The hotel has an excellent location, and the room was clean and well organized. Unfortunately, my experience was seriously undermined by the hotel's unprofessional attitude and questionable billing practices. Two days after my stay, I discovered that I had been charged the full price of the minibar, despite not consuming anything from it. When I contacted the hotel, they insisted that I had consumed its contents, including alcoholic beverages and spirits, even though I do not drink alcohol at all. It is unacceptable to charge guests for items they did not consume and insist otherwise without providing evidence. I am extremely disappointed with the hotel's lack of professionalism and customer service, and I would advise future guests to carefully check their bills.

The hotel was beautiful decorated, comfy, and in such a perfect location. We stayed mid-May in one of the deluxe rooms with a view onto Las Setas and the room so lovely. Staff were brilliant - the receptionist who checked us in (accommodating us three hours early!) was such a star, and provided both a map and an amazing list of places to eat and visit that she and her team personally recommended. The rooftop bar was an added bonus and was a great place to relax in the evening and take in Las Setas aurora show. Would love to return.
Excellent location, great stay. The rooms facing the Las Setas are worth to money. Spotless clean rooms, super comfortable bed and pillows. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooftop is a plus. The breakfast area is rather small. I had it one day; then in other days I discovered the brunch places closeby
As a guide in Seville, I often recommend Hotel Casa de Indias by Intur for travelers who want to be right in the heart of the city while enjoying comfort and charm. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from iconic streets and monuments—making it easy to explore Seville on foot. Inside, the hotel strikes a lovely balance between modern convenience and traditional Andalusian touches, from warm colors to cozy details that make you feel at home. What stands out to me is the staff—they’re genuinely welcoming and always ready with tips to make your stay smoother and more enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable, well-kept, and surprisingly quiet considering the central location, which makes it perfect after a full day of sightseeing. I always suggest booking a room with a view if you can—the small balconies and windows often offer charming glimpses of the city’s vibrant streets. Whether you’re here for a short stop or a longer stay, Hotel Casa de Indias makes a wonderful base to experience Seville authentically.
Very mixed feelings about this hotel sadly. Booked for four days as a treat to celebrate our wedding anniversary during a 10 day visit to Seville. Pro's. Lovely building, very helpful and friendly staff both in reception and at breakfast. Fabulous rooftop terrace again with excellent staff. Everything very clean. Great breakfast. Con's. We were allocated a room on the first floor overlooking the Setas, However, we were VERY disappointed with the tiny room, not much bigger than the bed with a just a small alcove for wardrobe space and absolutely no drawer space at all. Possibly the smallest hotel room I have stayed in in many years. We had to leave a lot of our clothes in our cases behind the door. No other rooms available when I enquired as it was a holiday weekend. Thank you to the management for the reply below, however I did go immediately to reception to speak about the size of the room and the lack of storage for our clothes. They were aware of the problem but the only solution they could suggest was to supply us with extra clothes hangers, which they did
