Our guide, Jenny, was very helpful with making suggestions that allowed us to do and see everything on our itinerary and was knowledgeable in the history of the historical sites we visited. Our driver, Charlie, was helpful in getting us on and off the van efficiently and we had very little wait time being picked up between each stop. Both Jenny and Charlie were personable and accommodating practically like family by the end of the day!

My family of six thoroughly enjoyed our private full-day tour. Jenny and Charlie worked with our desired itinerary and suggested great stops along the way that we wouldn't have found on our own. Jenny is an excellent guide. She was knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the history of the places we visited, and she went above and beyond to make this the best day of our trip. She was also incredibly accommodating of the mobility needs in our group and did everything she could to make sure they didn't keep us from seeing and enjoying every stop. We had a wonderful custom tour of Seoul with Andy as our driver and Diane as our guide! The itinerary was flexible, letting us explore at our own pace. We visited Olympic Park, Bukchon Hanok Village, Gyeongbokgung Palace, the National Folk Museum, Ikseondong, Insadong, and Jogyesa Temple. A great way to experience Seoul’s history, neighborhoods, and food. Highly recommend!

I had The best Time in Seoul because of our guide Sunny who knew The City and its sights very thoroughly. She took US to all The places we wanted to Go including places that are not in The guide books that only a local would know. She was very knowledgeable about The history and Culture of all The sights. She was very good at managing our Time so that we could see everything. All The restaurants She recommended were all very good. Even for shopping She was a great Help She knew where to buy everything and took US to special stores. She knew How to avoid crowds and long lines. The driver was also very good he knew How to avoid traffic.

Emily was a great guide. She really focused on what my interests were. I was doing the most typical tourist attractions with a group the next day so Emily took me to places that I wouldn’t have thought of and made excellent suggestions. She took great care of me and having the driver was a bonus I wasn’t expecting. She was so sweet and so willing to answer questions about life in Korea. Her English is flawless.

Thank you Diane for a fantastic day out. Such a great thing to do on our first full day in Seoul! Diane’s advice on what was and wasn’t worth doing and for how long was sound, being able to leave some of our things on the minibus when heading out to subsequent stopping points was very useful given how much some of us bought at the various shopping streets and markets we visited, and thanks especially for recommending us a place to eat in the evening and phoning up in advance to check availability and reserve us a table for 10. We would have no hesitation about recommending both Diane personally and the tour in general, and the excellent communication with the provider in the lead up to the trip was much appreciated.

Our full day, Private tour of Seoul with guide Alice was absolutely fantastic. Alice was extremely knowledgeable about all of the sites we visited and provided extensive detail and information about the history, culture, and traditions associated with each site. She also has a wonderful sense of humor and is a great conversationalist with whom we had many interesting discussions about culture. Alice and our Driver, Mr. Lee were also very flexible in adapting the day to our interests and preferences. It was very enjoyable to spend the day with them and an absolute pleasure. We highly recommend this Tour and Alice as a guide!

Diane Choi is a wonderful tour guide. She is very knowledgeable in Korean culture and history. She accommodated everything I requested including visiting palaces, shopping, cable cars, eating the best salt bread and shopping for color contact lenses! She even helped confirm my beauty and hair appointments for the rest of the trip. She’s truly a gem. We visited Bukchon Hanok Village, Changdukgung Palace, Insadong Art & Craft Street, Inseondon Street and Namdaemun market. She gave great advice on where to visit for the rest of my trip as well!

The value of the beautiful, air conditioned van in very extreme summer heat and humidity was priceless. It was soo hot, and not having to navigate metros/buses or extra walking to see all the things we wanted to see was wonderful. Sunny was an amazing guide. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She got us discounts on admissions, saved us time in line and got us into the best position to see the changing of the guard at the palace. Every time we were exiting one site, there was Dragon (Micheal? Haha) with the van ready to pick us up. It was very much VIP service. Sunny helped us pack as much into our time as possible, calling ahead to see if the lines would be too long to be worth it or pre-ordering delicious treats so we could grab them as we rushed out of the market. She took some great family photos of us and air-dropped them all to me at the end. We would book again in a heartbeat if we came back to Seoul. Thank you so much Sunny and Dragon for helping make our trip to Seoul memorable and not stressful. The kids do not want to leave.

We booked this tour when we saw it was going to be extremely hot. It was one of the best decisions of our trip! We had both a guide and a driver. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. She took us to exactly the right spots at the right time. Our diver had the car cool and picked us up saving us a lot of walking. We got to see so many sights. I would do this again in a heartbeat!
