Great place to stay in Mwanza. Had a to cancel a booking due to false advertising and needed a place asap. Showed up, explained the situation and got the best service from Charlotte. Even showning me the rooms to ensure I was happy before paying. Great facilities and the Rooftop dining and bar was refreshing in the evenings with great service from Ben.
