Terrible, not even a cup should you have brought your own beverage. Ration your toilet paper. Perhaps they used it all to make the walls between rooms

Hotel was acceptable for a 2–3-star category, but if you are expecting a genuine 4-star experience, you better reconsider. The room was decent, though shabby; the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. However, the shower did not function properly. Breakfast was quite limited, and the waiter was rather rude. The rest of the staff were polite, but their ability to assist was restricted by the limited services the hotel offers. I would not come back.

Location quite far out - good for budgeting. Rooms are nice, clean and beds are comfy. Service is a bit lackluster with not much energy, could be better. Was the best deal considering it was Semanta Santa.

Worst experience ever. Our bags got stolen when checking in at the lobby. We noticed a man walk around looking busy but didnt think he'd manage to flick it. Lady at the reception was not helpful at all. Wouldn't help us speak with the police, wouldn't call the manager. Said the manager is only available from Monday. What kind of a hotel chain has no access to a manger? Clearly she's in it. Beware and don't book this hotel unless you want to have the same experience like us.
