We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kivir in Seville. The rooms were excellent — comfortable, modern and very well maintained. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable.
The location is perfect for exploring Seville on foot, with many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants and charming streets within easy walking distance. You should taste a drink later afternoon in the rooftop! Just wonderful.
A very enjoyable stay and definitely a hotel we would be happy to return to. Highly recommended!

Beautiful roof top bar, restaurant and pool with stunning views over the river. We had the breakfast there one morning, excellent choice and quality.
From the moment we walked into the hotel our experience was professional, personal and welcoming. All the staff couldn’t do enough and were extremely helpful. Facilities were first class with additional extras that made our stay one of the best. The room was stylish, comfortable and had little touches of thoughtfulness. We had an incredible experience at Hotel Kivir. The rooms were clean, modern, and well presented. The customer service was on a different level - Isabel and Davide, in particular, were very welcoming and helpful. The rooftop breakfasts were divine, and to top it all, they offer a free bar between 4 pm and 8 pm every day. The lovely lady on the rooftop bar was fab too. I want to go back!!!
The people who work here are amazing. Our room was wonderful with great lighting and great views. The bathroom was very convenient with the 2 sinks. The breakfast was wonderful, especially loved the coffee. We were able to walk everywhere from this location. The only disadvantage was the adjacent bars had young people late at night so it could be noisy.
