Great tour but there is some serious uphill walking and downhill was easier but several paths did not have handrails so take it slow. Some confusion with the van needed mid tour but tour guide was friendly and accommodating. Her inside help at the Food Market was great.
We started in the Market and got to sit down and have a meal. We then walked by the canal and then saw the city wall. We then went to the top of a very tall hill to see the city lights. Recommend you come ready to walk and wear comfortable shoes.
The guide Rachel Ahn is thoughtful and made a very interesting evening. We saw sights and markets we wouldn’t have seen ourselves. She was patient with us after our Uber driver dropped us at an incorrect address a full metro stop away and we were forced to run to meet the scheduled time. We do think the tour description was not correctly marked as to the amount of hill climbing or strenuous aspect. It could be too much for several types of guests. Including elderly, children, or those with injuries….
Seoul is very beautiful at night! Our guide Edward was outstanding. We tried some great noodles w broth and dumplings at the market.
Jin was our guide for this trip. It traversed quite a lot of distance in one night so with limited time available I would never have been able to do this otherwise. Jin took us through the food highlights of the market, and other stalls that I had actually missed on a previous visit. He took us to a small restaurant in the market and we shared a meal together this was nice, taking us through options which gave us variety that I would not have been able to experience on my own. The walk along the stream was enjoyable and a nice nature interlude in the heart of the city. The views just on dusk at Naksan park were lovely - would so do some more walking here. Jin was very kind and very happy to chat about the history, culture and modern day life in South Korea which always makes a tour more enjoyable to have a good connection with the guide. My tour was changed to the rainbow bridge tour and this was fine. It was a lovely night out on the night of the tour and the river area was really busy but Jin just calmly navigated through it all without fuss. Thanks!
You start at a market to eat dinner then go on 2 hikes to see Seoul’s skyline at sunset. Definitely worked off all the food we ate.
Awesome experience. Our guide Jin was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions about the food, and the history. Was a really great experience.
Our tour guide Jin was great. We had Korean food at the market and bought some Korean clothes. We went to see Seoul at night from a great view point and also walked a peaceful stream through the city. Jin was very friendly funny and informative.
We kicked off our family trip to Seoul with the "Seoul City Night View and Foodie Walking Tour" and had a great experience with our tour guide Michael. He took us to a number of wonderful locations, made sure our needs were taken care of and that we were comfortable, and provided interesting background context to the places we were visiting. We knocked off a number of our "must do" items in one evening with Michael. Definitely recommend!
We had a great time. Edward our tour guide was fantastic. The weather wasn’t the best but Edward adapted it so we wouldn’t get too wet and still got to see and do everything. The market was lively and a great experience. Would definitely recommend.
We enjoyed our tour with Sue. We had a good meal at Gwangjang market, a then a nice walking tour around Nakasn park and Eungbongsan with incredible views of Seoul. Be prepared to walk up down hills and stairs but know that the views are totally worth the effort!
Michael is fantastic guide. Took us places we would never find on our own. Loved the food market and the amazing nighttime city views. And the river walk.
Amazing and highly recommended! Rachel is very knowledgeable about Seoul history and culture, we had a lot of fun! Thank you!
We took a four hour food and walking tour with Rachel. Rachel was very easy to understand and a pleasure. She began our tour explaining some sites and things about Seoul. We went through Gwangjang Market to do some tastings at a local stall. We then walked along the waterfront and took a van to Naksan Park to take photos of the sunset. Next, we took the van to Eungbongsan Mountain. Be prepared to do at least 200 steps up to the viewing point. You must be in good physical condition to do this. Otherwise, this tour isn't good for you. However, once you reach the top, you won't be disappointed because it's a beautiful view of Seoul at night.
We experienced Seoul at night with a guided tour of food, history, and stunning city views. Visited Gwangjang Market for famous street foods like bindaetteok and mayak kimbap, strolled through the illuminated fortress paths at Naksan Park, and enjoyed panoramic skyline views from Eungbongsan Mountain. With our guide, Dragon, did an excellent job sharing local culture and stories, this tour combines authentic food, filming spots, and unforgettable night scenery.
Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed your guidance and insights Richard. You showcased street food and night scenery through the eyes of a local. Rather than just leading you engaged the group in easy conversation. We appreciated the unhurried venture through Gwangjan Market, for the interaction with local stall holders, info on street food with tastings and sitting down with locals for ‘pancakes & a drink’. Cheonggyecheon Stream was a delight. Naksan Park with city wall gave us history and great photos. And the bright lights of Seoul from Eungbonsan Mtn left a lasting impression. A highlight. We left our tour with a sense of a Korean understanding …..couldn’t ask for more. Thankyou.
It was a great tour and experience especially the walking food tour. Our guide Young H Lee was such a good guide, knowledgeable of the food culture in Seoul, very friendly and made the tour at night truly enjoyable considering we had little sleep and we just flew in that day from California.
Walked through gwangjang market, had dinner, and learned some history about the market. Then went on a walking tour and learned more history about the area. Some parts of the walk can be intense so just be prepared. It was raining on our evening so it made it more intense.
Jeesoo was super nice, friendly and informative. The experience was great eating traditional Korean food, then city views were espectacular lots of climbing but so worth it.
We were lucky to have Mr. Yoon as our guide as we navigated the food market and had a lovely meal there before we embarked on the walking night tour which was mesmerizing and well up to our expectations. Thank you Mr. Yoon for your patience and dedication in guiding us and showing us your beautiful city. It will be a lasting memory . We also learned a lot an about Korean history and the resilience of the Korean people.
We missed this tour on 21 mar 26 due to unexpected BTS concert held near the pickup location. We didn't expect airport to be crowded with BTS fans as we booked the air ticket 6 months prior to the concert announcement and got stucked at incheon airport for few hours. Meeting place was few mins from bts concert location and cannot change..I tried to ask tour guide for replacement but to no avail. Was asked to contact Office instead of him...he was not in charge...overall it was bad experience
Not friendly and really bad smell place
We enjoyed this tour so much! Our tour guide Jun was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He gave us tips and food recommendations that were all excellent. He took us to 2 different locations and enjoyed the Seoul skyline at night, something that we soup have know otherwise. I would totally recommend this tour to my friends and family. Make sure to ask for Jun!
Great experience of food and night spots in seoul. Alex was a great tour guide and very helpful. Great tour
Much more than I could have expected. Alex, our guide, took us to two scenic locations. Both were incredible. The first was Namsak Park and it felt like looking at HK from Victoria Peak. The second was a lesser known place, Eungbong Park. Wow. A great view of Seoul, both sides of the Han River, and the cars motoring on the freeway interchanges. Gwangjang market was also a hit. There was a wide selection of vendors offering a core selection of local cuisine...blood sausages, raw beef topped with egg,., We passed by the stall that was featured in one of the Netflix food shows. The clientele were mostly tourists like us. Alex instead took us to a local place and ordered meat and potato pancakes. It was a popular place as a cue formed after we were seated. Great tour. Great guide. Alex always asked if we were "good". Highly recommend the tour and guide.
We really enjoyed our tour. Our tour guide Gienie was excellent. He showed us amazing places. The night views of Seoul were just breathtaking. We want to thank Gienie for the knowledge that he shared. He also took a lot of pictures that he sent us and made our tour unforgettable.
We started the Seoul City Night View Tour with a food adventure at Gwangjang Market, and it was such a great way to kick things off. We got to try different local foods, learn about their background, and even enjoy a lovely shared meal together at a restaurant. After that, we headed out for the hikes at Naksan Park and Eungbongsan Mountain. The trails were fun and the views of Seoul at night were absolutely stunning! Truly a highlight of the trip. I would mention though that the hikes might be tough for anyone with weak knees or back problems. Our group was small, just three of us plus our guide Alex, which made the experience feel really personal. Alex was thoughtful throughout the tour, kindly took our pictures so we could capture the memories, and even dropped us off at our hotels at the end. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. A mix of delicious food, fun hikes, and breathtaking views. Highly recommend!
We began the tour with a visit to Gwangjang Market: a bustling and vibrant place, filled with such a variety of food stalls that you don't know where to stop, as everything catches your eye. This market is definitely a must-see. After this visit, we hopped into our guide Jiny's car to head to the first viewpoint, from which we could admire a beautiful Seoul sunset. Jiny explained the place in detail, giving us a glimpse of the city. Then, getting back in the car, we moved to another viewpoint. From up high, at night, we discovered Seoul at night, with views of the Hang-gang River, its bridges, both banks with their illuminated buildings, and the Lotte Tower in the background. A breathtaking view and another perspective from which to enjoy the city. I am very grateful to Jiny for her great willingness to answer my questions, not only regarding the visit but also about Korean society and history, as well as for her remarkable kindness and dedication. Thank you very much Jiny.
Apollo was a truly wonderful guide! He had great knowledge of Korea and shared it in an engaging and often humorous way. He went the extra mile to accommodate special requests and otherwise take care of our group. He was a really fun person to travel through Seoul with. The market was super-interesting; the food was abundant and delicious; and the mountain lookouts afforded beautiful views of the city. Seoul must be experienced at night!
Absolutely fabulous tour! The food was fantastic, the group was lovely, and Apollo was an incredible guide — knowledgeable, engaging, and full of great stories. We didn’t just eat amazing local dishes, we got a mini history lesson too! Highly recommend this experience
Was able to take beautiful scenery shot of Seoul. Amazing! Scenery to some amazing, enjoyed every minute.
My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful time. Our tour guide Edward was so friendly and helpful and he spent time and took wonderful photos of us as a couple. You are able to walk around the market and pick which food you want to eat which was a really good way of doing it based on your food preferences. I would recommend this to anyone!!
We did this evening tour on our arrival day and although we were tired it was a good introduction to Seoul. We walked through the market deciding what we would like to eat. So many choices. This was followed by a walk along the river before a coffee break ( which non of us particularly wanted) We then had a long climb up many steps to a high point to view the city at night which was worth the effort despite our tiredness.
Travis is a great Guide, he explains everything with a professionel knowledge. The Places he took me where breathtaking. I had an unforgettable time, thank you
