Interesting and good pictures afforded us on our visit. Our tour guide even broke out his own camera to show us the day Columbus's chest in his tomb was opened and how the bones of Columbus were matched 99% to his other descendants (his sons) who are all buried (in the Cathedral) after many changes of where the tomb was buried. Very KNOWLEDGEABLE guide of the history, culture and important sights to see. VERY EFFICIENT with the time provided as we toured the palace & cathedral. Thank you!!

Itinerary
The meeting point for our tour is in the Plaza del Triunfo in Seville. From this point you can see the monument to the Immaculate Conception, as well as the entrance to the Jewish quarter of Seville.
Enjoy the Real Alcázar of Seville with our accredited professional guides. The Real Alcázar of Seville is the Royal Palace, still in use, the oldest in Europe. It is a complex made up of several palaces and spectacular gardens, each derived from different eras and cultural styles belonging to the different civilizations that have been part of the city. All this represents a perfect summary of the entire history of the city of Seville. The Real Alcázar of Seville is a monument declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO (Declared in 1987). The Real Alcázar of Seville has been the filming location of numerous international films and series, including the well-known series "Game of Thrones".
We will walk through the spectacular Gardens of the Real Alcázar. It is about diverse green areas with great floral diversity, through which peacocks pass.
Seville Cathedral is the largest Gothic cathedral in the world and the third largest after Saint Peter in the Vatican and Saint Paul in London. It has, among others, the tomb of Cristóbal Colón, the tomb of his son, Hernando Colón, the tomb of King Fernando III El Santo and the Patio de los Naranjos.
We will go up to the Giralda of Seville, from which we will observe the entire city from a bird's eye view. As it is the last stop and end of the tour, you can stay in the Giralda for as long as you want.

Adriana was WONDERFUL! She, obviously, loves history and stories from the past. She shared he avid interest with us and made our tour excellent!
Lost our opportunity to see the Cathedral as Naturando failed procure tickets and/or reserve a spot for all the people who bought tickets and showed up at 10 am. Apologized and promised to refund the cathedral and Gerald’s portion but I’ll date nothing has been received. Unfortunately due to Naturando’s failed promise, the tickets were sold out for another 4/5 days and we were leaving. So we lost our chance to see the beautiful cathedral
Rubbish company. All they're interested in is getting good reviews. No concern for the paying customer.
Although initially we initially had some confusion with the tour guide[s], the afternoon ended up much better than we anticipated. Due to some scheduling issues, we ended up with two different guides. The first tour was small and although the guide was professional and knowledgeable, she appeared at times distracted. The second guide saved the day, she was entertaining, humorous, knowledgeable and engaging. The second group was over 12 people and she herded us through the church like a pro. She shared her knowledge of the church through animation and stories, which I am sure all of us will now remember many of the pertinent facts due to how they were presented. Although the church itself is awe inspiring, 'Clara' made the afternoon tour more memorable!
Not much quality info shared inside Alcazar. It was being assumed that the entire story is already known and only some fun facts need to be added.
An amazing experience provided by Alejandro. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and kept the group interested.
Our group enjoyed our tours with Clara, who sarcastic humor, made the tour even more enjoyable for us. She took us all around the Alcazar providing great informational tips and stunning views. She proved to us that the Cathedral next door was the largest one in the world. Then we finished up the tour taking the challenge to go up the Giralda tower (35 floors). It was just the right amount of time for us freeing us up the rest of the day, but getting to enjoy some of the most stunning views in Seville.
Our guide, Clara, was knowledgeable, made the tour personal by asking where we were all from and then calling us by that name, and had a great sense of humor.
Terrible radio mic feedback with static throughout our first tour of alcazar. We didn’t hear anything of what the guide told us. The second tour of the cathedral was much better. Despite complaints at the meeting point there was no offer of any compensation.
This tour was absolutely the correct length and our guide Clara was excellent. Her humor was appropriate and made the experience less dry than it might have been.
Our experience was impacted by The United Nations and King being in town. This meant some areas of the palace were closed off for viewing and the normal exit point could not be used. This made it confusing to meet up for the second part of the tour- this was outside the tour company’s control. What would have been better is if the guide of the Real Alcázar had taken us to the exit point. She simply pointed to it and it left many ( including us ) being lost in the maze of the palace gardens. Both tours were amazing but felt a little rushed- there was so much more to see in each place.
This was a good, thorough, and well organized tour. I lines, got through security easily and on time. This package however, was actually 2 separate tours. New guide for the cathedral. New check-in, etc. That’s not obvious from the description. So, it lacked the continuity and storytelling you’d expect. The Alcazar guide was very repetitive and although the place is amazing, didn’t provide much context. The cathedral guide was very good, but expect crowds and not a very personalized experience. So, the tours were good with an opportunity to improve. I’d still recommend this tour though, because of how well organized it was. It’s hard to get tickets, we did skip lines, and it was thorough.
We were not told there was an hour break between the tour of Alcatraz and the Cathedral/tower. Essentially two different tours with different guides. The description sounded like one 3 hour tour of all three venues. Had we known might have chosen another tour.
We had to take a tour in Seville of the Cathedral and Real Alcaraz as tickets were not available directly. We found that the tour we selected was expensive for what was provided. The sound devices worked sometime but not always. The guide spoke too quickly given her grasp of English. So much was missed. She was very friendly. We enjoyed both places but the experience could have been better.
First of all we loved our guide Clara and she is amazing, funny and very knowledgeable. Me and my friend gained so much of insight about the history of Spain. Highly recommended tour
An excellent overview of the palace and cathedral with a wonderfully informative guide. Laura (sp?) was knowledgeable, well paced, allowed time for questions and was a pleasure as a guide to explain details of the two magnificent buildings and gardens.
Clara gives an entertaining, informative, and worthwhile tour of the Alcázar and Cathedral. She doesn’t overwhelm with dates and detail, and focuses on engaging with the group with good-natured humor, calling us all by our home city or country. What a good memory to memorize everyone in the group! We signed up for the combination Alcázar and cathedral tours, and there was a 45 minute gap between the two. We didn’t know about the gap, but having 45 minutes on our own worked well, as we had just the right amount of time to explore the gardens inside the Alcázar. Walk out along the 2nd story of the columned pavilion overlooking the gardens—the view looking back on the gardens, Alcázar and Cathedral provided our best photos of the visit. You will walk up Giralda tower in the cathedral on your own at the end of the tour. No steps, only stone ramps, which makes it pretty easy to do. A terrific tour with Clara!
It was very informative of the history of Spain and culture. Our guide was interesting and entertaining .
You get to skip the line and have the great opportunity to share the passions of a great guide who has a great sense of humour
Good tour. Now I know why so many reviews mentioned Clara... she was great and even kept our 11 yr olds engaged with a few tik tok references :-). Loved hearing her take on the Spanish people's heritage, the Royal Family, and the inside scoops on the people entombed in the cathedral. I had a little trouble finding the group to begin with because there were so many tour groups staging in this same area, but the organizers called me on WhatsApp to help me find the group when I wasn't there at the start time.
Clara was amazing!! We did the English tour and she made things so fun and interesting while including fun facts about Seville.
This was our favorite walking tour we went on! We had a fantastic guide, Clara! Highly recommend going with Clara on both the Alcázar and Catedral walking tour in Spain!
Clara, our tour guide was good, funny and made the tour interesting. Gave a good and quick review of the alcazar and cathedral
The tour group is about 15-20 folks. And the guide does a very good job of being very inclusive for all participants. Our guide, Clara, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and with a warm sense of humor!
Clara was wonderful and explained everything very well and was very kind and patient. Please apologize to her because at the end I got lost and did not give her a tip.
This is done as a TWO part - different tours from same company. So there is a break and we had change of guide. Our first Carlos guide of Alcázar was great - amazing personality and could relate to group. We had to wait 30 minutes of the 3 hour tour for next tour to start. The second Carlos tour guide did Cathedral- his English was hard to understand at times and he was hard to follow and not very engaging. He was knowledgeable- just difficult for us to follow and understand. It is very impressive cathedral. We probably could have done audio tour of cathedral and gotten the same info.
Carla was a fun guide, it was a bit chaotic at the start as it wasn't clear where to meet/get the tickets and there were lots of groups meeting at the same time and same place
Clara the guide was excellent!!! She was very knowledgeable and presented it in a very interesting way. Bravo!!
We got into the monuments without making the lines to buy tickets or enter the places. The tour guide was late, ended the tour early, and excused herself for the past part of the tour, claiming she had another group with a conflicting time. Guide knew her stuff but, had no time for us.
Claria was really enjoyable and knowledgeable of the Seville catherdal and palace. We enjoyed our afternoon with her.
Clara was very entertaining, knowledgeable and passionate about her subject matter. We had fun - and she involved everybody in the tour by reaching out to everyone. We very much enjoyed! We saw secret areas of the cathedral that we have never seen in any tour before. It was extremely informative.
Clara was great. She got to know all of us and made the tour very interesting. She should think of a career in comedy!!!
Our tour guide was amazing. Great sense of humor and very engaging. Provided just the right amount of history but not overwhelming. The tour had about an hour in the palace and then time to explore the gardens. Then regrouped with those that were going to the cathedral and tower. Great way to see the highlights.
This was awful for a few reasons. Our first tour guide Sylvia was unintelligible so we got no information at the Alcazar. The headsets didn’t work well even if you could understand her. Second, it wasn’t clear that there were two parts to the tour until we overheard where/when the second meeting point was. Third, the group was too large. Thankfully Alejandro was a great guide in the cathedral.
My daughter & I enjoyed our time during & after the tour. Our tour guide Clara was funny and very knowledgeable in her history which made the tour great!
Our tour guide Clara was excellent. The tour was a combination of loads of information and then time to explore on our own.
Nice , funny and knowledgeable tour guide. Absolutely amazing experience. Would recommend it to everyone.
The tour was wonderful. So much information without overwhelming people. Our guide, Clara, was INCREDIBLE! She captivated her entire audience from two young children to older adults. She made the information interesting easy to understand. If possible, request Clara as your guide, she will not disappoint!
Tour guide was fantastically entertaining and informative. Highly recommend this tour to enhance your stay in Seville.
Very informative guide . Great explanation from the ticket office on the meeting location for the trip. Ear pieces had a clear sound from the tour guide who had excellent knowledge of the trip locations .
I would recommend this trip only because Alcázar and Carhederal &Giralda are must sees! The start of the tour took 25 mins to call everyone’s name. Couldn’t be more disorganized if they tried. The whisper devices were in and out and the guide in Alcázar whispered. The palace itself beautiful. Agaiin had to meet back up for Cathwderal and Giralda name calling and corralling people. Ugh! The guide for these 2 at least spoke up but there were ticket issues and he had to buy more and was very upset! The whisper devices seem to only work if you are on top of the guide.
The lady tour gide was knowledgeable and very funny. I adored the way she handled the English group.
This tour was great! Clara was our tour guide and she presented the history with so much passion and enjoyment. I also appreciated when she called out our names, she took the time to ask where we all were from. She also remembered throughout the 3 hour tour. We highly recommend this tour, and maybe Clara will get to know you, and share her knowledge of Alcazar, the cathedral and giralda.
The monuments were beautiful and interesting , but we were disappointed in our tour guide, Clara. Her tour was half information and half comedy routine. If she had spent less time chatting perhaps we would have gotten more information on and appreciation for the sites.
Such a lovely city, but be aware if you wish to visit Alcazar and the Cathedral you need to book in advance so unfortunately we missed out on visiting these attractions.
Such a fabulous experience! Clara was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and broke down the history for us in digestible bites! There is sooooo much to take in and she made it easy! Would highly recommend this tour.
Both venues were interesting and made for a great afternoon of exploring. The meeting spot and logistics were easy. Clara is a top-rate guide and was both knowledgeable and fun.
Apart from finding the office for tickets, it was great from start to finish. Guide was very entertaining throughout. The real alcazar is a beautiful place with stunning gardens
A great afternoon, a great guide. A very entertaining informative tour. Would thoroughly recommend. Skipped the line which was so useful.
