Brilliant location. Lovely room and balcony.
They have a kettle, but no cups ?. May be in the shared kitchen?. Not been in yet . Slept well, but could have a better mattress for me . Differently go back again . There a fridge in the room , very good hair dryer . I think they should give you two towels each in stead of one . I couldn't find a cloth for wiping work tops and tablets on the balcony(may be in the shared kitchen). Got a first aid kit . Balcony needed a clean , but that's just me being fussy. Over all fabulous place and would go back again xxx
Our host was incredible polite and nice person because at the beginning we were only two and then we added a third person; and her reaction was incredible fast and she gave us all that we need for the three of us.

The beds and rooms were clean. However, there seemed to be an ant infestation. We killed at least 50 ants within a 20 minute timespan. The staff offered to bring in their cleaning crew and an ant spray for this. There were also small flies.
Overall, convenient location.
Although it was a quiet nice hotel/apartment within downtown. The spiral stairs to go the the second level that has the bedroom and bathroom are quite steep & a bit unsafe for an elderly person or a child.
The downstairs “Sofa-Bed” is extremely uncomfortable to say the least. And if you need to use the toilet or shower… well, up the spiral stairs you go.
Regarding our check out, we had a bad experience with the cleaning crew (wile the manager was also present at the hotel). We were unaware that our check out time was at 11:00 am (we thought it was at 12:00 noon).
By 11:40 am they were knocking on the door and telling us that we needed to leave right away and even though our family was all packed, we were waiting on one last member of the family who was taking a quick shower.
The cleaning crew just came in and started to clean disregarding the fact that someone was still in the shower. Finally our family member came out of the shower only to find out that the cleaning crew was in the room with him while he finished changing.
Extremely unprofessional and rude! Definitely NOT coming back to this place and DO NOT RECOMMEND.
The location is excellent, the rooms are good, but even though the guests complain after the visit that they/we need plates and cutlery in the accommodation, the owners ignore it and didn't change it.
In the accommodation we had 2 wine glasses and two water glasses, but no sponge and detergent to wash them.
They gave us 2 towels per person, and they charge 5 euros if an extra towel is needed.
The coffee machine is very noisy, luckily it still makes coffee.
