Nami Island, Alpaca World And Gangchon Rail Bike Tour From Seoul

The tour is a lot of fun. The Alpaca World is very cute with the Alpaca show at opening being the cutest. The rail bike was fun, but be aware it’s in 4s so you might get paired with others or separated from your group for that. Nami Island is beautiful and there will be a lot of great spots to take pictures and enjoy yourself. There are beautiful peacocks and bunnies all over the island you can also get cute videos of. Our tour guide David was great. He had a lot of energy (more than our group had lol). David did a great job explaining the tour activities and giving us his recommendations for all kinds of things for us to try to eat and do. He made the atmosphere fun for everyone. I also highly recommend eating lunch at the restaurant that they recommend because it was delicious!

Unfortunately, the tour was not what we had expected. The alpaca experience only took place for about 5 minutes. Our tour guide, Rose, spoke very little English and was quite rude towards us. Communication was difficult throughout the tour, and at one point, she even shouted at us because we were waiting in line for the rail bike at a different location. She had not clearly explained where exactly we were supposed to meet, and we were only about three metres away from her. This incident really put a damper on our mood. The microphone she used in the bus was also far too loud, and Rose kept repeating the same things every few minutes. She said “okay” so frequently that it became difficult to understand what information was actually important. Overall, her communication style and attitude made the experience disappointing. To make matters worse, Rose offered everyone a small gift in an attempt to get us to leave a 5-star review. I found this inappropriate, especially considering how disappointing the tour had been. If you are considering booking this tour, I would recommend checking whether Rose will be your guide. The tour itself may be enjoyable with someone else, but unfortunately, our experience with Rose was far from what we had hoped for.

Linda is my Mandarin tour guide. She is amazing. She talked about many Korean cultural things during the trip that were interesting to learn about. Definitely recommend going on this trip.

This was a great value for the money. Alpaca land was definitely the highlight, but the other two stops were equally enjoyable. Up close and personal with many alpacas with more than enough time. The animals are definitely well cared for, not like other tours in other places where you end feeling sorry and depressed for the creatures. This is a whole day affair so be forewarned. Our guide Yami was excellent, fun and communicated well, ok great! Highly recommend for alpaca lovers and nature enthusiasts.

This tour was a nice way to see places you wouldn’t normally come across while staying in Seoul. Rose was an amazing tour guide and was very passionate about all the locations. Rose had lots of interesting information and was engaging with the group so it was easy to become immersed in all the activities of the day. Alpaca farm was a great way to start the day, the train ride was my favorite experience, and walking around Nami Island was very peaceful.

We visited 3 amazing spots, which were all very fun and memorable. My favorites were Alpaca world for animals and Rail bike for the nature. Absolutely perfect! The guide made sure to keep us entertained during the long drives so even the time spent in the bus didn't feel wasted. Everything was perfectly organized, with more than enough time to enjoy each attraction on the schedule. Very recommended

Mina was talking too much about restaurants that she is referring to and also she was trying to sell products of seaweed and she was just talking so much unfortunately nothing about South Korea history many place we pass by she did Not talk to us about !! Mina also told us No food eating on the bus but then she was trying to sell her seaweed products and she passed it out for everyone to eat so she contradicted her rule

Mina was outstanding and very organized, plus gave us lots of useful information to use in our stay in Seoul as well as detailing what we would experience at each stop.

The experience was a very informational and exciting trip that left us with many great memories and much more knowledge on South Korea. Everything went smoothly and our tour guide Mina was very friendly and managed time stamps nicely. Overall, this trip was a fun experience to be apart and we are very pleased with the results.

This is a full day tour starting around 8 am and ending around 7:30 pm. We visit 3 locations - Alpaca world, Gangchon Rail Park, and Nami Island. We spend around 1-1.5 hr at each location with lunch at a Dakgalbi restaurant. The ride at the Rail Park alone made my day. I got to enjoy a breezy ride around the mountain and river. They also decorated the tunnels really well! Our guide, David, is super well organized and has great energy and vibes. On the day of, he kept everyone updated on what to expect at each location - including maps, highlights, and when to be back at the bus. Thanks for a great day!

This was an amazing full day tour with activities for all ages. I traveled solo and had a lot of fun at each of the various locations. Alex was our tour guide and he was very organized, humorous and entertaining. Provided details of what to expect and explained the activities prior to reaching each destinations. Highly recommend.

Alpacca world is nothing more than a childs petting zoo, thecanimals appear well card for but reside in small enclosures the rail bike experience is well set up & organised. The return train a little slow. There is alot of "waiting" the tour guide did not clarify there were lots of places for lunch other than the restaurant the tour guide took pre orders for on the bus. Trip Advisor advised tour ran for 10 hours but took closer to 12. The guide also offered a small gift if you gave her a 5* review. You had to show her on the bus & mention her name was ROSE

Love the overall tour with alpaca, railbike and nami island. Lunch was planned nicely. Bus ride was comfortable too.

This is a wonderful well rounded experience great for solo or group travelers. Three main stops with ample time to rest in between. It’s an all day event but time flies by. Definitely recommend bringing comfortable shoes, water, and a small fan and umbrella depending on the weather. Josh about guide for this trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Life is short. Try something new like this!!!

It was unforgettable. We went to Alpaca world. We saw lots of animals such as alpacas, deers, rabbits and lots more. This is the best tour I had yet.

Our tour was led by Josh and we had a wonderful time! The tour lasted a lot longer than I expected, and it was much more than I expected. The tour starts with a two hour drive out of Seoul to the Alpaca World. The Alpaca show at the beginning was so fun. It's actually more of a zoo, so it's more than just the alpacas. The zoo is very VERTICAL up a hill, so it's quite a trek to see all the animals. But my kids loved being able to feed and pet the alpacas and also being in close contact with some of the other animals. The zoo is hard for people with limited mobility. You only get about 2 hours there before you have to leave for the next destination. The next destination is to lunch that you pre-order and pay for separately. There's a limited menu since it's a tour and you have a choice of a spicy chicken or soy sauce chicken with rice and pancake. It's okay. Not the best food I'd had in Korea, but it got the job done. After lunch, you walk across the street to the rail park. That was really fun and unexpected. My kids loved the rail bike tour. It was a nice trip through the countryside. The rail bike is a one way trip. At the end, you board their "Love Train" to the final stop where you get picked up by the tour bus to take you to Nami Island an hour away. Nami Island is for fans of the KDrama, Winter Sonata. It’s an island you have to take a ferry to, so you have to be mindful of catching the ferry before you head home. The island is beautiful and has a lot to explore. Way more than you can explore in the 2 hours they give you to walk around. Plus, you need to make sure to get dinner on your own before you make the two hour drive back to Seoul. We left Nami Island at 6pm and didn’t get back to Seoul until 8PM, but we napped most of the way back and time went quickly. They dropped us off in the Hongdae area. Josh was a delight as the tour guide and we had a lot of fun. But my kids (11 & 7) were worn out from all the activities in one day.

Our Nami Island, Alpaca World, and Gangchon Rail Bike tour was one of the highlights of our trip to South Korea! Everything was well organized, making it easy to relax and enjoy the day.

It was a really fun tour, with some interesting experiences that you don’t often see packed together. Alex was a humorous guide, who kept to a good schedule without the tour feeling too strict because of it. Definitely a tour worth doing and a guide worth going with!

Highly recommend this tour. Even though it was 1.5-2 hours from Seoul, we did so much in one day. Josh was great and the whole trip was well organized. The highlight for me and my teen was the rail bike tour. View ere amazing and it was very peaceful. It was a long day but I highly recommend booking this as it great for the whole family!
