Novotel Sevilla

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was lovely clean. Polite staff and amazing beds some of the best nights sleep I have had in a long time. Great location. The pool was a great added bonus and made the city stay feel like a beach break.

Nice hotel in a good location. I arrived late at night and reception staff were friendly and helpful and were quick to check me in. The room was basic but had everything needed for a few nights. The hotel is in a good location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There are also good public transport links nearby and the airport is only a 20-minute journey by taxi. Would recommend to anyone visiting Seville.

Great location, useful parking. Expected standard for the value. Nice breakfast. Angeo was very helpful checking us in, giving us some bags and tissues to tidy up the drink the children spilt in the car... Rooms are a bit tired. Cold lighting, with missing bulbs (e.g. over the tea station, rusty metal lamp base, a little bit grubby in the seam on the front bath panel... Not a standard cleaning deficiency, more that the room needs renovating. Fair for the price point.

We visited this hotel in July 2026, booked two rooms, and were travelling with an infant. The hotel itself is modern and close enough to public transportation options to have easy affordable access to the city center as well as the airport. The staff is all friendly towards guests and the reception went the extra mile by enabling late check out so the baby could sleep in the room on our last day and taking care of other small requests swiftly. Baby cot was available on request. Rooftop pool was a nice plus to this hotel and the staff working at the rooftop bar deserves respect for working in this heat. Pool towels can only be received once per person, per stay, otherwise you need to pay extra. There are no drying facilities to hang out the used towels in the room, so you are inclined to rent new ones every day. A downside to our stay was the air quality in the room. A smell of cigarettes was very present at arrival to the room and the airconditioning is through a shared centralized system. The options to change the settings are very basic. We have spent most of our nights sneezing and coughing due to the airconditioning, perhaps uncleaned air filters or perhaps dust mites. This impacted the nights rest a lot and a 1 hour air filtration done by hotel staff did not alleviate the issue. This would be my main improvement point for this hotel, if I were to book this hotel again.
