This is such as wonderful little hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Roberto at reception. Great quiet but convenient location. Lovely room and very clean. Breakfast was excellent- everything you could need and so fresh. We enjoyed the roof top pool and bar during siesta time.
We stayed at the Monte Triana Hotel for 5 nights mid June and had a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, from reception and bar staff to the lovely housekeepers. Our room was spotless, with a large bed and all the facilities we could’ve needed. Plenty of storage space, coffee machine, complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, comb, toothbrushes etc). The pool area was fabulous with lovely views - a very cold pool which was needed during 38 degree heat! Nice drinks selection from the rooftop bar too. We made use of the breakfast buffet each morning and the selection was varied. The only downside was slightly dry pastries but not a deal breaker. We would recommend this lovely hotel to anyone and we will definitely be back - maybe at a different time of year though to avoid the extreme heat! Thank you for a great stay.
Brilliant hotel, located in the perfect spot. Walking distance to food place, main sight seeing places. Staff at front desk were very friendly and extremely helpful. We were greeted by Roberto who took time out to show us all the local must see places. Hotel is nice and clean, pool area is also very nice. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of items to choose from, again staff were very friendly and helpful. Cata was very kind and considerate, took into account halal dietary needs. This was very much appreciated by us. Overall, brilliant hotel! Would recommend and would also stay again!
Lovely hotel. Reception was amazing with us. Would give service a 5 star if it wasn't for the young lady serving at the pool bar. 30 minutes for 2 cocktails. My wife went to ask her how long they would be. Answer was ..... I only have one pair of hands!!!! Yet more than 40 people came and went and got a drink. Maybe don't offer cocktails or have a 2nd member of staff to help out ? This aside, it's a great place
Hotel situated at the back of the Triana Area, so if you like walking to get your steps in then this is an ideal place to stay, 10 mins walk from main street in Triana Area, ideal for the Market located next to the Puente De Isabel Bridge to take you into the main shopping area and old town for great Restaurants and Bars or along the river towards the iconic famous sites. The Hotel is clean the Breakfasts are plentiful with a great selection to satisfy everyones needs, the rooftop includes a bar and pool with loungers and seating to enjoy and relax after a long walking day to see the sites. The reception is large and the staff are extremely helpful, informative and welcoming. The breakfast room staff are friendly and welcoming and ensure all produce is available and clear away very efficiently and quick. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable, with a large comfy bed and bathrooms/shower facilities modern and clean.
