Mr Lee is a true professional who is fluent in English. Our airport transfer was perfect. He communicates very well with detailed pickup instructions. The vehicle is spacious and extremely clean. Stop looking and book Mr Lee
A seamless and comfortable arrival experience in Seoul, with a professional driver greeting you at the airport, assisting with luggage, and providing a smooth private transfer directly to the hotel. A great way to start the trip stress-free and in style.
Professional and courteous driver. Very helpful with bags and van large enough for six adults and 12 bags… a rare find in many parts of Asia we have learned.
Driver was on time, professional and friendly. Vehicle was in excellent condition. Would highly recommend.
Clean, modern vehicle with a good driver. Vehicle was very comfortable and the driver made us feel safe and welcome.
Perfect! Communication was on point and prompt! Driver had clearly marked meeting point and was helpful and kind. Would definitely book again!!!
The driver arrived on time and was extremely helpful with our luggage. He ensured the climate of the van was optimal prior to our getting in. Perfect!
Excellent driver, he waited for us, helped with the bags and was very nice to the whole group. We recommend this company.
Communication was great and the ride was comfortable. If you have a larger group, highly recommend this option versus a communal bus or public transportation. The shuttle is larger so if your accommodations are on a small alley it may not fit.
Mr Lee was wonderful! He was on time, has great communication. His van was very clean too! We had one family member who ended at a different terminal and Mr Lee was very helpful and accommodating in figuring out how to pick her up. Highly recommend!
Helpful driver, and quick to get us to our location. He was at the airport on time and made sure we got to our location.
Mr Lee is very nice and accomodating. The van is spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
We highly recommend using this service, they were on time, easy to find and very friendly. The van had plenty of room and was clean.
Very friendly, very helpful driver we very much appreciate the ride and how he found us at the airport very nice van! Beautiful and luxurious
It's a great communication from Mr.Lee before the pick up. On the day of pick up, he contacted me and make sure he is there at the airport with my name. Friendly person and nice attitude
Mr.Lee took great care of my family of 6. I had elderly people and he took great care of them and went out of his way to ensure they were comfortable. He also loaded and unloaded all 12 large size luggages!! Great service. 11/10 would recommend
Easy booking through Viator app, the company and driver were extremely helpful and understanding when our flight from the US was delayed into Seoul. The driver waited almost 5 hours for us!!! So thankful to have had our van waiting for us weary travelers. Great communication!
Nice friendly driver. He loves to talk and explain surrounding area when we were driving which is very helpful to us especially first time visit.
We used this company multiple times for transfers to/from hotels in both Seoul and Busan. Prompt, flexible and very professional service was worth the extra cost for our group of 8. I will use this service again the next time we go back to Korea!
He was so helpful in helping us navigate in Korea. We got lots of helpful tips about where to go. His car was very clean and the service was great.
Airport pick-up . Worked great. The driver was waiting for us with signage with our name. Could not have been easier
Booked this service due to my mom being limited in mobility, from day one Mr. Lee started communicating right away. When we arrived at Incheon he was already waiting at the exit gate and assisted with the bags and also retreiving a wheelchair for my mom. He had alot of knowledge with things to do in Seoul and we even went on a tour with him our last day which turned out to be the best day! Will definitely use his service for transportation in South Korea again! Absolutely recommend anyone travelling in a big group to use this service, or even if you just want to be comfortable and have a really nice experience.
Booked pickup service at the airport, easy communication and excellent service. Very clean vehicle, friendly driver. Highly recommend.
I reserve the car at short notice however the they were on time although my arrival was early morning. In addition the driver was very helpful and polite, the car is amazing feels like business class . So of you want comfort and punctuality I recommend him.
Excellent service. Our driver was promt and very considerate. Very helpful with our many bags. Drove carefully and comfortably to our hotel.
Sang won was an excellent host and looked superbly after us all. Sangwon kept in touch with us before the flight. Upon landing we already had advised he is at the airport. He even send us a photo with the name sign where it is when we some out of the exit. He helped us with the luggage and welcomed us Korean traditional rice cookies. He drove securely and considerately. He pointed out the landmarks as we drove by. He rang our air b and b host to check the address beforehand as parking was not easy. When we arrived he opened the doors for us unloaded the luggage and as it was raining he held two large umbrellas to protect us from the rain. Sang won made us feel very welcome and looked after us with attention to detail. All were very grateful and commented how excellent he was towards us all.

SangWon was really awesome and nice. He was on time and gave us refreshments which was great after such a long flight. The drive was smooth and was very informative and the seats were really comfortable. We had a great time and would book again!
Beautiful and spacious van for me and my family of 18. Sangwon was professional, and kept us in the loop about our pickup and drop off. Even when our flight was delayed, he kept us informed that he will be there when we land. Because of a large group, he messaged me to let me know that some of my family members were already with him and truly cared. Both of the vans were clean, spacious, and he arrived on time for both pickups. Thank you Sangwon and team.
Sang-won is a wonderful driver/host. He immediately messaged me on What’s App when we landed to let us know he arrived and told us to take our time when we were in line at immigration before we could head to baggage claim. He offered us a traditional Korean snack and bottled water, and as he drove us to our hotel in Seoul, he pointed out various landmarks and let us know about great shopping locations based on our interests. We would book with him again in the future. He’s such a kind person! 😊
I booked a private transfer because I had a lot of luggage, and I was very satisfied. The car was clean and spacious and the driver was very friendly. The driver loaded my many bags well into the car and drove safely. I was satisfied that I arrived at the hotel safely without any difficulties.
It was very good, although it is scheduled for 20h he was already waiting for us even before the schedule, friendly and helpful the driver.
