Ocean Drive Sevilla

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Drive Sevilla. From the moment we checked in, Maria made us feel very welcomed and gave us all the details we needed to make our 5 night stay special. She was able to upgrade us to a 5th floor room with a balcony overlooking the Setas, and gave us helpful tips for seeing the city. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the city close to restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing destinations. They have a nice little bar and restaurant, Jesus the bartender got us anything we needed, ice, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, always with a positive attitude. The whole staff was amazing, always cheerfully answering our questions and making us feel welcome. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service at Ocean Drive Sevilla Our stay at Ocean Drive Sevilla was made truly special by the outstanding reception team. From the moment we arrived, everyone was knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely willing to go out of their way to help. It was some of the best hotel service we have ever experienced. A special thank-you to Paula, Marta, Sergio, Maria and Jesús, who were all incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. Their recommendations, assistance, and warm attitudes made us feel very well cared for throughout our stay. They consistently handled every question or request with kindness and efficiency. We also want to recognize manager Carlos, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the exceptional standard of service provided by the entire front-desk team. Ocean Drive Sevilla has a wonderful location and a beautiful atmosphere, but it is the people—especially this remarkable reception staff—who make the hotel unforgettable. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Marina and the bar team were very nice and friendly. She gave me some great recommendations for places to visit around the city. We would definitely stay here again. The room was well equipped and very clean. It had an espresso machine and a Bose speaker that could be connected via Bluetooth. The AC worked really well, which was perfect because it was very hot two weeks ago.

We had a fantastic stay at OD Hotels Seville and I cannot speak highly enough of the team. The level of customer service throughout our stay was genuinely exceptional. A special thank you to Paula and Maria, and an even bigger thank you to Rocio, who made breakfast a seamless and memorable experience every morning. Her warmth, professionalism and attention to detail really stood out and made each day start on a positive note. We were visiting to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday and the hotel kindly left a birthday surprise in our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. Our room on the 5th floor was spotless, comfortable and surprisingly quiet despite being in such a central location. The hotel’s position is excellent just steps away from the food market and Las Setas, with countless tapas bars, restaurants and places for drinks right outside the door. The location made it easy to explore the city on foot. In fact, we only needed to take a taxi once during our stay (excluding airport transfers), and that was only because we were heading to the Triana riverside area. Even then, it’s only around a 25-minute walk if you prefer to walk. A wonderful hotel with an outstanding team. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville.
