Fantastic hotel! From location to amenities to staff. We had a great stay - thank you! Just can’t comment on the food as we didn’t have any.

As a Eurostars member, I am disappointed to say that this was the worst hotel experience I have had. The room had both ants and cockroaches. When I reported the issue, the staff attempted to address it by applying bleach, but the strong odor remained in the room and affected my breathing. The food was also disappointing, with very limited variety and little flavor throughout my stay. I have never stayed in a 4-star hotel with such conditions. The staff were courteous and genuinely tried to help whenever possible, but some of the issues were beyond their control and reflected broader problems with the property itself. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below the standards I would expect from both a 4-star hotel and the Eurostars brand.

My husband and I stayed in six Eurostars properties (including two Aurea hotels) across our two-week honeymoon in Spain, and Eurostars Sevilla Boutique was by far our favorite stay of the trip. Not only is the hotel very centrally located, but the service was welcoming, and we had an excellent view from our room.

Second stay at this lovely hotel. Staff are great - helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for us - just around the corner from the Cathedral and a good selection of cafes and restaurants on C. Mateos Gago. We loved to sit in the sunny roof terrace (bar not open Mon/Tues/Wed). Our room had the most comfortable bed and a great shower. We won't leave it as long to return next time!
