I don't usually leave reviews, but you should know there are extensive road works (for months) going on the street/front of this accommodation, before you arrive with your luggage. I don't understand why this was not communicated before (after booking), offering guest the best spots to be dropped-off etc. Our apt. in the back did not notice works noise from the street though, the building itself is a bit noisy. Everything else was fine... besides 1 small ceiling leak in the shower.
We 4 families around 20 of us stayed in early August. The area is a bit congested and we didn't have access to the hotel carpark due to the construction blocking the front of the hotel. Other paid parking around the hotel is expensive but free parking can be found on the roads around the area further away from the hotel. However the family rooms were nice and enough for 5 people with AC in every room. You can do your own catering. Iron is available upon request.
We had a great time there. Perfect location for our family as very close to amazing restaurants and tapas bar. A little further from attractions we walked a lot during our stay but we all enjoyed it. The apartment had a quirky layout but also gave us the inpression of space which we appreciated. Well furnished and well equipped kitchen. Our only issue was with our upstairs neighboors who were noisy at innapropriate times. The ladies at the reception are very welcoming and helpful and recommended amazing places to eat.
We stayed on the 4th floor at the very end of the corridor. It was incredibly quiet since the stairs and lift were at the other end, meaning no one passed by our door. The apartment is a spacious two-bedroom with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking, including a microwave and a Dolce Gusto machine. The living space is great, featuring a large dining table for six and a comfortable sofa. Bonus points for being pet-friendly and including private underground parking as a complementary service! The building itself is located a 5-minute walk from Triana Bridge and Market, and about 20 minutes from La Giralda and Sevilla’s Cathedral. A grocery store and a supermarket are located just outside the reception, which is open from 8 AM to midnight.
