Nh Collection Sevilla

We arrived early but Raul at reception was able to check us in and gave us an upgraded room . The room was lovely and getting it early really helped us. Later in the afternoon someone knocked at the door and presented us with a complimentary 1/2 bottle of wine [a nice Rioja !] These touches made us feel very welcome and I would like to thank all of the staff as everyone was lovely. The hotel is a little bit of a walk to the historic centre of Seville but we knew this when we booked. A great hotel with great service and great staff.

NH Collection Sevilla — Exceptional Stay in Nervión ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Room & Property We stayed in a premium room with a king bed, and it was top drawer for a hotel. Incredibly spacious, exceptionally clean, and very quiet—making it a fantastic base to unwind. The pool area was also spotless, well-maintained, and a great spot to relax. Service & Staff The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Clara, Sara, and Lolo, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well-taken care of. Location & Transit The hotel is located in the Nervión district, about a 20-minute walk from the historic city center. However, getting around is effortless: the tram is just a 5-minute walk away and takes you directly to most major sights, and it is exceptionally easy to grab a taxi right outside the front entrance. A Football Fan’s Bonus If you are a football fan, you might just spot your team staying here! NH Collection Sevilla is a primary go-to hotel in the city for hosting visiting professional football teams and national squads due to its proximity to local stadiums. When we arrived, there were groups of young fans waiting outside the entrance to catch a glimpse and grab autographs of visiting players—a very cool touch. We had a great time in Seville and would highly recommend staying here!

Hotel is beautiful and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The pool came in handy with the hot days. Their talking buffet breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and they make eggs and omelets on demand. The staff is very efficient. Nieves (one of the breakfast staff) was very good. Hotel is away from town center (about 25 minute walk or you can take a tram. It’s very peaceful in the area and there is a grocery store one minute away.

My partner and I had a great experience staying here while in Sevilla. Location was good, close to a tram/bus/metro stop and super connected with every neighborhood of the city. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had all we needed. Bathroom was particularly clean and well-designed. Service was outstanding and all staff was attentive, competent and costumer-orientated. We used all the facilities and we were satisfied with everything. We must say, daily breakfast buffet was really outstanding, with plenty of healthy, vegetarian friendly options included. Also, the pool area is quite nice and convenient (especially on hot summer days), however, a bit small. On weekends, especially if larger groups are staying at the hotel, it can get crowded and sunbeds are limited for the size of the hotel. Unfortunately, the pool is not supervised by hotel staff, therefore, some individuals might break common sense rules and it can get quite loud/ not relaxing, possibly, several drinks could also be left on the pool side.. As an improvement, the gym is the only area that needs some attention: the cross trainer was out of service and the mats were also quite broken. For the size of the hotel, it might be too small: once 2/3 person are in at the same time, space fills up and no one else can train. All in all, we had a very positive stay for three nights and we would definitely choose it again, if in Sevilla!
