Staff were very lovely and accommodating. Loved the lemon water on the reception desk every morning and Tania the reception staff was extremely sweet and helpful. The breakfast/dinner staff Alejandro was also very kind, understanding and caring, helping to accommodate us with our meals. Many thanks

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Weak WiFi, broken aircon, and most of all horrible service. My room was hot and aircon not working. They didn’t fix it the first night and really try to help out. I wasn’t able to transfer to another room until the second night. After getting transferred, they charged me for both hotel rooms - no reimbursements, no apologies, no offers to help the situation. The issue was created in the first place by their broken aircon, then i got charged for transferring rooms - a problem created by them in the first place. Never experienced such lack of hospitality nor care for customer. This is the first time I ever left a bad review on a hotel.

Lovely hotel, rooms spacious and cleaned daily. Pool was fabulous and not overcrowded. Tania at reception was very helpful and made our visit welcoming. Only downside and reason for 4 stars was due to location as a little too far out for us. Had we realised were may have hired a car as transport into Seville was not the easiest for us.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, fabulous pool. The only thing that I can fault it on is the location to Seville centre, it is a bus (if you can find one) ride away roughly 30 mind or an Uber whick takes about 10/15 mins. Tania on reception was really helpful, friendly and polite.
