Some of my major problems are regarding the fact that the tour did not match the description nor the timeline given by our guide. There was no air condition vehicle until the last stop when we had to get a taxi. And our guide said she'd give us an hour of free time to explore and make it for the changing of guard demonstration and then only allowed us 15 mins where we were lost and had to find our own way out. She also knew we all understood Mandarin (both groups on the tour) and chose to speak English, which prolonged everything, especially because she chose to stand under the sun for everything. Then we told her that we would be leaving the tour early after she finished walking us around the current place, since a member of our group was a little tired from the unexpected walk... and she misunderstood and left us to fend for ourselves. Not a tour I enjoyed. And I've used viator plenty in the past.

Jim wad Amazing! We had such an amazing experience on this tour! From start to finish, our guide made us feel like we were exploring the area with a close friend. He knew so much about every spot and guided us perfectly through a scenic walk. The views were unbelievable, and he even took time to take a wonderful picture of us. Thank you for making our day so memorable! We fully recommend him.
Great tour if you want to know Seoul in limited time. Very small group makes the experience particularly good. John, the guide, was awesome and managed to make the visit spectacular even with the heavy rain
We had such an amazing time on this tour! Stella was incredible so friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made the entire experience super engaging. I 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting!
John Kim was very accommodating. My dad walks very slowly, my son is very young, and my daughter has food allergies. He made sure the tour was fun and safe for us all. We accomplished everything on the itinerary and more. He had a good command of English and knowledge of Korean history and culture. He was easy to talk to and made the time go by quickly. The tour was up to 10 hours but flew by. Definitely recommended for families of all types and sizes.
It was a great tour thanks to Angela our guide. She told us a lot about the history of Korea and took amazing photos. I really recommend this tour. We had luck with the weather too 😊
