We booked a private one-day Seoul tour with Seoul City Tour for our family of five, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The tour company contacted me the day before to confirm our pickup time, location, and itinerary. On the morning of the tour, our guide, Felicity, also reached out to let me know that she and our driver had arrived. Felicity was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. She was flexible with changes to our itinerary and made sure the day moved at a comfortable pace for our family. We never felt rushed, and she shared interesting history and local insights at each stop while also giving us time to explore on our own. Our itinerary included: * Gyeongbokgung Palace * Bukchon Hanok Village * Jogyesa Temple * Gwangjang Market * Changdeokgung Palace * N Seoul Tower One thing we especially appreciated was the flexibility of having a private tour. After a full day of sightseeing, we were able to stop back at our hotel to rest for about an hour before being dropped off at our dinner location, which made the day much more enjoyable. She even learned every one of our names and made it such a personalized experience. She had plan b’s ready when we wanted to do something that wasn’t available at the time. She made it an unforgettable experience. One of the best guides we have ever had.

Loyd Shin was very professional and so courteous. He really went out of his way for my family of 15. Very knowledgeable and spoke very clearly to my USA Filipino family. He explained everything so clearly and in such a simple, engaging way, which made the experience even more enjoyable. He was incredibly sweet, kind, and took great care of us throughout the tour ; even apologising for the weather when it wasn’t even his fault 😄. He also shared thoughtful little gifts like a fridge magnet and nori sheets at the end, which was such a lovely touch. This was my first time to see Seoul and the attractions were great, and the day went by too fast. We loved our tour guide Felicity as she was very happy and fun to travel with. She shared a lot of info it was like we were living our adventures through the day. I would do it again just to see everything again, and will ask for Felicity to lead us for sure.

We went on an 8-hour tour with Mr. Lloyd Shim (from Seoul City Tour) and it was perfect! We had unusual requests-- not typical site seeing locations. We wanted to go to flagship stores in Seungsu and swim at Olympic Park. We were able to achieve this all and he helped us with translations, bathroom stops, and pick-ups from shopping sites. Everything was so smooth. I wish we were staying longer so we could book another tour with Mr. Shim. He really made our last day at Seoul so amazing. Thank you! We highly recommend this company.

The best tour and guide ever! Our guide AJ was wonderful. She provided insight and enjoyment in explaining the Korean Culture around Seoul. The sites toured were very interesting. We have been touring Korea and Japan for three weeks for this vacation. We utilized 9 different professional guides during this time and we enjoyed AJ's tour the most by far. We had a small group so she made it personal for each and everyone. After we looked at the list of sites to visit we asked her to exchange one for another that was not on the list and it was no problem. She really enjoyed her work and works great with people. I have to give credit to our driver (forgot his name), he and AJ worked well together. He dropped us off right in front of each site with very little walking to get there. Then he was waiting for us at pickup point (or we never had to wait more than two or three minutes for him). They coordinated great! I would say this tour was the best value we received for what we paid, maybe because we enjoyed it so much. We started on time and got in the full 8 hours allotted. Highly recommend the guide (driver and tour also). Thanks AJ! :-)

I highly recommend my great guide Lizi who did everything to make my and my husband's day so pleasant. She was friendly, vivid, her English was clear and very good, her explenations were highly detailed and professional and showed much knowledge of korean history. she even shared some of her family stories in order to give personal touch to korean history. Above all , after the tour was over she helped us find good restaurants where we could really feel the wonderful korean cuisine

We visit the DMZ and the tounel. It was a great experience and our tour guide, AJ was the best!!!!! I recommend her and I suggest the visit.!!!!

Lizzy provided an excellent experience as our guide for the full day Shopping Tour that we booked with Seoul City Tour! She was very warm, hospitable, professional and accommodating of our group while also giving great recommendations of local spots along the way to try out as we went along our tour. In particular, her recommendation of 고씨네동해막국수 / Gossine Donghae Makguksu as a place to eat in Insadong for lunch was great! The Makguksu that I ate there was incredibly delicious and refreshing. She even assisted us with translation to be able to communicate with locals to better understand the items we were buying. 감사합니다 and thank you very much once again for the amazing full day shopping tour experience!
