Seoul Gimpo Airport (Gmp) Transfer To Seoul/suwon/seongnam/yongin

Avoid this airport service. When I was booking our airport transportation to the hotel, they showed a big van as the vehicle. Then right before the booked date i got an email and showed that the vehicle is a Toyota Camry. When the driver showed up at the airport he was driving a much smaller car than a Camry. Our luggages did not fit and we had to put some luggage on our lap, making a VERY uncomfortable ride from Incheon airport to Seoul.

Driver picked us up inside the airport , walked us to the car and brought us to the hotel . He was very professional.

My driver Cui was there on time and ready to pick me up and drop me off at the hotel. Such a quiet ride after a 15 hours long flight.

This experience was perfect. My flight from the United States was 2 hours late. I had a connection at a different airport and was so scared I would miss my flight. I was shocked to see the company had waited for me and didn’t charge for the extra time. Meeting up with the driver was so easy. As I landed he texted me directions of where to go with some pictures so I knew I was in the right place. 5 minutes later the driver came. He helped with my bags and was so kind. When we got to Gimpo airport he had the bags out and on a cart before I could even get out of the car. So nice. He dropped me off right in front of where I needed to be. Because of this experience I was able to make my flight with 15 minutes. Life savers. I will DEFINITELY use again next time.

Driver was friendly and was great to talk to! Clean car. Water was very appreciated. Service was not overbearing but just right. He made us feel very comfortable.

Not happy with our transportation at Seoul, driver never came to pick up area in airport instead In parking structure in basement and spoke zero English, 1st Viator charge 80 dollars, then added extra 35 dollars for us arriving later then driver charged extra fee of 54 dollars, he said for his wait time and 2 small carryons bags, horrible experience, he was very rude too, all about extra money, don’t plan to use next time.

Good communication and restful journey despite a lot of traffic. Very patient driver. Thanks. Will defintely use again.

The driver, for some reason, had the wrong destination address and did not speak and English which made communicating the correct address difficult hence the ride took nearly 2 hours instead of 1. Not what you want after 20 hours of flying.

On time at pick-up place. Give clear and specific instructions. Easy to communicate from pre-departure up to arrival time.

Driver arrived in a timely manner. Helped with all the luggage. Hope they would play some kpop songs driving to airport. :)

On time. Very easy transfer from airport to hotel. Communication is good if you have whats app. You can send message when your ready and they are there right away.

BEWARE! Look at other listings for this company before booking - they are horrible. Booked them for a morning pickup, they confirmed the day prior, and after the driver was over 15 minutes late I called them and they informed me the driver wasn't coming. They didn't offer a replacement driver, leaving us torally stranded to catch an international flight at an airport two hours away. I paid over 250 USD and they are now giving me a very difficult time about a refund. I wish I had seen other reviews because they almost all report this company as a scam. I want my money back.

Driver was friendly and helpful. Waiting with a sign. Texted that he was waiting for us as we exited the plane and we were headed to immigration. Gave us water.

Our driver was very punctual and even sent a picture of his car with his license tag so we would be assured that we were getting in the correct vehicle. The vehicle was very clean and nice and the driver was a very safe driver.

Als wir in der Ankunfthalle ankamen, erwartete uns leider kein Fahrer. Auch hatten wir keine Nachricht auf unserer angegebenen Handynummer. Nachdem wir dann am Flughafen eine SIM-Karte gekauft hatten und Kontakt zum Fahrer aufnehmen konnten, sagte dieser, dass wir zu spät am Flughafen angekommen sind und er deshalb nicht mehr gewartet hat. Wir mussten mit dem Flugzeug eine halbe Stunde warten, bis unsere Parkposition freigegeben wurde. Eine Kontaktaufnahme zum Veranstalter Viator verlief bis heute ohne Erfolg, keine Antwort per Mail, eine Telefonnummer in Las Vegas??? Das zwingend im voraus gezahlte Entgelt von 90,- Euro ist weg....Finger weg von diesem Angebot!!!!!
