We really love this place. We've never stayed here but whenever we are in Arcos we come to hang out in the lounge to enjoy the stunning views, and the delicious croquettes! Antonio is a great host. What a shame, though, that the local government has completely ruined the square and viewpoint - absolutely criminal. Inside the Parador, though, you’re in another world.

A must if you decide to climb to the top of the old city. Stay for beer and meal, great views from the terrace. Town is very narrow lanes, lots of scaped cars and well priced restaurants. You can catch the public mini bus from the bottom and enjoy the ride sitting with the local residence. Interesting ride. Church at the top is a very nice and well presented.

Service received was absolutely great from checkin till checkout. Breakfast is good, nothing too special, although I appreciated the bottles of olive oil. Rooms are very clean. However, I noticed smell of cigarettes in the bedroom. I never figured out where it came from, it might have been the ventilation. To be honest, the pictures are too flattering, but it's still a very decent place to stay. 5 minutes walk to the city centre, 10 minutes to the beach. Parking on the property, but it's basically on the street (with a barrier).

Its a real "Paradores" of the area. Acros de la Frontera is a small town beloblng to Cadiz. Narrow streets, small cafes & Shops really nice views and churches make this place a unique, at the area. "Acros de la frontera hotel" is at the top of the town, a bit difficult to reach but there is a car park infront of it, by the lovely chuch. One site is Guadalete River and the other side is 'Acros de la Frontera Castle'. Its a very lovely accommodation, good size rooms, Clean and comfortable beds, professional staff. Breakfast is great and dinner always have options. I offer to stay Half board here although there are some restaurants in walking distance, because hotels restaurant area and terrace have very beautifull view, you will be impressed, while you are having your dinner.
