Fantastic hotel. Staff were lovely. Pool so relaxing, and cocktail bar has everything. Rooms were equipped with everything and clean towels and bedding location is spot on, truly beautiful. Recommended to anyone. Thanks for a lovely dtay
Fantastic centrally located hotel in Seville with spacious rooms and a fantastic rooftop bar overlooking the Cathedral. A great place to stay in Seville.
We wished to have a cafe on the roof bar to see the Cathedral from up there. We were not aware the bar opened at 1pm and we were there at 12.45 or something. Eventhough the waiter already had a bad attitude, i asked him kindly in my best Spanish if we could wait right there these few minutes, enjoying the vista. His reaction was as if i had asked him to cut off his hand. He behaved with an ugly attitude and should find himself a job outside of the service industry. The building inside lookes amazing. We were not staying in the hotel, this review is just about the horrible service in the roof bar of this hotel.
Absolutely fabulous hotel. Our room overlooked a lovely street lined with Tapas bars and bodegas. Buskers frequently work in the street and the music drifts up which was lovely. Can be a little noisy if you're a light sleeper but it's usually quiet around 11pm. It's literally right on the square of the cathedral and Giralda Tower. Could not fault the place, friendly and helpful staff, great room and comfy beds. Highly recommend.
The hotel is simply beautiful - from the lobby, to the room and the rooftop bar. Elegantly decorated. Wonderful scent spreading throughout. Positioned in the very heart of Santa Cruz quarter. Amazing view from the room balcony and the rooftop bar, as if you can touch the Cathedral and Giralda. Highly professional staff, ecpecially Senora Rocio.
