Querencia De Sevilla Autograph Collection

I had a wonderful experience at Autograph Collection Querencia de Sevilla. The Front Office team was excellent — very professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they have everything you need and are very well designed. The location, however, is simply unbeatable. I don’t think there is a hotel with a better and more central location in Seville. A special mention to Mr. Adrian from the F&B team, who looked after us during breakfast. He was incredibly fast, attentive, and genuinely caring. His efficiency and attention to detail really stood out. Overall, a fantastic choice for a stay in Seville. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay at Querencia de Sevilla, Autograph Collection! The location couldn't be more central — we were able to walk to nearly all of Seville's main sights, which made exploring the city so easy. The absolute highlight was the rooftop terrace: relaxing by the pool with a direct view of the Cathedral's tower is something we won't forget. Watching the sunset from up there with a drink in hand felt magical and honestly rivaled some of the more well-known rooftop bars in the old town. Rooms were comfortable and the overall atmosphere of the hotel matched the charm of the city perfectly. Highly recommend this hotel if you want a great base for a Seville city trip, especially if you appreciate a beautiful view to end the day.

★☆☆☆☆ I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this hotel. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of Seville's main attractions. The room was comfortable, although on the smaller side, and I appreciated the upgrade and welcome amenity. Unfortunately, those positives were completely overshadowed by the front office experience. From before arrival, arranging a simple airport transfer became an unnecessarily frustrating process. Upon arrival, despite the hotel knowing exactly when I would be checking in, there was only one person at the front desk and I waited more than 20 minutes to check in. Checkout was equally chaotic and poorly managed. What ultimately ruined the experience, however, was the interaction with the Front Office Manager afterward. Rather than listening to the feedback or taking ownership of the guest experience, the responses were defensive, dismissive, and focused on justifying the hotel's position instead of understanding why a guest had left disappointed. At one point, I was effectively told that perhaps I should choose another hotel better suited to my expectations. That is not the level of professionalism or respect I expect from any Marriott property. A comfortable room and a good location cannot compensate for poor leadership and an unprofessional front desk experience. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, respected, and heard. Unfortunately, this hotel failed in those areas. There are many excellent hotels in Seville. Based on my experience, I would choose one of them instead.

We had a really nice stay here this past week. The staff was kind, attentive and enjoyable throughout the hotel. Our room was well constructed and thoughtfully decorated. We had a nice soaking tub with jets in our bathroom. The rooftop space and second floor patio are lovely. The breakfast was of good quality and variety. No complaints, would stay again. Area is a bit touristic but a very good walkable area. The scent is a bit strong in the lobby area and hallways but did not diminish our stay or experience.
