace and gardens on our own which was nice despite the rain!

What a ripoff! We had to wait in line because the "skip-the-line" line had more people than the regular line. Our tour guide was knowledgeable but the mic sounds was terrible and he rushed us through the palace saying it was too crowded. What did we pay all thisoneh for?

Loved the tour of Alacazar, our guide, Clara, was super knowledgeable and witty! Spoke many languages and worldly in her history of geography too. The tour was just under two hours, and loved being able to walk around the grounds after the tour was over. We enjoyed the cafeteria for a vino and then some extra picture taking. The skip the line tour was the WAY TO GO!
