We really enjoyed Sally’s tour. She was extremely knowledgeable, well prepared and gave us interesting history lessons involved with our trip to the DMZ, which made it much more meaningful than “one more place to see”. She was also able to connect our interests (Kdramas) with the actual history. We will book with her again.

Yoon was the most amazing guide! Friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. We thought the DMZ was really interesting and it was a fun way to learn about Korean history. Yoon utilized the ride from Seoul to go over some of the interesting aspects of the sites we would see that day. Was very efficient!

Well, our Guide Lloyd was amazing. The company did a poor job logistically. We signed up for a private tour and when we got to the DMZ, we were put on a bus with a Japanese tour guide. I know understand that’s everyone is required to get on a bus but we should have had an English guide. Our poor guide could not speak over the other guide but he did his best to make up for everything we missed on the bus rides. Also, we had to wait a long time after we arrived to get on the bus. I believe that could’ve been planned much better. It was a very interesting tour and our guide was amazing. Not so sure about the company though.

We had a wonderful DMZ tour with Lisa Choi of Seoul City Tours. She had so much historical knowledge as well as a great deal of information about so many topics we discussed. She had a great deal of energy and made sure our day went smoothly despite the intense rain we encountered that day. Would highly recommend her and Seoul City Tours!

Our DMZ tour was truly an incredible experience, largely thanks to our amazing guide, Heather. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, and respectful throughout the entire day, sharing deep historical insights with so much thought. What stood out most was her genuine compassion. When someone in our group experienced a panic attack at the 3rd Tunnel, Heather stepped in with incredible calm, kindness, and professionalism to help them through it. She was so thoughtful and handled the situation with such grace, making everyone feel safe and looked after. She was, without a doubt, the perfect guide. We would choose her again and again if we ever come back!

Our guide (Dora) was outstanding. We spent the day with her touring the DMZ. She was very knowledgeable and had a great way of presenting valuable information. Her style/approach made our day very enjoyable. I would highly recommend.

Lizzy was a very personable and knowledgable guide, which made the tour very enjoyable. The company was able to accommodate a drop off at Incheon for an extra, and very reasonable, fee.

Danny was a great tour guide. He showed us everything that we were hoping to see. He took pictures of us, which we didn’t even have to ask, and made sure that the day was as close to perfect as it could be. He answered every question we threw at him. It was very interesting. Her pronunciation and knowledge of English are impeccable. Everything is clear. She is also very sweet, and she is simply pleasant to talk to. I generally don't like tours very much, and I quickly get bored. With BB, though, after 3 hours I wanted more.

I truly couldn’t imagine having this experience with anyone other than BB! She was absolutely INCREDIBLE and made an already unforgettable experience that much more special. From the very beginning, BB was incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. Her passion for what she does really shines through, and it was clear throughout the entire tour just how much she knows about the history, significance, and importance of the DMZ. Not only was BB constantly sharing fascinating information and answering questions, but she also knew exactly how to navigate every stop to make sure we had the best experience possible. We were consistently among the first in line for everything, which made the entire day feel seamless and stress-free. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable, informed, and enjoying themselves. One thing I would recommend is clearing your schedule for most of the day, as the tour includes several different stops and a bit of driving. However, the time absolutely flies by because there is so much to see, learn, and experience! The only location that was slightly crowded was the Third Tunnel, but once again, BB worked her magic and got us right to the front, so the crowds were hardly an issue. At nearly every other stop, it genuinely felt like we had the place to ourselves! Having someone who knows the area so well makes an enormous difference, and BB made the entire experience feel incredibly organized and personal. I cannot recommend this tour enough, and if you have the opportunity to book with BB, DO IT! Whether you’re a history enthusiast or someone with even the slightest interest in visiting the DMZ, this is an experience you absolutely should not miss. The combination of incredible sights, fascinating history, and BB’s outstanding guidance made this one of the highlights of our trip to South Korea. BB, thank you for making this such a memorable experience! You truly are the BEST, and I would book another tour with you in a heartbeat!

Our guide, BB, was absolutely incredible. She was so insightful and answered all our questions. Having a private tour is absolutely worth the money, as the car is much nicer compared to a bus. Also, we BB allowed us to skip certain waits and get access to as many things as possible. She looked out for me and my family and always made sure people knew where they were going. She remembered all our names immediately and felt like a close friend. The whole experience felt like VIP treatment. Would 100% recommend!!
