We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Torre Sevilla. Check-in was fast and seamless, and the hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and impeccably maintained. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with great service throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, especially the amazing views! What really stood out, though, was the attention to detail. Since it was my wife’s birthday, we came back to our room to find a small celebratory dessert waiting for us, a thoughtful touch that truly made our stay special. The small mall next to the hotel is very convenient, and the location provides easy access to Sevilla’s major attractions. We will definitely recommend Eurostars Torre Sevilla and would happily return when we’re in the area!

The hotel room itself was nice, very clean with a lovely view. Staff wasn’t friendly nor polite, simply there. We ended up having to leave because my boyfriend’s gallbladder was rupturing and we took him to the emergency room, and the hotel didnt offer to refund us and almost didn’t even refund us the breakfast that we weren’t going to have because we had to go directly to the emergency room. Even if we didn’t end up having to go to the emergency room, I wouldn’t have said the experience at the hotel was worth the money paid either. For a five star hotel, I really would’ve expected better service from the hotel staff, and the spa experience left much to be desired. Not a recommendable place to stay.
Nothing in this hotel makes you feel that you are in a 5 star hotel! The receptionists were unfriendly ! We arrived at 2:45 and they refused to check us in ! They told us in the rudest way that we have to wait 15min then come back to check in! Over all everything in this hotel was like a 4star hotel or less and the staff have no courtesy towards the guests. The view was the only thing stunning in our whole experience.
Stayed at Eurostars Torre Sevilla to celebrate a special occasion, and unfortunately the overall experience did not meet expectations. The main disappointment related to the handling of VIP Access benefits at check-in, which felt inconsistent and poorly managed. While I understand that upgrades are subject to availability, the process itself lacked clarity and professionalism, which set an unfortunate tone for the stay. Equally disappointing was the follow-up. The matter was raised directly with the front desk and management, but the handling of the complaint felt dismissive and did not lead to any meaningful resolution. That said, the property does have some strong positives. The views from the hotel are excellent, and having free parking available is a clear advantage. The spa facilities are also good, although it should be noted that access comes at an additional cost (EUR 25 for 50 minutes), and mandatory rubber footwear must be purchased separately, as the slippers provided in the room are not permitted. In summary, a hotel with clear potential and some appealing features, but where the overall guest experience and service recovery did not align with expectations.
The hotel was lovely and clean. The ladies on the check in desk weren't very welcoming or friendly especially when checking in. The males were more attentive, friendly and helpful. The views from the hotel are absolutely amazing and breathtaking taking as you can see most of the city. Breakfast was lovely although for a five star hotel it would have been nicer to have had the tea and coffee offered to you at the table. Toilets in the hotel were clean. Mariana on the tourist information desk - she was absolutely amazing! Nothing was too much trouble for her and was very attentive and made our holiday even more enjoyable. She is a real asset to the hotel as she is friendly welcoming and extremely helpful.
