This is a nice clean hotel , could do with a update in some areas , the staff are super friendly and very helpful, the pool is nice and plenty big , can be a little too much with young kids constantly jumping and not watching who they are landing on. The breakfast is pretty good but do not expect a full English, there is plenty of Friut ,breads, pastries, cold meats , there is hot breakfast scrambled eggs , bacon and little sausages .Again the staff are brilliant in the restaurant area . The bar area is ok ,wasn't very busy when I visited , there was a lady called Alba who was very nice at the bar , the beer is cold and fairly priced but the spirits are around 12 euros with a mixer . The dinner menu is not very big but what we did eat there was lovely . The rooms are clean , but the air con isnt great and you can hear whats happening above you all night from banging or dragging a chair , there is not tea or coffee making facilities in the room like we do in the UK. There is a fridge in the room buy ours wasn't very cold inside . There is everything you need for showering like shower gel to shampoo towels arw supplied to and the rooms arw cleaned daily if you want them to be , and clean towels everyday too . The hotel is located in a quiet part of town not mich to do there, Seville City Centre is about 35 mins away , but you can get a bus feom right outside hotel which cost me and my partner around 7 euros return trip for the both of us . The buses are clean and Air Conditioned, Taxi will cost you about 40 Euros . Overall we really enjoyed out stay here, we would definitely revisit soon .

Everything was good, but breakfast may be developed for Turkish guests.
4 stars for this hotel… Of course not! Two is the maximum I can give. I definitely don't recommend it. It's like 1970 here. The pictures on the internet don't match reality. Inadequate for the price. Breakfast is an extra 10€, but it's terrible. The only thing worth having at breakfast is the bean coffee. And there's no charge for parking. There's nowhere to even get water. The rooms and corridors smell of sweet chemicals and incense...probably trying to mask some of the hotel's odors. In the hotel premises, the telephone network coverage is G3, the Wi-Fi is complete garbage. Every morning it's the same - sausages bought for 1 € at the market, a tasteless beaten egg and bacon floating in fat. On the fourth day, I want to throw up at the sight of it. No vegetables at all.
After visiting Sevilla cathedral and watching Flamenco, we arrive at the hotel late at night. The hotel room is a 2 stories room and has 4 beds. I got up early and so I walked around the outside of the hotel. The region looked like calm.
This is the worst “4-star reviews” hotel! The stars rated are very suspicious. The reception desk is at the lower level, where you must carry your luggage down or use the confusing cargo elevator. The bathroom is not clean. There is hair from previous guests in the bathroom. You can see clearly the molds around the bathtub. The beds had no blankets or comforters; you need to get the spare blankets from the closet, which look dirty. It was so crowded with travel groups; what a chaotic reception. We must run to the front desk to re-key to make it work. I have more to say, but based on my years of traveling worldwide, this hotel is not even a 3-star hotel. Book it on your own discretion.
