A fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel was modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Great location, very comfortable bedding, calm (no outside noises) and kind as well as efficient staff. The only thing that could be improved is the quality of the coffee in the rooms, it’s instant coffee, and for the price paid, better-quality coffee would have been appreciated. Perhaps some small welcome treats in the room on the first day as well, since those little details really make a difference, especially considering the price.
We had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel America Sevilla! The rooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping was done perfectly every single day. The location is amazing—just a 5-10 minute walk to everywhere, yet situated in a very quiet and peaceful area. They also provided a pack and play crib for our baby right away. This hotel definitely deserves a 5-star plus rating. Not as a negative criticism but just as constructive feedback, there are a few steps at the hotel entrance. There is actually an accessibility lift available, but a small, practical ramp for strollers would make going in and out much easier. Seville is an incredibly stroller-friendly city with pedestrian crossings and sidewalk ramps everywhere, so a small ramp at the entrance would perfectly complete this comfort. Thanks for everything!
Decent stay, but the room odor was a major issue. This feels more like a 2-to-3-star hotel. On the positive side, the location is great for shopping, the service was perfectly fine, and the rooms themselves were decent. However, cleanliness could be improved, as I found a few hairs on the shower floor. The biggest downside was a severe odor issue. When we checked in, the room smelled strongly of chlorine. By the time we returned in the evening, it had turned into a terrible sewer smell. Because my toddler was already asleep, I couldn't call reception to fix it or change rooms. Due to the smell, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel América Sevilla and it was probably one of the most comfortable hotels of our trip. The rooms were huge, bright, and very comfortable, which was a nice change after staying in smaller European hotel rooms. The washroom and bedsheets were also very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent with many options available, including mimosas, which added a very nice touch to the experience. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. One thing we especially appreciated was that the hotel kept our luggage for several hours after checkout completely free of charge. This was extremely helpful and honestly quite rare compared to some other hotels we stayed at in Europe, where luggage storage was either unavailable or charged separately. The location was also very good. It is not exactly in the very center of Seville, but it is very close to Setas de Sevilla, surrounded by amazing restaurants, and still within walking distance to the main central attractions and areas. The hotel was about 20 minutes from the train station, so we used taxis to go to and from the station, which was easy and convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for spacious, clean, comfortable rooms in a great area of Seville.
