Central located and beautiful apartment in Santa Cruz Sevilla. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. The staff was very helpful and answered all questions very quickly. The check in and check out was easy and quick. 5 minutes to the Cathedral of Sevilla by foot. I would stay here again. Just a little pricey.
The apartment is very central which is a big plus. However that's where it stops for us. When checking in with the code given we entered a room that was already taken. Once we spoke to the owner we could use a different room for 2 days, after that we needed to move to the original booked room. We told them beforehand to communicate one day before what's the plan, they didn't. We were on the otherside of the city so we couldn't come right away, above that we agreed on receiving the info 1 day before. They we're very responsive and demanding us to come asap. This gave us an unpleasant feeling, because they were the ones that made a mistake before. Moving to the new room the bathroom was covered in mold. The moment we needed something from them (invoices, information, room supplies) there was no response at all. I would recommend the location, the room itself can be nice but I think for a little bit more you can have a better service and a cleaner room.
Stayed in May 2022. Apartment was clean and a good size for 2 people. Great location, close to lots of cafes, bars and attractions. Only slight issue - the bathroom shower drain didn't drain water well, so there was a bit of a smell in the bathroom. But overall good stay.
We had a lovely stay at Santa Maria Apartments. It's very well located right along the street with multiple eateries. Surprisingly quiet inside. The apartment looked just as nice in person as in photos. The bed was on the firm side and very comfortable. The bathroom didn't have enough counter or shelf space for toiletries, but we were able to use the kitchen countertop right outside the bathroom. I would have preferred to make a reservation directly with the hotel, but I wasn't able to do it on their website, so I ended up using Expedia. For check-in, the host provided the entry code for us which was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.
Loved everything about this apartment. The location is fantastic, close to everything and great cafes and restaurants outside the door. We walked everywhere from here did not need any form of transport at all. The apartment is so well laid out and the furnishings are all lovely. It is well equipped, nice linen and towels. Overall a very comfortable stay.
