Casa Bailen Apartments Review – Great Stay with a Few Minor Surprises We had a wonderful three-night stay at Casa Bailen Apartments. The location is fantastic—central and convenient for exploring the city, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and pleasant. The apartment itself was modern, spotless, and well-designed. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. A couple of things to note: while the listing on Expedia mentioned no lobby, there actually is one in the building next door where check-in takes place. The hotel attendant acknowledged the discrepancy and mentioned they would update their Expedia listing. Also, while there is laundry service available (taking 24-48 hours), there is no washer in the unit itself, so plan accordingly. The only real downside was the hot tub—it was unfortunately cold rather than hot, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, Casa Bailen Apartments is a great place to stay with an excellent location, friendly staff, and a clean, modern feel. Just be aware of the minor details, and you’ll have a comfortable and enjoyable visit!

Located in the very center of Seville walking distance from most of the attractions. Very clean, very nice staff and really helpful.
Casa Bailen was an excellent value and wonderful stay in Seville. Centrally located, spacious and well appointed. We had 2 nights in a superior apartment and loved the room. It was light filled with nice attention to details and decor. Daily cleaning to freshen towels and refill coffee was excellent. The only downside was that the rooftop jacuzzi was not heated - and despite the posted hours other guests accessed it well after then. Our room was right below and quite noisy when the jacuzzi was being used at midnight. Regardless, we would stay here again as overall the experience was wonderful.
We spent 2 nights there and had a really relaxing time.The location is perfect for walking to every tourist attractions. And we love the traditional Seville treat provided by the host. Although we do not receive the email before our arrival, the host responded quickly and effectively.
I loved that Casa Bailén is on a quiet residential street. On this same trip, I had also stated in a hotel on very busy Plaza Del Duque, so Casa Bailén felt absolutely peaceful and tranquil in comparison. Even though it feels residential, it is still walkable to everywhere you’d want to go in the city. The building is gorgeous. As soon as you walk in, you’re faced with a stunning courtyard/patio area, up the stairs (or lift) to your apartment, and the actual apartment is gorgeous too. I don’t think I got the superior apartment I had booked but either way, the apartment I got was small but perfectly formed. It was just me, so didn’t need to be huge anyway. It was clean, modern and flawless decorated. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and powerful and I liked the small touches such as the coffee machine and the Smart TV where I could log into my Netflix account. I also very much liked Laura, the receptionist at sister hotel Palacio Pinello. She was so lovely and very helpful! Checking in and out was made easier, thanks to her. She even allowed me to practice my Spanish with her, and called me a taxi to the airport. Muchas gracias, Laura. Estuviste genial!
