The position is the only real positive thing of this accommodation. However, I honestly think that it’s possible to find better solutions at the same price. We previously stayed in another accommodation managed by the same group and the experience was perfect. However, the Ninesuite didn’t satisfy our expectations. The apartment is pretty old and there are a couple of things that should have been fixed before the guests arrival. For example, one of the two sinks was broken and our studio was the only one without the pillows on the terrace chairs. Furthermore, the clothes rack was dirty and the cleaning service forgot to leave the clothes pegs. It seems a secondary matter, but the possibility to wash our clothes had been one of the reasons why we chose this accommodation. We contacted the property, but they only replied us the following day, offering to send the maintenance team in the property to fix all these issues, but it was a bit to late for our needs. Honestly, I don’t like inaccuracy and shabbiness, so I would not recommend this property.

Stayed here 13-17th April- -Booked via Booking.com, no issues at all -Information for room was sent through a message on booking website and all information worked -no reception so just find your room and use the codes etc and your in. -Apartment 4- Clean, tidy, spotless and any other cleanliness word you can use! Bed was very very comfy -if you stay 4 or more days you get a room clean and refresh of your towels. -check out easy -it is all keyless entry so need to worry about out losing any keys when you’re walking around 1 thing that would be useful for future- a guide of how to use the air con and any other appliances and maybe a tour guide of recommended restaurants etc

We had a wonderful stay at NineSuites. The location is excellent – we were able to walk to all the main attractions, restaurants and shopping areas without needing public transport. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the warm days in Seville. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the discounts offered for local activities and experiences, which was a nice added benefit. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Seville. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is extremely well located. We could walk to all the major attractions. It is clean and well maintained. Has all the amenities needed for a short stay. The space inside is limited. The outdoor space is not very usable.
