BK (our tour guide) met my family at our hotel at the specified time with an air conditioned van (separate driver). Very knowledgeable about the sites we went to and answered all our questions. Would recommend this tour to my friends and family.

Itinerary
With our comfortable transportation and friendly driver, you will start this Half-day tour of the beautiful, Seoul.
After lunch, head over to N Seoul Tower, which stands on Mt Namsan in central Seoul, and take the elevator up to the observation deck to enjoy panoramic views over the city.
Then visit Namsangol Hanok Village, where your guide leads you on a walk around this model village that features five hanok (traditional Korean homes) from the Joseon Dynasty. The restored houses illustrate various social classes, from peasants to royalty. You can also admire the site's traditional Korean-style garden with an elegant pavilion and stream.
The War Memorial of Korea, located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, exhibits and preserves materials related to the Korean War and serves as a national moral educational venue. It was established on June 10, 1994 by the War Memorial Service Korea Society to commemorate the noble sacrifice of patriotic martyrs. The museum houses approximately 33,000 artifacts with about 10,000 on display at indoor and outside exhibitions. There are six separate indoor halls, including Expeditionary Forces Room, Patriotic Memorial Room, War History Room, 6·25 Korean War Room, Development Hall and Large Machinery Room. The outdoor exhibition showcases large-sized weapons.

We had a great time with AJ! She was a fun, organized, and energetic guide! Had a really nice time despite the heat.
We really enjoyed our tour with AJ. AJ is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. The tour was interesting and relaxing and AJ took the effort to ensure we had a great time. We liked the variety of venues the tour had to offer. We would highly recommend the tour to other travellers.
A big thank you to Lizzy, she was a fantastic guide and made the morning tour so enjoyable and interesting. She and her colleague APJ took us to all of the locations and explained in great detail the historical and cultural significance for each part of the tour, they gave us time to take pictures at each stop and they helped us to take beautiful pictures.
BK was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable. Was interesting mix of history and fantastic views of Seoul from the tower.
Fabulous tour and the guide was excellent too. We had severa interestingl stops and the lunch was delicious.
It was great. Our guide was Bonnie and I would highly recommend asking for her specifically. She was knowledgeable about the significance of each spot but also how to navigate so that we were able to make the most use of our time. We wanted a shorter 4 hour tour and this was perfect length.
This tour was excellent for the price!! Our tour guide Chloe was fantastic. Her interaction with us made us feel like we had been friends for a long time. Not only did she tell us about the scheduled sites (Seoul Tower, Namsan Hanok Village and War Memorial) but she also pointed out some other place while we were driving. She also gave us great tips on where to shop :)
Our morning half day tour is all worth it, our tour guide Ms. Katie is so accommodating, very knowledgeable and speak good english. She emphasized all worth knowing in the places we visited. This tour is good for people with very limited time but want to visit important places. Me and my cousin enjoyed this tour, will surely hope to meet katie again on our future tours in korea.
Monica was our tour guide and it was only the 2 of us. She was on-time at the hotel, was pleasant and her English was okay. But she did not introduce or give any information of the city of Seoul, the monuments or about the locations we went. We saw the Korea Memorial and had to walk through and read on our own. At the N Seoul Tower, she didn't explain anything but let us explore on our own. I think it was her first time visiting Namsan Hanok Village, she didn't know much. It's a good price because you visit a Pine Oil distributor trying to sell you something for 30 mins. Just an average tour.
You can experience wearing the traditional korean costume in namsan hanok village. We participated in the hanbok program, as well as a special workshop from Noreum Machi! If you ever need a place to introduce your friends, Namsan Hanok Village is a must-see! They'll surely have the time of their lives!
Overall, this tour very good for the price. Our tour guide was very friendly and she spoke English very well. She explained to us various aspects of the places we visited during the tour and answered all our questions. All the locations on the itinerary were very interesting. I especially liked the tour of N Seoul tower. The view was the best, I would recommend this tour.
The Tour was great! Our tour guide Yeoni was amazing, for just a half a day tour she summarised and explained things really well! She was more than happy to take photos of my friend and I and had heaps of fun chatting with her. The whole tour was very well put together and we enjoyed it very much! 100% recommend doing this tour.

Very good tour with a very friendly guide whos English was OK. People carrier vehicle with only the 2 of us. Very comfortable with AC. Pick up point was difficult to find and a bit of a walk. Wouldve preferred a pick up nearer our AirBNB which would not have been difficult for them to do. All the sites were covered and were extremely interesting. Lunch was typical Korean cuisine. Highly recommend this tour.

While the pickup service was fine and the tour guide was generally friendly and knowledgeable we were incredibly disappointed with this tour. When we met the tour guide he informed us that "since it was Monday" we would not be going to both the War Memorial or Hanok Village, which were our main reasons for booking the trip. Even though alternatives were provided it seems that the company could have posted this information as we would not have booked on this day. The company later suggested that they forgot to update on their website yet they had the correct closing times of the war memorial and hanok village in their printed brochures on the coach. Moreover, before the trip ended, we were treated to a mandatory sales pitch for this heavily overpriced supposed cure-all pine needle oil that filled hugely out of place and clearly meant for us to spend our money as part of some deal. When asked for a partial refund we were offered only 3.000 KRW per person since admission was free for all our locations even though, except for Seoul Tower which costs 10.000 KRW to visit, the locations would have been free to enter regardless of whether we were part of a tour. (Having lived in Seoul before) I would highly recommend visiting these places by yourself to save the money. Even guided tours at the same locations will save you plenty.

Chloe was knowledgeable and we had great time! Thank you.

Informative and friendly tour guide. I highly recommend this tour.

The places we visited were great. We were not sure how much our guide understood us and in some cases the information provided was not accurate.

it was short, fun and filled with information. Sunny was the best and very articulate in English. She is very informative and the tour was awesome

Our guide Mimi met us promptly at our hotel. We shared a minivan for the tour with a very nice family from the Philippines. First stop was Namsan Hanok Village to see several examples of traditional Korean houses that had been relocated to the site. Mimi provided a nice discussion about a number of the interesting features of the houses. We then went to the Seoul Tower to see the city from the observation deck. It was nice to arrive early in the morning when hardly anyone else was at the tower so we had it practically to ourselves. Our final stop was at the War Memorial which was a very sobering experience given all of the soldiers including a large number of Americans who lost their lives in the Korean war. We only had time to see a limited number of the exhibits, this is a huge war memorial museum and for those with an interest in the historical aspects could easily spend much more time there. Our tour ended at City Hall. Mimi was an excellent guide as she led us through the sites and provided an informative commentary. The tour covers some very interesting sights.

excellent! for some reason we didn't visit war memorial, but folk museum. however it was very interesting.

The war memorial is awesome!!! We enjoyed this immensely and our guide, Jima is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Our driver is also vert nice.
