We had a wonderful experience at the Bella Vista Hotel in Seville, thanks to the exceptional care from two outstanding staff members Rosa and Daniel. As a Coeliac navigating a strict gluten-free diet while travelling can often be stressful, but these two professionals went completely out of their way to ensure every meal was both safe and delicious. They were incredibly knowledgeable about cross-contamination, took the time to explain the ingredients in detail, and proactively offered customized gluten-free options with a warm, welcoming smile. Their attentiveness, kindness, and genuine dedication to guest safety transformed my dining experience from stressful to highly enjoyable. The Bella Vista Hotel is lucky to have such exemplary team members, and I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding hospitality! The hotel was friendly, clean and comfortable. It was close to the city although I cannot comment on public transport as I never used it.

Good hotel, clean and affordable but pretty far from the center of Sevilla. There are buses that bring you to the center. Food was good.
The hotel was easy to find and the parking was tight for a large car but very handy. It is quite a way from the city but there is a bus stop nearby but I found using the train ok for me and its only a 10 minute walk from the hotel, because of bad weather on one day I used a taxi service and using the Uber service worked well too. Good value for a city visit.
The rooms are great and the beds are very comfortable with good pillows. But restaurant avoid it like the plague the potatoes aren't properly cooked possibly raw the steak was tough as an old cow. The staff seemed unhappy and uninterested. Not recommended very disappointing 😕
The rooms were clean and modern with an AC. The pool was clean but could have more deckchairs. And I don‘t know what chemicals they put in the pool but it pulled my hair dye out which never happened in other pools (with chlorine) before😅 The staff was overall very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. For my taste too much pastries/sweets. I‘ve kinda missed more cheese or at least cream cheese (there was only one type of sliced cheese). My room was to the main street and at night it sometimes sounded as if the windows were open. Not very noise-insulated. Additionally what would be very helpful if they also sold stamps for post cards.
