My partner and I visited in mid July. We had never been to Spain but instead of a beach holiday, we wanted more cultural activities and a walkable destination. This hotel is on the doorstep to hundreds of shops, restaurants, bars and places to see. The service from staff was absolutely amazing. It’s what I would call great customer service. Every single employee we spoke to was incredibly kind. They greeted us no matter what they were doing. We were able to watch Spain vs France at the hotel with Spanish flags provided (so cute). The pool is small but so is the hotel. We went when temperatures were reaching forty degrees and it wasn’t busy at all. One afternoon we managed to have the pool to ourselves and an employee offered us fresh fruit as a snack. The rooms have good air conditioning. I am a person who loves their room COLD, so it was a heavenly experience coming back to the room after being in the sun all day. If I return to Seville, I will be rebooking this hotel!

We stayed in the hotel inn August for three nights, the staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. The complimentary transfer from the airport was extremely helpful and welcomed. The hotel location, lobby, rooms and amenities were fantastic. All rooms have Clarins in the room - very nice treat. The rooftop pool was lovely with food and drinks service to your sunbed. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The team were so warm, friendly and welcoming, and gave us a lovely introduction to the hotel which immediately made us feel at home. A particularly special thank you to the team for helping me arrange a surprise birthday setup before we even arrived. They were so helpful and accommodating throughout the planning, and went out of their way to make it special. It was such a lovely touch and made the birthday feel even more memorable. Our room was spotless, beautifully presented and had great-quality toiletries. Breakfast was amazing, with a fantastic selection and excellent service. The location is perfect — so close to the city centre, making it incredibly easy to explore Seville. The communal rooftop pool is peaceful and has beautiful views over the cathedral, and the rooftop bar is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. We were also given a token for a complimentary cocktail each on arrival, which was such a lovely welcome and really summed up the level of hospitality throughout our stay. Everything has been thought of, the staff genuinely care about the guest experience, and the hotel has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We have only just arrived and already cannot fault a thing. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville and would happily stay here again. First time in Seville! Whenever I travel abroad, choosing the right hotel is always one of the hardest parts. I usually spend a lot of time reading reviews, wondering if they are really genuine. After staying here, I can honestly say that all the positive reviews are absolutely deserved. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The facilities are excellent, the service is outstanding, and the overall atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. In fact, I feel like one of the reasons I’d love to come back to beautiful Seville is this hotel. Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Breakfast: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simply outstanding.
