I was really happy to choose this hotel for my stay in Seville. It was very quiet, and the customer service was absolutely top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville!
I had a great experience staying at Catalonia Granada. My original booking did not allow three people in one room, but the hotel kindly arranged an alternative solution with two rooms at almost the same price. The service and hospitality were amazing throughout our stay. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location is also excellent, close to the castle and main attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing.
Such a good hotel! highly recommend this to anyone searching for a calm and quiet hotel which is still in the middle of the City. you can easily reach everything from here and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very beautiful and clean as well!
We have enjoyed our stay very much. Kimberly from the reception went out of her way to accomodate us and get us a different room which was more to our liking. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was very tasty and complete and location of the hotel was in the center and close to the touristic attractions. We had a wonderful stay!
I can't fault this hotel, we had a beautiful room on the first floor with a balcony & very comfy bed. The room is fully stocked with eveything you could possibly need. The showers are great, fresh towels each day, robes and slippers provided.the only downside was that my other half was totally fazed by the glass bathroom door. 😂 tea/ coffee facilities in all the rooms. Breakfast was ample with a lot of variety, the staff are all really helpful & the barman makes a fab sangria .. 15 minutes walk from almost everything,it was a lovely base and we will be back again. Little tip ...if you go swimming you have to walk through reception but it makes great entertainment for anyone sitting in the bar 😁. It's been a lovely stay, thankyou Catalonia Giralda team ❤️
