Small Group Seoul Highlight Tour Opt. Hanbok & Tea Ceremony

Our day on the Small Group Seoul Highlight Tour was a major highlight of our trip, thanks to our amazing guide, Jun! He was incredibly kind, energetic, and shared fascinating history at every stop. Amazing lunch at Gwangjang Market was delicious. Jun helped us navigate the busy stalls to try the best local street food. The small group size kept everything relaxed. Our Tourist Guide Jung was excellent and very knowledgeable of what she was explaining to us about the history of Korea. Very friendly and approachable. I am very happy that we have her on today to take us see some places here in Seoul.

My party of 10 had a wonderful tour with Amy! She guided us through all the sites seamlessly and even altered the sequence of the tour to make the most use of our time together. We were the FIRST group of the day to ride the Namsan Cable Car to the base of the N Seoul Tower! It was so nice to enjoy the view without a large crowd. Definitely ask for Amy if you decide to take this tour!

Amy was an excellent tour guide. Picked up at hotel on time and dropped off at hotel. So truly door to door service She was fantastic guiding us to the various sites and ensured that we had ample time for photographs!! Lots of fun for the family!! Definitely would want Amy to guide us again in the future.

Our tour guide, Vicky, was very thorough in explaining the history of S. Korea. Her English was very good as she was educated in NY and a former English teacher here in Korea. She planned the itinerary based on the time of day, like going to Namsan Tower early to beat the crowd. The driver of the van was also excellent navigating the streets of Seoul. We had a mixture of our group from Hawaii, a group from Australia n a couple from Las Vegas! Everyone enjoyed the tour. Thank you Viator and Vicky!!!

Loved this tour! Got to do so many things in one day I don't think I could have done on my own. I did this on my first full day in Seoul and im glad I did. It gave me a good understanding on how the city works. Jake was amazing! He was very knowledgeable of the city and new all the great spots! This was a small group, just me, Jake (tour guide/driver) and a Swedish family of 3. Plenty of time at each location in my opinion.

We had an amazing time on our Seoul sightseeing tour! A big thank you to our tour guide Jung who was knowledgeable, sociable and made the entire experience enjoyable, not to mention always available to answer any questions.

Even though we had an unexpected last minute change of tour guide and a bit of confusion on the content (hanbok experience left out, but was added back in by tour guide). It was a great tour of the palace with most choosing hanboks and having great photos and experience. We did miss the changing of the guard. The remaining tour was great, transport was most appreciated between sights. It was a holiday weekend and crowds were to be expected, so keep that in mind when booking. Our favorite stop was a private tea ceremony with a lovely woman who was so kind and informative. Our last stop was the shopping area where we were able to make purchases from local artisans like a personal hand stamp and designer bag. We were able to opt out of of return to relax in the area longer. Our tour guide was wonderful with adding details ant each stop and translating when needed. A+.

Where do I begin! I signed up for this tour to get a convenient tour of many of Seoul's major palaces and sites. It was above and beyond what I expected. I took the tour with my brother, and we were picked up by our driver Min, who was excellent and shuttled us around the day. Even though it was October, the weather was in the 80s that day, and it was amazing to get to sit down in the AC as a little break as we were brought from place to place. We got Jung, as our tour guide, and could not have been happier. She had great, positive energy that helped set the mood throughout the day. She was knowledgeable, and gave us background on each area and historical facts, before letting us go off on our own. I appreciated this style a lot because I enjoy having time on my own to take pictures, use the restroom, or just relax. Jung still was always nearby - and let us know the best picture spots at the palace, and helped take pictures for us at N Seoul Tower. I loved the Hanbok rental experience, and we were able to watch the changing of the guard and take many palace pictures with it. Many many other Koreans and tourists will have it on, and you do not have to worry about being in the minority! I had also wondered if I selected the hanbok option - will I have to wear it almost day. The answer is no, we change back into our day clothes after the palace. Everything was very well planned, seamless, while still giving us our independence - which is exactly the structure I really enjoy. Also - the tea ceremony was a wonderful experience, where we were able to partake in a traditional tea ceremony and learn more about Korean culture. It was very intimate, with a wonderful elder lady leading us. I would absolutely recommend this tour. It helps you get so much done without ever feeling rushed. Our tour guide Chong was amazing throughout the entire tour! Highly organized from pick up, exploring, shopping, eating, up until dropping us back to our hotel. Chong ensured we had a great time. She took great pictures, informative insights, and very organized. Our trip was very memorable because of her.
