Hotel Vertice Sevilla

We arrived on 27.8.26 stayed for 3days. Family of 4.After 3hrs driving. The checking was very quickly excellent customer service. The hotel is very modern fresh atmosphere. The hotel is 45mnts by public transport and 10/12 by car to city centre. First dinner was not good. I'll post the pics and you can see. We go to restaurant they explain it was buffet and free water and other drinks was chargeable, but no drink menu was given to us, so we didn't buy any. The food on buffet tray was cold there was no description of what was on the trays. 3 options, fish there was something like Spam chopped pork and Kids spaghetti with mince meat. There was a tray with mixed greens. We did not enjoy at all. There was an allergy information. Next day Breakfast and dinner was better but limited 4 stars n should have more options. We tried use the swimming pool but it was overcrowded. Toilet sit and small wall mirrow are loose reported but not fixed. It was a good experience we enjoyed.

Rooms are large and have everything you need. A bit dated. Avoid rooms on the 12th floor as there is a wait time for the lift. Pool area also needs a refurb, no towels or bar available. Loungers are plastic & my one had a crack. Breakfast was good for €13:95 plenty of choice.

It's a nice hotel. Indoor parking is €13 per day, and you can access the rooms from the parking lot by elevator. I reached the city center in 15 minutes by car. The rooms are spacious, and the furniture is new. The breakfast is very good. I recommend the Seville Vertice Hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Manuel Navarro. He was an outstanding receptionist always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or requests, making us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. His positive attitude, local knowledge, and willingness to help made a real difference to our experience. It was great to have someone so attentive and approachable at the front desk. Thank you, Manuel, for your excellent service and for helping make our stay so enjoyable. We would be delighted to return in the future.
