Stayed for three nights here in late August. Overall, the rooms were clean, breakfast was good and the location was walkable from city center. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. It was one of my Chase Edit bookings, so we got upgraded to a better room. The only concern I had were in relation to using the $100 Chase credits which as per them could be used for restaurant or wellness Spa. We booked an appointment for a massage a day before, signed authorization letter by me & confirmed by the reception staff. Next day, they said there's no availability even after confirming a day prior and they never cared to notify us until we asked later during the day. No apologies, no responsibility. We planned our day accordingly, and the service could have been better in that regard for the price paid. Also, we found the restaurant overpriced for dinner and not great for general meals.

Wow ♥️ From start to finish from the moment we walked through the doors and were greeted with kindness and air conditioning! This hotel was everything we could have wanted for our wedding anniversary retreat. The staff were amazing the hotel grounds were perfect the rooms were perfect. The restaurant was stunning with a wonderful choice and breakfast made it a perfect start to the day! We had the tasting menu on the night of our anniversary with the wine flight to go with it - absolutely outstanding the waiter was so attentive and described everything perfectly! We both had a massage as an anniversary treat it was so good recommend this for sure! The pool was lovely big enough to get cooled down with enough chairs and tables, we only used it once didn’t use the bar there but others had no complaints. I honestly couldn’t fault this place, the only downside and this wasn’t a reflection on the hotel it was the people that stayed there some thought they were above the staff and I was appalled at the way they spoke to the staff! Money is not always a good thing and those that have it are not always pleasant! You are all amazing and if we ever returned we wouldn’t hesitate to use you once more!! The Arbon’s room 9 “Dos cafe con leche” 🥰😘
The staff were incredibly kind and caring from the very beginning. The hotel has a beautiful charm, with a thoughtful design that preserves its history and vintage character while incorporating modern comfort. The rooftop pool was a wonderful bonus during the hot days. I am especially grateful to the hotel team for regularly checking on me when I became ill during my last two days there and for doing everything they could to accommodate my condition. Their care and support meant a great deal to me and made a difficult situation much easier to manage.
I really wanted to love this hotel but it did fall short on certain aspects. From the outside, visually, it's beautiful and quaint. But the initial room we were given was somewhere in the middle of the property on the first floor. At night there are guests sitting outside in the courtyard in the restaurant. The walls are thin so you can hear everything until 22:30 or later. The breakfast was not particularly amazing and the staff, to be fair, did help us with a room switch to a much nicer and quieter room for the second night. At the end of the day for the price we paid, it was not worth it. Well over 200eur per night. In the end I don't think I'd come back. However, it maintains a beautiful space.
A Charming Andalusian Boutique Experience in the Heart of Seville Our stay at this hotel was truly memorable. The property stands out for its authentic Andalusian design, which immediately immerses you in the rich history and atmosphere of old Al-Andalus. Although the hotel is a boutique property with a limited number of rooms, the ambiance is absolutely wonderful and makes you feel as if you are living in the Andalusian era during the Islamic period. The courtyard, architecture, and overall setting create a unique and peaceful experience. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warmth and kindness of the hotel staff. From the guest service staff at the main entrance, to the reception team and housekeeping, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. While the restaurant staff were slightly less warm compared to others, this did not affect the beautiful atmosphere and the enjoyable time we spent at the hotel. The hotel is located in the historic old town of Seville, yet it still offers valet parking service at a rate of €26 per day. A particularly nice touch is that when the car is requested, it is brought and parked professionally, reflecting the hotel management’s strong commitment to providing exceptional service to their guests. A truly unique boutique hotel experience that combines history, elegance, and authentic Andalusian charm. Highly recommended for those seeking something special in Seville
